Adecco Group review: i'm have a complaint about a current adecco employee

This month I found myself having to call adecco a few times with questions and concerns about stopping my check deposit because of fraud on my bank account. My first call I spoke to Jenny very nice gal she was able to get answers to all my questions and directed me in the right path. Then the 2nd call 3 days later, was answerd by someone named Claudia. To make a long unpleasant story short. Not once but twice did i have to deal with such a rude, sarcastic dramatic person all at once. Claudia really has no right to be answering phones if she is gonna let her personal issues spill over to adeccos clients. If im not mistaken im pretty sure she has my phone number blocked because since the last encounter with her my calls go unanswered but if i use a different phone ironically I finally get through.
I noticed there is a recent yelp review for this same Adecco West Covina location with the same call screen issue. Id appreciate if someone would investigate and look into this particular office and get things running in a more professional manor. There should be no reason calls from my phone go unanswered and sent straight to voicemail but get answered when i use a different phone line right after with several attempts.
Mauricio said he was the office manager. As of thursday Dec 21st 2017 at 4 o'clock pm i called from a neighbor's cell phone when Claudia answered I then asked to speak to Mauricio Jenny Or Kristy but Claudia said she was the only person i would be able to speak to because no was was going to be back in the office till tuesday of next week. I find that to be untrue because i just spoke to Jenny this morning. Im not sure why this person Claudia thinks its ok to make things so difficult for people like myself who are looking for guidance. I sure hope this major issue gets addressed asap and this person Claudia gets coached on being better at customer service for her clients.
