Broken air machine that flattens tires
On the morning of 8/25 after dropping my son off at school at 9 am, I stopped at the 7-11 on North Lamar and 51st St. to put a little air into my tires. I carefully read the instructions on the air machine, paid my two dollars and I started filling my tire with air but it kept getting lower. I went inside to inquire and was told I was doing something wrong and I needed to "press the button". Well, I go back out, carefully read all of the instructions again and realize that I am doing everything correctly but still even more air is being let out of my tire. One employee comes and tries to use it and he then lets out even more air, so my tire is almost completely flat now. Another employee, Pavan, comes out and at first blames me too, but then realizes that the machine is in fact broken and puts an out of order sign on it. He is quick to tell me that it was working just fine this morning, as if it's either my fault that it broke or they have no responsibility since "it was working this morning". Now I have a flat tire so I call AAA, but they are not able to send a truck with air, so they advise me to ask 7-11 to provide me with a can of fix a flat. Pavan immediately got defensive and said, you will have to buy that and it's $20. When I protested this, he took out his cell phone and threatened to call the police. I only had a few dollars on me as this was supposed to be a quick trip to drop my kid off at school and was just a few blocks away from my house. I had to drive to another gas station with a flat tire, doing damage to my rim and wasting about an hour of my morning with this whole fiasco.
Desired outcome: Pavan to be fired immediately
7 Eleven's Buildings and Lots
I just would like either the corporate or franchise owners of the 7 Elevens in the San Fernando Valley (Especially on Balboa and Nordhoff, Balboa and Chatsworth and Balboa and Roscoe), The San Gabriel Valley, and in Santa Barbara., to know that many of your stores are run down, have a ton of loitering and the litter is atrocious! Please do whatever you can to remodel and landscape your stores and keep them looking nice and beautiful. They are such an eyesore in the communities now. I like what you sell, especially your pizza, but the state of your buildings and how you just let neglect overrun them is a big no no!

This happened on 2022/08/10 at approximately 1902 hrs The chicken wings were soggy and cold, didn’t get all my order. When I phoned the 7-11 they said it wasn’t their fault as their stuff is always hot! My dog sniffed the wings and walked away, I tasted one of the wings and it tasted like mold and I can’t get that horrible taste out of my mouth!

I came to do car wash as usuial. I have used car wash here more than 50 times since the the past 20 years. This morning, I moved the car in position. The things started moving and got stuck, bended forward and locked in at my front - near my front door. It was stuck... Then the car wash stopped functioning... I waited for a few minutes... Then it went green light to indicate to move forward... I came out and came back around and found out the code was not usable. I went inside to ask for a new code... Then, I came back out realized that the area where the car washer was stuck had a few dents... Minor but obviously dented... With a light scratch... I believe the "touchfree" paint fixer people that I used years ago... Can fix these... They us a lighting system to highlight it and the a "suction" to pull these spots back out... I did call the store manager patel out. I did record the conversation and incident.

employee of the 7 eleven here on Rt. 7 Duanesburg Rd. over nights
7/18/22 approx 3:00am this morning. The new employee has been ringing up my order improperly. I keep telling he is charging me the wrong amount! I am there EVERY DAY as my work schedule is a 7 day job. He did not work the weekend so I saved my reciept and handed it to the employee. He started yelling at me that he is doing what he was told and I stated to him to learn how to ring it up using the receipt and I stated for him to do his job correctly. He started getting i-rate so I said do you job! He refused to sell me my order and that's when I left. I have heard complaints from othef workers where he didn't listen to instruction during training and does nothing to help with the store. I also buy gas there.
Desired outcome: At least get him trained properly and an apology should be given

I encountered a pan handler there last week and the employee did nothing about the person harassing the customers.as a matter of fact the person was making rude comments to my wife and the employee just sat there and laughed about the situation.thats when I realized that even if law enforcement was called the employee would not be on my side because he knows the person.
Desired outcome: You need to either change the employees(management included) or do something about the issue.

