I received my Visa statement today and there is a charge for $44.85. I did NOT order this and I will not pay it. I was to be charged only for the shipping cost of $4.95 for a FREE sample of Acaipure. Today is 12/4/08 at 3:55 pm.
I have tried to call and am on HOLD for over an hour. This charge will not be accepted. What kind of scam are you into? I want a credit to my Visa and a confirmation of that credit by mail and I will not wait--I want that credit to my account now and the confirmation now. I simply will not put up with this. Was offered free sample just pay shipping. What I got was a lot of charges to my credit card totaling $129.70. I kept sending back unauthorized shipments and even sent back the sample. They continued to charge my credit card and even disputed the charge after the credit card removed it from my statement. Now I am arguing with the credit card company about why if they know this company is fraudulent in their business practices they continue to put through their charges. I am considering giving up this credit card company even though we go back 20 years.

I ordered a free trial for Acaipure but immediately cancelled my membership both using their customer service line as well as through email. I also requested that they send a confirmation email to confirm that the membership was cancelled. Acaipure DID NOT give me any confirmation and I have discovered they ignored both cancellation requests and are continuing to charge my credit card WITHOUT my permission. I cannot even get in touch with a customer service agent to deal with the situation because every time I call, they say the wait is over almost an hour and a half long!

I did not authorize charges to my credit card for further merchandise purchases. I returned the merchandise that was sent to me. I want to cancel shipment of all other products. This was a trial offer only. To continue to charge my credit card is a scam. I will notify the credit card company not to accept any other charges.

I ordered the free trial of Colotox and Acaipure and was only supposed to be charge $4.95 each for shipping and was charged the full amount instead and I want to return them. I have tried calling the number and can't get through. I have e-mailed also and didn't get a response. Could someone please tell me how I can resolve this. I don't want to be charged another charge for more stuff I don't want.

I ordered the free trial version and they charged me for the whole thing. Now they sent me another and charged my credit card. I tried to call to cancel and the wait time is over 30 minutes. I went on line to cancel and it is automated. I'm never ordering anything from TV again. Last time, I had to change my credit card number to get them to stop sending the stuff. Now that they have my card number, the company is shipping automatically from "Fullfillment Center", Largo, FL 33773.

These ripoff companies just want your credit card number. That's why they offer it for "Shipping Cost Only". The charge is $44.90 and they make it impossible to just cancel and return the product that I didn't order.

I saw the famous "Prah Recommends" ad online. Like an idiot I assumed she had known about this, but they are using her face without permission.

I went ahead and STUPIDLY ordered a free trial for $4.95 and immediately my account was debited $44.85 for a free trial of some Hoodia junk and some other junk, and I tried to stop payment but it went through. Very slick. I've reported them to my bank.

I sent three or four emails which have gone unanswered, and I tried to get through on the helpline. I finally got an "operator" (scam professional) after 65 minutes on hold. He was mocking me and making fun of me, not letting me speak, interrupting me, and then finally would not agree that I did not see the "pre-approved"? orders for all the other junk that they charged me for.
That S * O * B hung up on me after 65 minutes on hold!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ACAI-PURE OR YOU WILL BE FORCED TO CLOSE YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT, AS THEY WILL REACH INTO IT AT WILL AND YOU CANNOT STOP THEM!

I was stupid enough to order a "risk free trial" of Acai Pure for the s/h cost only (4.95). About 3 weeks later, my account was charged 39.00 (approx.). I went back to the ads and read the fine print that you only have TWO WEEKS after you receive the product to "cancel your membership" or you will be charged the cost of your "risk free" bottle of crap. Furious, I called the customer service number and got the same recording others did, stating a "71 minute wait time". More furious, I waited and finally got someone on the line after an hour. She said "you have to send it back within 30 days" to get your refund (39.00) and luckily I still have a few days left. I confirmed the return address to ship back the stupid bottle with her on the phone that is on their scam website: Fulfillment Center, ATTN: Returns, 12399 Belcher Road South, Suite 140, Largo, FL 33773. She said you should get a delivery confirmation number when I asked the question "what if the mail is slow", which I will of course with a signature confirmation as well. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE SCAMMERS! But of course if you are reading this, you already did. . .just like me.

