From inspection of my roof to handling the insurance company to helping pick colors to clean up after and even helped me with payment ! Whenever I called or texted he always found time to return my message. I 100% recommend this company! The team that came out and actually installed my roof- I couldn’t ask for a better team. Polite and hard working! Came early and stayed late. And did an excellent job. Very pleased with my beautiful new roof.

We had multiple shingles damaged on our home from a bad wind storm. Kyle came to our door and informed us how he could help. Between him and Final Touch Construction they did everything they said they would do and made the whole process a walk in the park. They helped get our roof fully approved from our home owners insurance. There Sales Manager Tad was helpful when it came time to picking out colors and materials. A short time after our beautiful new roof was installed. We would recommend Final Touch to anyone looking for a reputable company!

Start to finish one of the most professional companies I’ve dealt with. From the time I was approached by my sales rep throughout installation to the time of completion along with several follow-ups to ensure my satisfaction just a great experience. My sales rep was very well spoken and informative. She help me throughout the whole process including dealing with my insurance company. The installation crew was very neat and professional. I was ecstatic to learn that Final Touch was able to work with my insurance company and get my roof replacement approved. We ALL know how insurance companies are...Anyways, they did a fantastic job from start to finish. My first meeting was with Dayna Steinberger and she made me feel very comfortable with her knowledge of how things will go towards getting the roof replaced. All their employees/staff were very professional and helpful and explained everything to me thoroughly. The crew that did the roof were very pleasant and worked their tails off. Thanks to them I now have a beautiful roof!

My roof had some shingles missing due to storms. Erich, Sales coordinator, came to my house and took care of filing the insurance claim. I didn't have to do anything. Erich did a great job in getting the claim approved. When the crew arrived to install the roof, they all were very friendly and Roberto, the foreman of the crew, took the time to answer and explain any questions I had and was quick to resolve any issues there may have been. The clean up of the old roof was awesome. I could only find a few nails, which is to be expected. The new roof looks great. They did a fine job. Thank you Final Touch!

To whom it concerns, Erich was a pleasure to work with. The pleasure was all mine honestly! The work was fantastic. The crew was very professional. Cleanup was done very well. Erich came to me one day and noticed that my shingles were sliding out of my roof. My previous roofer (who was recommended to me by a friend) kept putting me off, saying that he was going to come out and fix the issue. He never did. But Erich educated me on my options and at the end of it all, gave me a competitive price and followed through. It was a pleasure to do business with Final Touch Construction. -

A few days after a storm blew through that had damaged shingles on my roof, Alyssa, came to my door. She said that Final Touch would handle everything with my insurance company for a complete roof repair. It seemed a little too good to be true because only a handful of shingles appeared to be damaged, but she was right! I did very little in the insurance claim process and now have a brand new roof. It did take a bit of time; the initial claim was made in April, I believe, and was replaced in October, however, it was well worth the wait. The crew that was onsite to do the installation was in and out in 1 day and did a fantastic job. Alyssa and her team were extremely helpful, accessible and diligent through the entire process.

Eric *** from Final Touch as professional and quick to handle roofing job from start to finish. He was knowledgeable and a true talent at his craft. He handled all communication with my insurance company and was able to help me with a compete roof tear off and replacement and it only cost me my deductible out of pocket. It sounded to good to be true, but they just buttoned it up and my final invoice had zero surprises...if Eric knocks on your door you really should give him 15 minutes of your time as he knows what he’s talking about and the company and crews communicate and deliver. There were a coupe little things I asked to be adjusted and they came back out pee my request and handled it before final payment. I was extremely impressed by the experience.

Don K. Eric, Final Touch representative, contacted me suggesting that our roof be inspected. He came out the next day and after his inspection suggested we contact our insurance company. He actually took care of all these arrangements and it was finally determined that the roof needed to be replaced. In addition to the roof we also decided to replace the gutters. On the day of installation work was underway by 9:00 AM and by 7:00 PM that same day all the work was completed including a very thorough cleanup. Eric, the staff and workers at Final Touch did a great job. A week later the gutters were installed and we even had them make some additions to an existing system with no problem. Eric and the staff kept me informed and responded when necessary in a very timely way. I would certainly recommend this company.

