This company is completely mismanaged. The process is ridiculous and every time you need a refill or re-authorization for a medication it takes MONTHS. They try to manage everything by "drop down menu mentality". Associates are not empowered to do anything. The entire process is broken. Stay away or risk the extreme stress levels that come with dealing with incompetence.
