I received my Visa statement today and there is a charge for $44.85. I did NOT order this and I will not pay it. I was to be charged only for the shipping cost of $4.95 for a FREE sample of Acaipure. Today is 12/4/08 at 3:55 pm.
I have tried to call and am on HOLD for over an hour. This charge will not be accepted. What kind of scam are you into? I want a credit to my Visa and a confirmation of that credit by mail and I will not wait--I want that credit to my account now and the confirmation now. I simply will not put up with this. I ordered the free order of acaiPure and was supposed to be charged 4.95 in shipping. Was charged $44.85. E Mailed and told them I didn't order hoodia water and hoodia gum. They gave me a $20.00 credit to keep product, that was in November. I got credit card statement on 12-15-08 and have been billed $39.95 for acaipure on 12-5-08 but no product has been mailed to me. I can't take this stuff I am allergic to this product. How do I stop this credit card fraud and get credit back on my credit card. I called phone number and they tell you there is a thirty minute wait.

In September, I ordered "free" sample of Acaipure after seeing add on Oprah Winfrey's web site. I received a Kit containing a bottle of pills, chewing gum and some drops and was charged $44.85 on 9/12. Since then I have not received any additional products but my c.c. has been charged $39.95 on 10/16 and $44.90 on 10/31 for total of $129.70. I was sure that Oprah Winfrey wouldn"t be part of anything shady?

I accessed the site for a free trial. I got no email confirmation of trial, then starrted to receive products.
I have tried the web site to return, I never seem to have enough information to get through on "Contact Us"
I have tried to call, I wait about an hour on hold then I am disconnected.

I am an online shopper and this is my first encounter with such a shady operation.

Please advise or add me to a class action against these people.

I received a package from this company today and I did not order anything from them! Needless to say I was a little dismayed at the fact I got merchandise that I did not want or need. Oh and they got my credit card number and charged me $44.85. I tried calling to no avail. I emailed to no avail too. So, I just got the charge reversed on my card and my company said they will dispute the charge. The rep also told me they know all about this company. Makes you say, hmmmmmmmm!

You charged my credit card for acipure. I bought the sample bottle for shipping costs, with nothing else to buy. So I tryed it and it does not work. I canceled on line and on phone. Again you charged my credit card. If it is not put back on my card by my next statement, I will be going to the media and my attorney for false advertisments. Now please handle this ASAP.

I signed up for a free trial of AcaiPure for $4.95 shipping. I received the free bottle and was charged $ 4.95 then another $39.95 with out receiving another bottle of product or giving permission, after several attempts to contact customer service I was then charged an additional $44.90 which overdrew my account and cost me another $25.00! I am going to close my account today with much regret as I have had this account for years and NEVER have overdrawn it until AcaiPure came along. I still have my original receipt where I signed up for the free trial even in the FINE print there is no mention of future charges. Lesson learned but I need my money back!

I odered a trail bottle of the product Acaipure. I was told that the cost was $4.95. I did not receive the product and my debit card was charged $44.85.
I have been trying to call the company since the day I put my order in on 11/14/08. You can never get through. I am on hold right now and the wait time is 47minutes. I will never order another product on line if the offer looks too good to be true. You got me this time...

SHAME ON ME! I thought I was getting something good for a cheap price and did not read the Terms and
Conditions. WOW, it's all there folks and I have to eat my own words after crying out loud about being cheated. My excitement overcame me and I did not read the most important part of the contract. Will never do this again.

I fell for the $4.95 shipping & handling only for a sample supply. My credit card was charged $49.95 & I still haven't received the sample. I sent email on 11-14 & 11-20 & still have not heard anything.

I ordered a free trial of AcaiPure of which I was to pay $4.95 shipping and handling. This company sent the AcailPure plus other dietary aids. I ended up being charged $44.95. When I received my credit card statement I was also billed for supplements I neither ordered or received.

The same thing happened to me. The shipping was supposed to be free and then all of these charges appeared on my bank statement. I tried calling the company several times and the hold time was very long and then the phone disconnected every time. I have sent several emails with no response. So, then finally I got my bank involved by having my debit card canceled and I filed claims against those charges and I got my money back.

I ordered Acaipure from this company with a free trial offer. I thought I was paying for shipping and handling of $4.95. Instead, my account was charged $44.85. They sent Hoodia Water and Hoodia Gum which I didn't order. When I finally got them on the phone, they said I had to deselect the Hoodia at the time of purchase in order not to get it. I never saw it. Apparently many others have not, either. Now I am going to have to pay return shipping, and a 15% restocking charge for the product I never wanted. Vicki.

