Adam Cohen scammed me using his real estate business in NYC in 2008, he took the deposit and ran away. He now has new companies: PacVest and Auctions Royal www.pacvestinc.com www.auctionsroyal.com/

he will take deposits for temporary high end real estate rentals, get you to wire the deposits, and not deliver. He is believed to be in the San Diego area, but cons people on Miami, or NYC or other locations.

-----THIS AD IS A SCAM! google "Adam Cohen scams" or his phone# [protected] to see. He will try to get you to wire funds to his CHASE or some other account. Will never meet you in person. If you arrive at the apt. you will find he has no association with it what-so-ever. He has defrauded dozens over several years. Avoid at all costs
If you have already been victimized by Adam Cohen in this scam, contact Miami Police Det. Teresita Lopez email-- Teresita.Lopez@MiamiI-Police.Org -- Adam will eventually be caught, prosecuted and will be required to pay restitution to victims as well as serving jail time. Victims should have cases filed with Miami Police

IC3 form with FBI, Federal Trade Commission form, small claims court. Did anyone try to go to small claims court? Did you file a police report? I did, just wondering the outcome of you.
