I received my Visa statement today and there is a charge for $44.85. I did NOT order this and I will not pay it. I was to be charged only for the shipping cost of $4.95 for a FREE sample of Acaipure. Today is 12/4/08 at 3:55 pm.
I have tried to call and am on HOLD for over an hour. This charge will not be accepted. What kind of scam are you into? I want a credit to my Visa and a confirmation of that credit by mail and I will not wait--I want that credit to my account now and the confirmation now. I simply will not put up with this. free sample was suppose to be 4.95 shipping. charged my account 44.85. called their phone #, recording told me there was a 51 minute wait due to increased popularity of their products. Yea, it's people trying to get their money back. I'm filing fraud charges with my bank.

I ordered a free sample that was suppoesed to cost 4.95 to ship. They have deducted 44.65 from my bank account. This place is a total rip off. I had put a stop payment on it but the charge came in under a different name than the preauthorization name so the bank paid it. I get no answer from my e-mails either.

I ordered the trial sample and was supposed to only be charged for shipping; instead they charged my credit card $44.85. When you try to contact them, you're told "our calling volume is very high at this time and we take calls in the order received and it will be approximately a 73 minute wait". Obviously the wait is due to them overcharging people!

I was supposed to pay $4.95 just for shipping and was charged $44.85 once and then later was charged $39.95(I'm not sure what this was for. Due to their stupidity, I had my bank account overdrawn. I would like to be reimbursed for the overcharge, plus my charge for my account being overdrawn. I would not advise anyone to order this product. This is just a scam.

Was supposed to be a trial charge only of $1.99 but have been charged 3 times on my charge card for $39.95, $44.95 and $39.95. I have returned unused product with no refund but have disputed with my card's customer service department to get a credit.

I signed up for a free trial. Pay postage of about $4.50. Got billed$44.85 on my credit card. Tried calling 3 times. On one call, supposed to have a 45 minute hold, I held for 1 hour 20 min. and never got through. They also signed me up with a subscription to FitFactory .com without my authorization. A $29.95 monthly bill. I was able to cancel that without charge as it was within "the trial period." I cancelled the charge on my credit card. Product arrived 23 days later and I will refuse the package through the US Mail.

I too ordered the AciPure Dietary Supplements that were supposed to be a free 30 day trial with $4.95 shipping and handling. I receved the Hoodia gum and so called Hoodia water and was charged an additional $44.85. I called and was on hold 70 minutes, 2 times, to receive a "Return Authorization Number" to return the items, they said, 72 hours after receipt of email, I would also have to pay $15.00 restocking fee. I kept emailing to get them to tell me EXACTLY what I would be billed for and the customer service rep (Brian) told me I should have to spend 2 years in the service, like he did, to be responsible for my actions. I asked to speak to his supervisor and then he told me that my 30 days were up and they didn't need me as a customer any longer, but then charged me an additional $39.95 for the product. He then hung up on me. Anyone think of a class action lawsuit? This place is a scam and should be banned from the internet and selling products. I emailed Oprah to tell her that they are using her picture on their advertisement, which isn't good publicity for her. I paid $84.80 for a scam and feel really stupid. P.S. Company President's name is: Graham D. Gibson and his email is www.centralcoastnutra.net - email him, hudreds of times!

What ever you sign up with this company for a free trial. All I needed to do was pay the shipping of 1.95 and that was it. When I recieved my product I noticed that it signed me up for a membership. Their wedsite does not mention this when you get your free trial so I called and cancled my membership. When I revieved my bank statement I noticed a 39.95 charge. I called them again and they show that I never canceled my membership. After I talked to them again I noticed another charge on my bank statement of 44.90. Do not use this company all their goal is to rip you off.

I ordered trial: was sent more than ordered ($44.85 ) & returned excess. Was still charged full amount. Called, promised would be fixed & money refunded. Instead.. second bill for extra $39.95 came in. Called again & was told money HAD been returned and I had agreed to pay $38 for product. Then was told I am now "Black-listed!"
I was treated nicely on the first call with apoligizes. Second call I was treated like a dim-wit and not allowed to talk!
Something MUST be done about these companies.

