Grate people, exellent craftmanship! Just finished up my bathroom remodel and it was better then expected. I red the reviews and was leery at first, but after the no cost initial appointment, they had all the items I wanted and then some. I only dealt with the employees, no sub contractors, just the same 1 or 2 people on my project. Next year I am going to have my kitchen done and they are the ones I will call. I wish I could post pictures here of my new bathroom, it is that amazin.

We love our new bathroom! Brady, our project manager, was super professional. He called us and kept us in the loop at every step. Justin, our installer, was amazing! He was really nice and paid great attention to detail. Our deco strip was pretty tricky, but he totally nailed it! He'd give us a heads up if he needed to grab some parts and would only be a few minutes late. We actually miss having him around the house. When we're ready to tackle the kitchen, we'll definitely give you guys a call. Thanks!

We had a kitchen remodel (cabinet doors, cabinet repairs and counter tops) and vinyl flooring installed in October . The project manager's communication was terrible throughout the project. They never answered or called us back. They said the "crew" would be onsite for 2 to 3 weeks, but it took them 6 weeks with only 1 person doing the work. After completing the project, they had to come back 4 times to fix the floor because the planks kept separating. The person working on our project did fix the cabinet under the kitchen sink. However, a few months later, I noticed that the sink had been leaking behind the drywall in the basement family room. They also accidentally put a 2-inch hole in my exterior siding. I called Jericho, but they refused to come and look at it, claiming that they didn't mess with the plumbing, so it wasn't their problem. It was a terrible experience, and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I started working with Jericho Home Improvements, LLC in November . We had a meeting with the designer who informed us that the refinishing process would take around 2-3 weeks. They also assured us that we would have soft close drawers and doors, as that is what they use for all their projects nowadays, according to the designer. We were told that the work could begin in March . In December , we selected the products we wanted for our project. I specifically requested a black island for my kitchen, and ***, the person assisting us, picked out a sample that appeared black in the showroom. However, when the colored cabinets arrived, they turned out to be *** due to the lighting in the showroom being inaccurate. Consequently, we had to wait for all new black cabinets and black paint for the island. Additionally, they made a mistake in measuring one of the cabinets, which was 9" too short. This error had to be rectified, resulting in an additional 2 weeks of delay. What was initially estimated to be a 3-week project has now stretched into its 9th week. I contacted the main office to discuss the issues, but they essentially blamed me for changing the island color and not liking the cabinet. This has been an extremely disappointing experience overall. The website claims that no subcontractors are used, but this week alone, I had 5 individuals in my home who were not Jericho employees. So, it seems that the website is filled with falsehoods. Considering the amount of money we are paying for a ***, we could have opted for a complete remodel with a different company. However, we chose Jericho because of the claims made on their website, which have turned out to be completely false. I am thoroughly disappointed and will never recommend them to anyone. They make false promises and misrepresent themselves on their website.

On or about July 15, Jericho Home Improvements gave us a quote to re-stain all our kitchen cabinets. The quote was a whopping $22,470.00, so we decided to look for other remodelers to compare prices. After a long search, we found another remodeler who would do the same job for $8,107.00 less than Jericho's bid. Their quote was $14,363.00. We ended up hiring Jericho Home Improvements and they agreed to match the other remodeler's quote with a few small changes. In October , we wrote a check to Jericho for $4,787.00 as a deposit to start the work. Since the holidays were coming up, we asked them to delay the project until after January 1. They agreed because they had other projects to finish. However, in January , Jericho didn't call us to schedule the project. We tried calling them multiple times, but they never returned our calls. We also found out that the project manager had left the company. Because of their poor customer service and lack of communication, we started to question our decision to choose Jericho for our project. After a lot of hassle, we decided to ask for a refund of our $4,787.00 deposit. They told us we would only get back 25% of the total contract, which was $14,363.00, or $1,196.25. The thing is, there was no contract, only a project agreement. We hired an attorney who sent a certified letter on March 6, but as of March 18, we hadn't received any response from Jericho. After reading comments on the ComplaintsBoard.com, we feel lucky that we made the right decision.
