Atlas Outdoor

Atlas Outdoor, LLC installed a fence in my yard during the summer of 2020. There are a couple of problems with their work. Firstly, one of the gates was too low and scraped against the ground whenever it opened or closed. Their solution was to drill new holes in the post to raise the gate slightly. However, this left the old holes exposed, which isn't really appropriate for a new fence. We didn't complain at the time because we were just happy to have a gate that worked, you know?

But the main issue here is that one of the posts is the wrong height, causing the rail to be slanted instead of parallel to the ground. I've brought this problem to Atlas's attention, and they've acknowledged it, but they haven't done anything to fix it. Every time I ask for an appointment to have it sorted, they tell me they're too busy to address it right now. It seems to me that they should make things right before moving on to new projects.

I've been in regular correspondence with them about this since March, and they just keep brushing it off. It's been over a year since they were paid in full upon "completion," if you can call it that.
