the Manager at your Carrollton store is not management material, I have been in management most of my life, I believe her name is Jessica, she treated me like I had no sense at all, Im very angry because of her way she dealt with me, Then Miranda stepped in and was wonderful beyond words... I need to speak to someone about my purchase with yall, I want a full refund, TV I oedered for my 93 year old mother was a joke, Not everyone at that age has an email address, Im very upset and disapointed
