called Brandsmart local store to speak with a rep. about my account Lizet answered she was extremely rude, talked over me the whole time wouldn't let me speak about my concerns & questions about my recently opened account. she needs better customer service training or get fired i dont understand how some can be sooo rude & nasty with a paying customer!
