A-Omega Fence Company doesn't stick to their warranty they advertise on their website and contracts

A-Omega Fence Company doesn't stick to their warranty they advertise on their website and contracts. They say they got a 3 year workmanship warranty. I've called the office more than 4 times to get someone to come out and fix my fence, but nobody showed up. The secretary keeps lying and the owner is a scammer. I don't understand how they got an A+ rating.
