This company is not good. I paid $462.14 on May 10th for them to fix my motorcycle wheel. They said it would take "a few weeks" and if they couldn't fix it, I would get my money back. I called them 8-10 times and they always said it was taking a long time because it was a hard fix. They promised to call me back with updates and videos, but I only got one video and no call backs until last week. I called on Friday and the lady said she would find out and call me back. I was mad because they never called me back before. She promised to call me back by the end of the day and she did, but she didn't have any information about my wheel. I haven't heard anything since then. I'm going to small claims court, but I want to warn others about this company.

Hey, I'm Jessenia and I wanna talk about my experience with Acu Tru System Rim Repair in Ohio. I had an issue with my rim on my 300 Hayabusa and I called Brian to see if he could fix it. I sent him pictures through my phone and he said he could fix it. I paid $998.67 with my Chase bank card over the phone and spent $160 on shipping and insurance costs. Brian promised it would be done in a month and sent me videos, texts, and calls. But it's now July 27th and I haven't heard back from him. I've tried texting and calling him, but he won't answer. The last conversation we had was about getting a refund if he couldn't fix it, but he said no. I just want my rim fixed or my money back. Can someone please help me get a resolution? Thank you.

I sent my wheel to Acu-Tru Systems, LLC for repair last December and paid $1000 in full. It's almost December again, almost a year later, and I still haven't received my wheel back. I've tried to contact the owner numerous times to either get my wheel or a refund, but he keeps telling me he's working on it and that it will be done soon. However, I never get my wheel back. When they received my wheel, they said it would be ready in a month, and I agreed to pay in full. But now, almost a year later, I still have nothing. I'm so frustrated right now and don't know what to do. They are bad business, and this situation is out of hand. Every time I text him, he always has excuses. I'm tired of this situation, and I've been very polite and given them the benefit of the doubt to make it right, but they're just not responding.

I asked Acu-Tru Systems, LLC for a fix and they told me it would be $340. I sent my wheel with UPS Ground, which they said was good, and paid $27.58 for it. They got my wheel on 6-20-22 and messaged me on 6-21-22 to say it would cost more, $420. I said okay but they charged me $500.50 on 6-23-22. They sent me an invoice but didn't add labor taxes and a $49 shipping fee to my quote. They haven't talked to me since I paid. I asked many times about my wheel but no response. On 6-29-22 they said next week they would have an exit video and tracking number for me. Almost 2 weeks later they sent me a picture of my wheel they just started on 7-11-22. They said it was almost done and would be refinished later that week. That's the last I heard and I tried to call and text but no answer or reply and it's now 7-28-22.
