Barnes Paving

l in September, Doug finally replied and said he would come out to take a look. He came out in early October and said he would fix it. However, it's now November and nothing has been done.

I am very disappointed with the quality of work done by Barnes Paving. The large gray/white discolored areas on my new asphalt driveway are unsightly and unacceptable. I paid a hefty sum of $2,643.00 for their services, expecting a smooth and level driveway. Instead, I got grooved tire tracks and an uneven corner.

When I called to complain, they did send their equipment to try and fix the tire tracks and level the uneven section. But instead of solving the problem, more white graying areas started to appear. It's frustrating to see the driveway deteriorate even further after their attempted repairs.

Doug Barnes, the owner, did come to inspect the issue and sent someone to reseal the driveway. It looked decent for a few weeks, but the white gray area at the end of the drive came back in August. I reached out to Doug with new pictures, hoping for a prompt response, but he ignored me.

After multiple attempts to get a response, Doug finally replied to my second email in September. He promised to fix the problem, but it's now November and nothing has been done. It's incredibly frustrating to be left hanging and not have the issue resolved.

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Barnes Paving. The quality of their work is subpar, and their lack of communication and follow-through is disappointing. I would not recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and well-done asphalt driveway.