I went online and found a free trial for an Acai Berry Power 500 product and colon cleanse. The free trial amount to be charged to my credit card was to be $4.95 for shipping. After putting 2 of my credit card numbers in the website, and BOTH stated" credit card denied*, I decided to call my credit card companies. Both of my credit card companies stated there was no problem with the charge, and a company by name of CCNNUTRA had charged an amount of $ 44.85 to BOTH of my credit cards. I tried to call this CCNNUTRA company and there is a constant busy signal. I brought this company up online, and there were many sites on fraudulent charge complaints on this company. Some of the websites were not even coming up any more on the web site listed. This company needs to be stopped with their dishonest business transactions, and unauthorized credit card charges to consumers credit card companies. This incident has caused me undue distress, and certainly has discouraged me from ordering any more online.

I am a victim of the same fraud. I ordered this product AcaiPure, endorsed by Oprah and was charged for Hoodieburst gum and hoodie water drops. I've tried calling and reporting this company. I called the company and was told by a recording that I had a 72 hour waiting time for my call to be answered. 72 hours! I couldn't believe it. They charged my credit card $44.85. It was suppose to be a charge of $4.95 for shipping and handling. I'm calling Pam Zeckman to see if I can have this company exposed on a national level. I hope no one else is a victim of this company and if you are pursue it to the end. This is the type of business that companies like this make a fortune from and they benefit from each of us feeling like there's nothing we can do. Do something! Write your congressman, your local news media outlet, email blogs and email lists! Just joing me in doing something!

After ordering a $4.95 trial size bottle of AcaiPure my credit card was billed $44.85 for additional products that were not ordered by me. After attempting to call the number listed several times to be told the wait time was over 70 minutes to talk to someone in customer care and they recommened I go to their e-mail site for help, here I am and there is still no one listening! I am calling my credit card company to have the charges removed!

I ordered a bottle of Acaipure at the price of shipping and handling after getting the as seen on Oprah show e-mails for the price of $4.95 you only pay for shipping and handling and was charged $44.85 and put on a continous billing plan. I can not get through to customer service, and the e-mail address says invalid. Where is Oprah now?

I also got products I did not order and they are exorbinately priced. I called my credit card company and canceled that card. Plus I sent a letter to credit card company disputing charge.
Also I sent an email to Oprah, letting her know what kind of business this is.
Beware, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I order the free bottle of acaipure and paid the $4.95 shipping fee. Than my credit card was charge 39.99 than 44.95. how can Oprah let some company used her name and than they take advantage of people. It should be up to the individual if they still want to order the produt or not. They wont answere the phone nor answere your email. Oprah shoild to be a shame I will stop watching her show.

I, also, thought I was receiving a free trial, just shipping and handling but was charged $45.00. This is misleading.

I ordered a free sample of Acai Pure and a few days later received Acai Pure, gum and a serum I did not order then was charged 44.85 on 11/5. I returned the unopened gum and serum on 11/14 to get reimbursed which I have not as of yet. Then on 11/25 I was charged 39.95. for what I don't know. Please take my name and account number off your automatic list and reimburse me for the last 2 shipments. Thank you, Judy Huseman

This diet plan was suppose to be a risk free trial offer. They did not give you enough time to decide whether or not you wanted to use this weight program before they were charging your credit card. So after I received my credit card statement and I saw where they had made the charged for $ 39.95. I called the business and cancelled that order and I also told the lady that I was in the process of sending the products back to the company. She gave me a processing # .
I returned the products and was billed again the following month. I called numerous times and I was on hold for 30 minutes and still didnot talk to anyone. I changed my credit card number.

On November 14th 2008 I ordered a sample of their product for a small charge of $4.95 charged to my debit card. The next thing I know, I get a package with the Acaipure capsules, a Hoodia eyedropper type bottle to put in my water, & Zoft gum. Later I discovered that they charged my account $44.85 which resulted in $90.00 worth of overdraft charges. I haven't opened their products and don't want to send them back until I contact someone about it. So, I tried today to call the FL number & they said the wait time was 29 minutes. Don't fall for this scam. I only hope they don't keep sending me packages. I am getting a new debit card just because of this!

I have read all the comments posted and now I will also add mine to the growing list.
I ordered the trail size from AcaiPure for the sh&h charges and was charged $39.95 so fast that my head is still spinning. I called the company and tried to speak with one of their people but I could not get through because of the 45 minute wait time. I am also going to cancel my credit card and wait for them to contact me, I am thinking of putting them on hold for 45 minutes also. How in Gods name do we get rid of these people?
I have not opened the product and I would like to return it but can't find the return address if someone has it please email it to me at this web site, please.

I thought I was ordering a free trial of AcaiPure only to pay shipping charge of $4.95 Instead I got charged $44.85 and received Hoodia Water and Gum I have no intention of using.. or wanting... I will not pay for these items .. and if they want them back they can come and get them..
