Adidas - Good day, I have been trying to return an expensive pair of shoes purchased and have been unsuccessful with pathetic service from adidas

My case number is [protected]. I have photos of the damage these shoes have caused to my daughters feet and adidas just DOESNT care to arrange the return and refund me. Adidas Military discount is not allowed for veterans any longer

I have been buying Adidas running shoes for many years and enjoying my military discount. I tried to purchase the shoes today and I am NOT able to get the discount I used to get as a military veteran. I have 2868 points and cannot use them on this product nor get my military discount. The price of the shoes is $280, product code IF0433. Yes, these are ADIDAS BY STELLA MCCARTNEY ULTRABOOST SPEED shoes, but in past years I used to be able to get a $50 discount bringing the price down to a reasonable $230. Very unhappy.

Desired outcome: I would really like to purchase these shoes in orange with a discount.

Adidas Footwear

Hey Adidas,

Went through your entire site and nowhere does it say you are going to stop murdering animals for profit. Although you pretend to be better custodians of our world

by making it seem you actually care about the planet by recycling. Well, Adidas, you can't recycle animals, once they've been murdered, it's over.

I see you are still murdering kangaroos for footwear! Shame on you, with so many better quality materials now available you still choose to kill poor defensing animals?

My entire family of relatives and friends on every social media platforms are aware of the continued murdering by your company. In fact, anyone buying ANY sports

related products will NOT be buying ANYTHING labeled Adidas.

With Xmas just around the corner, hope this will put at least a slight dent in your bottom line.

Adidas Can't get my refund

It's been more than a month since I returned my order and still waiting for the refund. The Company confirmed the return was received in the warehouse, but since that time nothing is happening, although per the policy of Adidas the refund must be done within 14 business days and its passed much more than that. Half of my messages/complaints get ignored, when I receive an answer its always standard frases, I still haven't received any clear explanation on what the issue exactly is. It is even ridiculous I have to contact Adidas every day and ask for my money back. This is the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping.

Adidas Case number [protected]

On August 11, I filed a claim because I only received 1 item of the six that should have been in my order. I have been getting the runaround from every person who I have talked to. It’s gone from 5 to 10 to 15 business days as far as receiving a response from the company on the investigation. Those business days have passed and I’ve not heard anything of a resolution. Your representatives keep telling me to wait to be contacted by email. Those emails, however, have never come and have been told that I cannot speak to a supervisor about my case.

Desired outcome: At this point, I want to be refunded and a copy of your policy.

Adidas Shoe is ripped and its been only 3 months since purchased.

Good Afternoon, I am here to complain and get an exchange for my soccer cleats that i purchased from "The Soccer Store" a retail store that gets shoes from you guys. I called to contact them and spoke to the manager Stacy and she told me to go directly to you guys and communicate about the exchange of my cleats and what to do. My item number is #[protected], shoes were orange Adidas Xsportal size 9.5, purchased these shoes on April 19,2023 for $267.50.

Adidas Faulty shoes H04805

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about a purchase I made from your store in Amman Jordan - Zarqa Highway, on the 27th of June of this year.

I bought shoes number H04805 Size 8 UK some socks and other items. I made the purchase and went on a trip to Turkey the next day.

After taking off the shoes on the first day of wearing them, I realized that they have stained my socks, I had no other shoes with me so I had to wear them the entire trip.

Attached are pictures and videos of the shoes, three new adidas socks that I bought in the same purchase, and two other pair of socks. They are all stained.

I have just gone to the store that I bought the shoes and socks from.

The "manager", Fayza, was extremely passive and negative, and had a very aggressive attitude. At first she literally said: So what? Then she asked if I have washed it to see if the staining would stop! This is extremely unprofessional and illogical, I am not washing a shoe that I have just bought, I am not responsible to fix a faulty pair of shoes that I have just bought, and most importantly, if I had washed them, I wouldn't be able to file a complaint because the shoes would be considered to be tampered with! Then she said that she will report the incident, she took just one picture of the shoes, I asked her to take pictures of the stained socks because they are also a part of the purchase. She refused and said that she would mention it in her email, I had to insist on her to take pictures, she took one, looked at me with a smirk and asked: "happy now"?

When I asked her how long would it take? She said: I will file the report, when they reply to me, I will call you" I said, so how long would that be? She said I do not know, I asked if she had had any report before, she said yes and that they would take around a week. She even stained them once more with a pen that she had in her hand!

I felt that my complaint wasn't taken seriously and that I wasn't heard and I was even ridiculed.

It was a very bad experience, with the shoes and the service. This is not what you would expect of Adidas.

Desired outcome: either total refund of the purchase (Shoes and socks) or total replacement of it.

Adidas Veteran discount

On Sunday, July 2, 2023, we went to Adidas at Cypress Outlet in Texas. My husband, a disabled veteran, and I, a registered nurse, had selected items to buy and wanted to get a veteran's discount. We were unable to get the app downloaded and went to talk to the manager on duty, Daryl. There was no offer to help us. He stated, "you need to use the app like everyone else." We left the store without purchasing anything and feeling awful. He showed no kindness, compassion, or consideration. We are older adults and could use help with technology.