I too was scammed but I was able to get through to these people. You have to wait between 30 and 45 minutes before they pick up. I guess it's to deter people from calling them.
My husband and I spoke with a manager named "Trish" (I put her name in quotes because I don't believe she was a manager and she studdered before saying the name so I don't even believe it was her real name). She answered our call immediately with an attitude. We told her we received a second bottle of AcaiPure even after returning the first. We told her we didn't want to pay for the return shipping since we canceled the whole thing a month prior. She told us "you're ridiculous to think we'll pay for return shipping". We were also charged the $39.95 and $44.90 even though I had USPS confirmed shipping that the bottle was returned and received by them. She thought she was doing me a favor by telling me she wouldn't charge us the 15% restocking fee, which was never mentioned before I ever ordered the trial bottle. I also told "Trish" about this website and she said that they get over 10, 000 orders a day and the people on this website just "don't read their terms and conditions before they order". I told her I'm a college graduate with a bachelor degree in business and that I read everything and did everything by the book and still got screwed.
So, today, once again, I shipped their bottle back to them. We're praying this is officially over but I have a bad feeling about it. I called Amex to put in a dispute for the charges in case they try anything. I gave Amex this website too in order to prove that they are scamming people.

AcaiPure uses deceitful practices. I thought I was just paying for s&h a 1.95 to just try out the product. All the products I tryed before this you just pay for the s&h you don't have to send back the unused portion. But because I didn't see the small print on returning their unused portion AcaiPure did charge me the full price of $39.95. When I called to cancel my order before my trail day was up the salesperson did not mention that I had to return the unused portion or I will be charge the full price. AciPure used deceptive practices banking on people not reading the small print because normally you don't send back the unused portion.

I requested free trial order with the only charges being the shipping and handling fee. However, when I received the merchandise I found that I been billed for 2 additional items that I did not approve. I received items that I do not know anything about and was charged in excess to 4.95 (shipping/handling) a sum of 39.90 bringing my total to 44.85. I have tried to contact the company several times but I just get a voice mail indicating that I have some ridiculous wait time of 90 minutes or more before being able to speak to someone in customer service. I believe that it is time to shut these frauds down. People are working too hard to earn a living just to have crooks like Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. rob them out their hard earned monies. I approved $4.95 not $44.85. I was really shocked when I received the sales receipt. I still don't know they were able get more monies than I approved.

The same. Fraudulent company and in with Fit-Fac, Acaipure, Fulfillment Center etc.

Your only recourse is to "hot card" your credit or debit card. They hit mine again the day I called them. Your bank will be happy to stop your card and issue you a new one so that these scam artists can't do more damage.

I have just joined the ranks of all the other people who have been ripped off by this company. I STRONGLY urge all of you to contact the Arizona State Attorney General's office and/or the Florida State Attorney General's Office. Contact the state that is mentioned on the products packaging. I have faith in this system and you will get results. I have just contacted Arizona and am confident we will hear something soon. Google "Arizona State Attorney General" and you will get to the site and click the links leading to consumer issues. There is a direct link to e-mail and explain the situation. Include all the information you can in regards to the address, etc. They will have to respond to us all.
Good luck!

I asked for a free trial with a shipping charge of $4.95. They charge me directly in my Visa account $39.95 more without warning. I tried to call them but they never answer the phone. I also want to cancel what they called "membership" to avoid the next automatic supply of ($39.95+4.95$) but no answer . It's simply a rip-off. I want my money back and they stop this fraud.

I ordered a "Free Sample, you pay only $4.95 for shipping and handling." I received the sample and honored the charge for $4.95. Later, I found my credit card had been charged with $39.95 which I did NOT order nor authorize. I have received NOTHING more nor have I ordered anything more from them. Interestingly, I have had FOUR more unauthorized charges against my credit card from companies with four different names. They are Bodycleansingonline, Easybodydetoxonline, Fit-Fac (which I think is supposed to be a health club) and Mastercleans. I believe this is nothing but a group scam. If you have not already done so, I urge you to NOT give them your credit card, even for "Free Samples".

I lost my cool with your little customer rep Brett or Brent. I called asking about the charge of 44.90. he was very cocky, not helpful, the seccondtime I talked to him I called him a dick. I don't know who hung up first. I went on the website and was not able to locate this supposed disclaimer about the charge of the pills that he read to me over the phone. I won't waste my time going through everything wrong with your con, I am letting you know I need an RMA number to return the stuff on the way to my house THAT I DID NOT ORDER and i have placed a "dispute of payment " on the 44.90 charge.

This is the worst thing, ever. Somebody has to stop this its ridiculous. I ordered this thinking I only had to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling and was charged $44.95. I was upset but kept the product. Again they charged $39.95 to my account when I didn't even ask for anything. I am unemployed and this is really hurting me. Something has to be done to stop them.

I ordered this product on a trial.. for the shipping and postage only. I have now been charge $74.85 . I have ask for a refund 5 times from their web page.. which clearly states if you don't like the product they will give a full refund no questions ask. I did not authrize these charges. This is clearly a scam. They want a credit card number to charge the shipping and handling. I wonder what Oprah would say if she new her picture was being used in a consumer scam.