I cannot say enough about this company, employees and product. From the first phone call, Dayna put me at ease that the Team at Final Touch would take care of all my issues and they did not disappoint. Dayna and Floyd came out to look at my roof damage and discuss options. I was so impressed with their professionalism and the way they put me at ease, I decided to hire them. Final Touch was recommended by a family member who isn't impressed with anyone or anything but was so impressed with this company and Team. Once I signed contract, the support from Final Touch did not end. Dan H. who called to discuss install date, took his time with me to answer any questions that I had and I appreciate his time to answer my questions. Finally the installers were on time, did an amazing job and cleaned up work area. The final product is amazing, my home looks better than it has in years. Keeping in mind I am no expert in the actual work done on my roof, but my experience has been: Bram Sales Rep was persistent on contacting me for the business. He was friendly, professional and responsive through the whole process (even after job was completed) Chris Supervisor was friendly and detailed oriented, met him only twice but very knowledgeable. Dan Service Department Manager - scheduling was a little of a challenge, but they were very busy and phone tag eventually paid off. The roofers - were friendly, quick and willing to explain, I had a materials question and Vince the Supervisor got right on the phone to get the answer. I was expecting to hear a lot of chatter, and maybe some swearing but I did not. In my opinion they where professional from start to finish. They combed my front and back yard for nails, cleaned up and the roof really does look good. I give the overall experience 5 stars because I believe this company worked hard to earn my business, gained my trust and left me satisfied through great service.

You couldn't make it more turn key. Once I signed the contract, a crew came to my house. The roof was completely stripped off by 10:00 a.m.. The roof was back on including clean up by 4:00 p.m.. This is pretty impressive for a 4 br. house (2500 sq. ft.). Didn't find 1 nail in the yard. An independent employee came out and inspected the roof fully. A few days later the gutter crew came out replacing 1 gutter, adding spouting, putting on gutter guards. They were gone before noon. I had questions about something on the top of my roof. The head manager explained everything including pictures. Turns out it was a new ridge vent. He didn't have to, but he fully explained what it was and why it was there. They made sure that every "T" was crossed and every "I" was dotted. I wasn't upsold. They repaired only what was necessary. They told me my upper gutters were in fine shape and were clean. No need for gutter guards because they were above the tree line. I would highly recommend Final Touch. My experience was everything and more than I expected. Thank you.

We had our whole house re-sided due to storm damage from a fallen tree. We contacted Final Touch after another company that we were referred to did not want invest the time in handling our insurance claim. Boy, what a difference in the quality of service! Ryan *** at Final Touch was there for us every step. He made the insurance claim process seamless --- through an insurance company that is known to be difficult to deal with and originally wanted us to repair the damaged areas with mismatched siding. We appealed and Ryan handled everything including working with an umpire (a final decision maker chosen by insurance and us) to get us the fair full replacement. He was prompt to our meeting and very thorough in helping us pick out siding and finishes, which was a great selection and excellent quality. There were some items, like shutters, that the insurance claim wouldn't pay because they weren't considered damaged and Ryan helped us finance those items easily. He also extended his cell phone number to me where we exchanged texts on any questions I had along the way. He was always very responsive. This was so helpful as working during the day makes it difficult to get on the phone live. The crew was professional and courteous and cleaned up every last bit of scrap material from their work. Our very vocal, barky dogs even grew to like the crew being there! We are very happy with the final results. I can't thank Ryan enough for all his help. Final Touch has my highest recommendation

