I bought an ink cartridge online
I bought an ink cartridge online. It never came. I messaged the company many times and got a reply saying they got my email. They finally replied and said it was sent on Aug 3. I checked with the *** tracking number and it still said "pending" and it never came. I contacted the *** and they said they never got it. I attached a copy of the *** email to this complaint.

The product I got is very bad quality
The product I got is very bad quality. The ink cartridges don't have much ink. The color one only printed in very light shades. On 7/22, I ordered a 3 pack of ink cartridges (2 black, 1 color) for my *** printer to make copies of my church's prayer list. I printed names on legal size paper, front and back, and made 15 to 20 copies per week. Within a month, the low ink light came on. I read on the cartridge label that this could happen and to ignore it, so I kept using it. After about another month, the ink was gone. I only used it for the list mentioned above. I had bought refurbished ink cartridges from other companies before, so I knew this wasn't right. I called customer service in early October and left a message. A man called me back and we had a conversation where I explained the problem and he tried to argue that what happened with the ink cartridge was normal. He said I was able to print around 80 copies of names before it ran out, so it was fine. I knew it wasn't because of my experience with other companies, so I stood my ground. Eventually, he agreed to send another black cartridge. He told me to return the original one in an envelope he provided. I received the replacement cartridge in the third week of October and returned the original one as instructed. At that time, I was using the second black cartridge from the original purchase. By early November, the low ink indicator was on again for the second black cartridge. In early December, I had to replace the color cartridge with the one I bought in the original order. When I tried to use it, the color was almost nonexistent. I followed the steps on the House of *** website to get the cartridge to produce good color, like head cleaning and placing it on a damp paper towel, but it didn't work. It only prints in very light pastel colors and the blended colors all look orange. I have the papers to prove it. I gave up on these cartridges and bought others that work fine in my printer. The specific cartridges are *** and ***. Before buying from House of ***, I read customer reviews. Today, when I went back to check, I found that you can't write a review on their site. The reviews go through a clearing house called Yotpo. I paid for this with my *** account and my church reimbursed me. That's why I want compensation for a bad product. Our church is small and we can't waste money. I want a refund for my order cost, not a credit, because I don't want to deal with this business anymore. They advertise a 1-year money-back guarantee on their website. I want my *** back. I have 2 unopened cartridges, 1 black and 1 color, and I'm saying they were deceptive in their product. The invoice number of my order is XXXXXX.
