My husband and me, we went to aaron store to rent a sofa and 60 inches tv. I found the black leather sofa, I want, but used, I was a old customer on that store, I ask the manager if he can get me a new one, he said yes, but I have to wait at least a week or two, but for the meantime, there going to deliver the old sofa first until the new sofa is coming. I agree the deal was done. It was april 2009 until this month, the sofa is nothing, every time I have to pay my due, they promise me, and promise me, the manager mr. Tyler, doesn't want to talk to me. I had a appointment with him but he is not there. I was upset, the another manager he's name brent wiggens, to leave and the store and never comeback. Those manager was very rude, because am not white, they were treat me like a garbage. I was paying on time.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I live in the State of Massachusettes, Western Mass to be kind percise have been renting a 60 inch Tv from these people and went behind a month due to financial hardships... These people, From the managers, Supervisors, Sales rep Etc are so rude... .Not only do they leave nasty messages on my phone, but they call everyone on my call list and are nasty with them as well, they had even called my Mother in law and were very disrespectful... The people who deliver and pick up are very unproffessional, , The store called me various times, threatening me, Calling me out my name, no respect for women whats sp ever... They have threatened to send out a warrant, put me in jail etc for one month payment that lapesed! Even after explaining to them that I support myself with my disability, and was just facing a hard ship that Month... They are unjust, Unproffessional and if they were a law against these kind of so called proffessional people, I swear I would pursue one...