I called Final Touch to have them replace my roof. The salesman came out on a weekend and I showed him the damage. I had multiple leaks, one int the garage and one in my bedroom. I agreed to having them do the work and he stated he would be back in a few days to place tarps on the roof to prevent further damage. He made a call to my insurance company and we created a claim. He took a few pictures and left. He was at my home no longer than 40 min. Weeks and a major winter storm went by and he never returned to tarp my roof. Due to the storm my adjuster canceled comming and I was assigned another adjuster from out of state. After the storm my ceiling in my garage collapsed were the leak was. I was extremely mad that he never came back and created more damage to my house. I spoke to my adjuster and he stated hi in professional final touch was with there claim. He even stated that the guy used foul language. My agent asked me if I could take more pictures of the roof. I did so and the same day my roof got approved. I then tarped it my self. I called final touch and told them I did not want there services because I felt they were incapable of replacing roof when they could not tarp or take correct pictures. I then hired another company to replace roof and had no complications. A few months later I received a letter stating I am being sued for a percentage of the cost to replace roof. After there incompetence to get the roof approved! Be aware this company is out for one thing only and that is an easy dollar! They did no work what so ever on my property and are now suing me?

My first contact with Final Touch construction came to me with a knock on the door. The young man named Dan was offering a free inspection of my roof. I told him that I would accept his offer but we would have to set it up for another time. What impressed me most was Dan's persistentancy and determination to help me. The nature of my employment required me to travel frequently and it was difficult to lock in a good time for the inspection. Dan never gave up and we finally arranged a time and date we could meet. Upon completion of the inspection is where Dan shined the brightest. Dan informed me that I had sever hail damage along with raised nails and even some torn shingles. Dan offered an estimate and told me of some options. Dan suggested I make an insurance claim and said he would return when the insurance adjuster came for his inspection. Dan said he could high light the damaged area and advocate on my behalf why a complete roof replacement was necessary. I immediately called the insurance company and they agreed to a temporary roof cover to prevent water damage. Dan met with the insurance adjuster and was able to convince him that a full roof replacement was the only option. The insurance company paid for the roof replacement less the deductible and any board replacement required. Bottom line the insurance paid over $10,000 and I was out of pocket less than $2,000. The savings were a direct result of a knock on the door and a fine young professional man name Dan. It is Note worthy to add that I introduced Dan to my neighbor who also benefited from his expertise. Dan was able to provide him a full roof replacement with the same outcome with regard to his insurance company. The work was completed in one day. I was 100% satisfied with the installation of my new shingles. The company deliver everything they said they would. No pressure. Just a true desire to help.

I'm writing this review on my own. I'm currently working with a roofer. I have a "do not knock" sign on my door, as it is required in Seven Hills. However, Final Touch Construction & Remodeling Inc. keeps leaving things in my door or mailbox, even though I've asked them to leave me alone. I've already called the 7 Hills police to report this, but they continue to bother me. I believe this is harassment, and I just want to be left alone. I also mentioned to one of their workers that there's a "do not knock" sign on my door, and he sarcastically replied that he rang the doorbell.

The biggest problem I have is with the ridge cap. It's covered in asphalt shingles, but the bottom edge is uneven and looks like it was torn instead of cut. It's all raggedy and doesn't look good at all. I suggested replacing it with aluminum, which they did, but now there's a small piece of trim sticking out from the siding that's not covered by the aluminum. It's just hanging there, leaving a big open space for hornets or birds to make nests. It looks even worse than the old raggedy asphalt.

There's another issue in the same area where a piece of trim is left open at the top when it should have been covered or filled with caulk. And the edges of the gables are open too, with no caulk to seal them. That's just asking for hornets to come in.

And let's not forget about the three gabled areas with drip edges. They're not properly sealed and are curling up from the rake board. This could let hornets nest or strong winds pick up. It's not good at all.

To top it off, there's no caulk or proper sealing where the chimney flashing meets the brick on the top roof. This could lead to water damage, which is definitely not what you want.

My wife has talked to *** from Final Touch multiple times about deducting $1000 for repairs or having them fix the issues themselves. But *** won't budge. He insists that we have to pay the full bill and that they've done everything they needed to do. He even threatened to send our bill to a collection agency.