Desired outcome: We would like for Daryl to be more sensitive to the needs of the customers.

Adidas Adidas hyperturf hiking shoes

Dear Addidas Team,

I am a regular customer of Addidas and love using Addidas sports wear for a lot of activities. I am a regular hiker in UAE and chose to buy Addidas Hyper Turfs as per preference over Decathlon shoes which were suggested by the hiking groups.

Have been using Addidas products since my childhood, But never had the experience which i am going thru with the current shoe purchase. i had a very unpleasant experience in this purchase and for the first time.

I chose Addidas shoes for my hiking safety and comfort as it is very important to have a good grip and comfort for long hikes. This pair of shoes that i bought got worn off in less than 3 months. The upper layer of cloth near the ankel tore, sides from the base are cut, sole is broken on left shoe and right shoe base hits my legs. Not sure if this is a one time issue or this range of product issue.

As a loyal Addidas customer i wanted to share my discomfort and request for a replacement of my shoes.

When approached Namshi the seller they are not will to accept any claim. Request you to kindly look into this and support.

Adidas Stan smith

I bought Stan smith at Sandton city on 2023-06-24

I reguested size 6,when I arrived at home I notice tht I have got size, went back to Sandton on 2023-06-30,they told me tht Eastgate the have got size I went to Eastgate where we notice tht I have got two size 6 n 7.Was Unhappy when they told me I should go to Sandton that is where they will help because they are the one made mistake. But I told them tht I am not going anywhere up until they(Sandton and Eastgate) solved them problem.But final I got helped because I pushed.

1.How can u put wrong size

2.why should I ran up n down to fix the problem

3.No customer care the only think u think about is points os sales

Adidas Product adidas superstar pride

I bought a superstar pride (new arrival) last year June 2023 and few weeks after the sticker got stripped due to unknown reason, for sure it’s about quality. Now I have been wearing this stripped off sticker / print and I think the shoes seems fake with this sticker hanging on the side. I don’t know where to forward my complaint and I’ve been planning to bring it back to the store however I lack time.

I contacted numerous time your company rehardening my order Number: ADX12159198.

I spent almost an hour communicating with your bot and representative, yet issue was not resolved, and I still didn't get my money back.

I was told that the exchange is not possible at the moment since the item is not in stock.

I never received my exchange, and due to such a long delay I want to cancel the exchange and get a full refund.

Adidas Adids x speedportal.3 laceless fg soccer cleats - mens 10.5

I purchased these cleats for my son at Christmastime 2022. He was able to use them approximately 10 times. He came home from a game with one of the cleats damaged. It was ripped from middle of cleat to the front along the outside edge of the shoe. Damage was middle height in the shoe, not along where it attaches to the sole. He thought it might have been because somebody did a slide tackle into him. I purchased another pair in early April from our local Dicks Sporting Goods. It was delivered April 20th. He started using the new pair and after using them for approximately 6 matches, the same damage occurred to the shoe. Same place on the shoe, same approximate length in the tear.

If these shoes are going to be expensive, then they need to be better manufactured. I season worth of use would be great at the very least

Desired outcome: A refund would be great. I really think you need to look into batter materials for the manufacture of these cleats

Adidas Predator Edge. 3 FG Football/Soccer Boots, Stitching

Soccer boots used for 1/2 season, but purchased in July 2022, in very good condition, but have come apart at the seam, on my daughters (16 yr. old) not dominant foot. During a game on Sunday 28 May 2023.

We returned to the store (Rebel, Waurn Ponds, Victoria) for assessment, and they said normal wear and tear of a soccer boot.

I do not agree and think they have come apart at the stitching due to possible weak stitching in manufacturing.

Miss 16 has worn this style of adidas boot for 4 seasons, has multiple pairs and never had any issue with stitching before.

and should have got a lot more wear out of these boots.

I have purchased the same boots again for her as these are the ones she loves.

They are light weight and comfortable.

Loves the adidas brand and would love to continue supporting them,

Takes her Football very seriously and wants to play for the long term.

Desired outcome: We would like another pair of Predator Edge. 3 FG Football/Soccer Boots or equivalentsize US 9 1/2 (mens) for Miss 16 (with large feet) to wear.Please and thank you.

Adidas Men used to advertise womens swimming costumes

I have been using adidas sports wear for 30 years including clothes and shoes'... currently i have two pairs of shoes and various pieces of clothing... because adidas is using men to advertise women's swimming costumes i have now cut my shoes in half and thrown them in the trash and now use my adidas clothing to polish the car...i would not be seen dead in any adidas products from now on...i think it is disgusting that adidas has done this...i will never buy another adidas product as long as i live...adidas should hang your collective heads in shame for promoting this disgusting theme as a marketing and advertising tool...it is absolutely sick in particular the add shows a bulging crouch area of a male...and this is meant to advertise women's swimwear! how utterly sick and disgusting!
