Well, I called before I went the service four months ago. I have been making my payments. The one white female employee that continued with the transaction that started over the phone had such a bad attitude. I made the payment and she made a remark that I ignored, do I need the item or she was jealous of it. I ignored it and went on with payment. Well I had to wait for it on the wrong day that she told me and while waiting I got a bad vibe from her and decided to wait in my car. As mentioned payments made on time and ids given her attitude was horrible.