Last month my husband order Acai Pure. This is when all our trouble began. He saw ads for the product and thought for he would try it. He said it is free all you have to do is pay the shipping and handling. I told my husband nothing is free.

But the ad states free just pay shipping and handling. Oparh advertised this product. I wonder if she know what the company is doing.

When we received the package the Acai Pure was there plus 2 items my husband said that he did not order. Hoodi Water & Hoodi Gum. We were charged $44.95. I called the company at [protected].

An automated message says that they are so busy that you will have to wait. So I waited. Next, the automated message says we are so sorry we can not take your call but if you still need to contact us e-mail us at support@centralcoastnutra.net.

So I e-mailed the company and explained that we did not order the items and would like a refund. We get an e-mail back that said if you keep the items we will refund you $15. I again e-mailed the company and said I do not want to keep your Acai Pure or the Hoodi Water or gum. They never replied back.

We returned the package and had the post office do a conformation of package received. That was 2 weeks ago.

Today I was checking my bank account and there was another withdraw of money from our account for Acai Pure for $39.95. I hit the roof. I called my bank and filed a dispute and to stop any more being withdraw from our account.

So not only are we out the $44.95 we are now out $39.95. I decided to check the website out to see exactly what was going on.

If you go to the website they have you fill in your name & address to see if there is anymore free Acai Pure for your state. I filled the blanks in Bozo The Clown with a mad up address and zip code.

Next it said that for only $4.95 you can try Acai Pure. All you have to do is give them your credit card information. At the side they offer you the Hoodi Gum & Water. If you do not uncheck the boxes then you will get the Hoodi Water & Gum. But the ad does not tell you that.

Then at the bottom of the ad in very fine print. I had to copy and paste into word and then bring the font up to even read it. But here is the disclaimer at the bottom of their ad.

*You are ordering the AcaiPure 14-day risk-free trial offer for $4.95 shipping and handling. Your 14-day trial begins when you receive the product. If you are not satisfied with AcaiPure for any reason just return the unused portion anytime before the end of the 14-day trial period and you will have no further obligation. If you are happy with the product do nothing and your credit card will be charged an additional $39.95 approximately 14 days after your receive your trial shipment. In addition, approximately 30 days after you order your risk-free trial and about every 30 days thereafter, we will automatically send you an additional 1 month supply. The credit card you provide today will be billed the low price of $39.95 plus $4.95 shipping & handling for a total of $44.90 when each new product ships. That's 20% off the regular price for a 1-month supply. You may cancel your membership to at any time by simply calling our Customer Care department at [protected], by emailing us at support@centralcoastnutra.net, or by using the Contact form on our website. Remember, most customers see noticeable results by using AcaiPure consistently for 3 months. If you are not fully satisfied with future shipments of you may return any unopened containers of within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Please read the full Terms and Conditions for complete details of this offer*

I am reporting the company to the Florida States Attorneys Office. I e-mailed them to cancel my husband membership no one returns your e-mail. This is a scam. If you notice by ordering the Acai Pure you are becoming a member. So they will charge you $39.95 per month.

I am sending a copy of this to Oprah. I hope that she will not support this company. I wonder how much they paid her for the ad.
Companies like this is why our country is in a mess.

This Organization also sells items for 7 other companies. My husband just spoke with our bank and they stated that they could not reach the company either. Since we filed a dispute they are refunding our money.

Buyer Beware

This company is bilking me out of $44.95 a month for a product sample i never received. they do not answer phones or emails. My american express account has to be closed and reopened because credit card companies always protect the merchants (they won't block any merchant id number trying to access funds from your account) and not the customer.

I ordered a sample from this company. I recieved more than I ordered and was charged 44.95. I returned the items
on the next day. I have not recieved a refund and was now charged another 39.95. I will report them to the FTC and the Better business beaureau. I have contacted my bank, but so far I have not recieved my money back, which would now equal 79.90 for absolutely nothing. Geri L Beber 07184

My complaint is the exact same as another I read. I was charged 44.85 for products I absolutely did not order and have had no success in being able to speak to a representative from the company to demand a refund. I also can not find and order number which is required on the website to cancel my so called "membership". Beware of this company it is obviously a total scam!

