7-Eleven review: Ice machine

I go out of my way to go to a 7-eleven where I get great customer service. I bypass a start that is not a corporate store to go to one that is.

However, the past 2 weeks now I have been unable to get ice and soda that this 7-Eleven. You may think it is all good if the soda portion is still working but trust me, the soda is flat when it comes out if it is not kept cold. So how can I find out when this machine will get fixed so that I am not wasting my time to try to go get a sold from 7-Eleven. I have been going to AM-PM to get my soda and I really prefer 7-Eleven, location of store is 910 Hensley ST NE, Olympia the store that is closer to me is 3541 Martin Way.

Desired outcome: Please have someone call me when machine has been fixed
