I recently stayed at Pepper Moonah from July 12th to 13th, specifically to meet the program's requirements and progress to Platinum status upon renewal next month. Prior to booking, I had a conversation with Accor plus customer team, who advised me to book directly through the app, rather than using the corporate rate. I was assured that this would qualify me for the Fast Track program, and I even have proof of the program's sign-in within the app.
However, I've just been informed that I'm not eligible for the bonus night due to not booking through the corporate rate. I find this unfair, as I followed the advice provided by your team. It's clear that I'm not at fault, and my intention was solely to earn the bonus and progress towards Platinum status.
I'm particularly concerned about this issue because I'm planning to renew my membership soon, and one of your team members has already reached out to me to discuss the renewal for another year. My goal is to reach Platinum status, and I'm 30 nights short, which is why I'm eager to resolve this issue before renewing. I'm counting on the extra benefits that come with Platinum, and this Fast Track Bonus Night would make a significant difference. Clearly where you're not taking responsibility for the wrong advice provided by your customer service team. I had previously interacted with your team in May 2025, and I have evidence of the call and chat conversations.