They will capture your card number and charge you ten times what you authorized. They specialize in no way to contact them to stop the fraudulent use of your card. If you sign up you will be taken for hundreds of dollars as they ding your card for $50 a shot. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! BUYER BEWARE!

I went online and ordered some ACAIPURE thinking I could loose some weight. Not only was I charged the 4.95 shipping, I did NOT receive the item ordered, then I have since been charged to charges of 44.95 to my credit card---and as of yet, still have not received anything for my money.
In addition to this--I have been getting other charges to my credit card for all kinds of slimming proiducts, none of which have I received, but also have never been to any of these other sites!
In addition to all of this, none of the phone numbers that show up on my statement can be reached, they all begin with 888 and if you try to call them, you get a circuit busy during their supposed "business" hours, and then a recording after that---so you are unable to get hold of anyone.
I will never buy anything online again due to the total of my charges to my credit card--as of this morning $563.89 Due to all these fraudulant charges I was unable to buy gifts for my grandkids for Christmas.
If anyone knows of a site to turn all these people in to make them stop their fraud, please let me know.
Here is a partial list of the companies that my credit card info was sold to fraudulantly--this is straight off my statement!

I also ordered the trail version of AcaiPure for only the shipping charges. My account was charged the full #39.95 plus the shipping charges, then a few weeks later, my account was charged another $49.95. I only received the trail version of product. I want to know, how to STOP these people. I have sent email to them to cancel; tried to call; was told the wait was 27 minutes. I haven't got time to mess around. I am angry and to beat all; today I received another shipment which I will send back receipt requested. Please, any help will be greatly appreciated. ACAIPURE charged my credit card $39.95 unuathorized. I only signed up for a free trial for$4.95 shipping & handling. Received my bank statement, and they charged $39.95. I want my money credited back to my account immediately, if not sooner! This is outrageous and illegal.

I have been trying since 11/26/08 to receive my refund of $59.95. Every time I call, they give me more reasons why I haven't received it.Now, they are telling me, when you return the products you need to have the tracking number. They said I haven't sent the product back and they don't show record of the transaction. Then the girl hung up on me!Can you believe that! Not only did they charge me without my approval, but they are rude in answering my questions. When I called back, they offered me a $20 courtisy card on my acct.I told them "Why would I want $20 when I have been charged 3x that?".To my surprise they said that is all they could do for me and they didn't have to even do that, and hung up again! There has to be something we all can do to get our refunds back. This is the first time I have ever had to deal with a company so unprofessioal and a complete rip off! If there is something out there to help us, I'd sure be interest in taking action on this company!DO NOT MESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!RIP OFF!

I can't believe that I fell into their stupid fraud of receiving a free trial. They charged me $72.00! Now they are charging my card every month I haven’t even opened any of the bottles yet in hopes that they might take them back and give me a refund! Reading other blogs I see that calling them or emailing them would be useless, but what else can one do? I was not hoping to loose weight in my wallet! I didn’t think that their plan to help people loose wait was by making them so broke that they have to starve themselves since they can no longer afford the basic essential needs that one need to survive- like FOOD! This is ridiculous!

I ordered the ACAIPURE product with the understanding that it would only cost me $4.95. Well they sent me that product plus two others. I called them (and did get a "Live Person". They said to call back within 14 days if I did not want to continue with the products. I did call back thinking that would be it. But when I got my credit card, lo and behold, there are the charges. $4.95 for one, $1.95 each for the other two. Then there is the full amount charged for all three. $39.95 and $38.95 twice for a TOTAL of $126.70. What a RIP OFF! They are FRAUDS and should be taken off the market.

Like many before me, I ordered one product, "Acaipure" from the US.Iwas sent this product and charged. But a month later, whilst checking through my statements I realised that I was "diddled" for two extra, imaginary products and promptly charged £100!
These people are swindlers, stay away and cancell your credit cards immediately!
The problem is that they come under different names, so you really have to keep an eye on the ball.
I am really upset and would like to see these idiots behind bars.
Does anyone know if they can be reported to the authorities in the US?

I ordered a trial offer with $4.95 shipping. They deducted and sent products which were not ordered and charged $44.85. Acaipure has now deducted a further amount of $39.95 from my bank account and I definitely did not order anything, as they were told to cancel my "trial offer". This is unacceptable business practice.