I was threaten bye the guy working on seven eleven and waited more than 38 hrs to hear back from seven eleven never did so I called them they did not even remember me at first then they said they could not hear anything on the video and he was there for 10 years I guess there all friends and they do not take care of you. Customer service representative’s rude language
7-Eleven Ardeer South‘s customer representative used very office language on the loud speaker saying F words in front of whole customers there at the fuel stop and McDonalds. Just because i was standing on the fuel bay, btw it was all empty, with my truck cause i was hungry and need to buy some pies on the go without need to stop for longer to be parked in the parking bay and as i was ready to leave he spoke in the loud speaker and shouted at me quote “ get the [censored] out”. That was very offensive and rude and disrespectful. That’s a shame on you to have such disgusting employees on your payroll. I will never going to visit 7elevns ever again.
BTW i am going to pursue a legal action against your employee unless he apologised.
Desired outcome: An apology on the speaker phone in front of the customers. Just like he abused me.

I m mr pierson, me and my grand son before to go to school at wichit (phuket), we stopped to bought some food for 35 baht at 7/11 (nb 03718), this moning 29/06/2022 at 0755, I give him 500 baht and stay behind him (I want to teach him to take care money and manage it). I was surprised to see the casher register all items, (see ticket), take the 500 baht and give back to my children only few bucks (and ticket) and put bank note under his the desk … I interrupted transaction and ask why he give just few bucks to my children... I complained in front of the desk and in front of others people who work in this shop. I speak in english and workers don t speak or don t speak very well english. Finally I received all my money back (correct amount). It s a theft. I don t know yet if I will go to police. This shop is in front of dowroong wittaya school.

The one on railcard drive in sterling v a. Yesterday at at around 4:40 something I got gas there. It was 4.94 a gallon. My tank was half empty so i was filling it the rest of the way. I drive a white 2016 Hyundai accent. The scene showed I would be charged about 20 dollars something when I was done. But my credit card was charged 175.00 they overcharged me! This was my first time going to any 7 eleven. I think they charged me the amount for the car before me! The machine didn't give me a receipt.

On June 2, 2022, while I had visited 7-Eleven in Plano, Texas, I expected the store representative’s behavior to be professional when interacting with the public, I anticipated her behavior to be respectful to say the least. However, the experience was anything but germane in this case.
My wife and I were filling up our fuel tanks in two separate vehicles and would pay for the transactions by credit card and requested a receipt for the purchases. As I was placing the card in the “charge pad”, the representative petulantly demanded,
“Remove your card!”
In response, I asked the 7-Eleven representative to say, “Please” in a more polite manner.
The representative responded by glaring directly at “me” in a condescending fashion as she completely ignored my request/s.
Before I could ask the representative to be more cordial, the representative began shouting at me in a hateful tirade as she called me names and began to berate my late mother. The representative’s attitude was not only condescending but completely truculent and confrontational towards my wife and I. During the representative’s tirade I asked for her name and interjected that I was formerly a Police Officer. To my dismay, the representative exclaimed,
“F*ck the Police!”
I am very active on social media and established a large fan base that demands me to shop at a variety of retail stores during our daily routines. During my experience the 7-Eleven representative was recorded shouting at me. I have the video clipping that shows the representative attacking me and degrading the Police in a hateful manner.
7-Eleven’s discernment not only presents a form of cynicism that dictates a new standard of service but also presents quandary from continuing business.
Although, I reached out to 7-Eleven Headquarters, my gravamen was completely ignored. I would like to find resolution to this matter amicably.
Desired outcome: An apology and inconvenience credit.

I have purchased a 52 oz gulp cup. How much is my refill prices because i have been going to my 711 here in waimanalo hawaii and i have been getting charged all different prices. $1.29, 2.56, 3.09, what is the real price.

The old cups even have it written on the side (if it hasnt rubbed off due to age). Anyway they introduced a new refill policy. Before you NEEDED THEIR 7-11 refillable mug/cup (that we had to pay for $10-$13). Now the new policy (posted on soda fountain machine) is can use ANY CUP 52oz and lower is 1.59 refill (used to be 1.29). Anything over 53oz dramatically jumps to the 100oz refill mug price of 2.99. Now here’s where the scam is. 7-11s Newest Recent 2022 Refillable Mugs where purposely made a lil bigger (64oz the new red version) so that they can force the 2.99 rate on everyone. But the really messed up part is because it’s a similar design type to the old 52oz refill mug, if you try to use the OG 7-11 52oz mug THEY STILL CHARGE YOU 2.99! 7-11 is LITERALLY RIPPING OG PATRONS OFF THAT BOUGHT THEIR OFFICIAL REFILL 52oz mug (ALL previous versions) and forcing the new 2.99 rate on all 7-11 refill mugs. At that point you might as well burn these cups and just grab the 100oz cup cuz that’s the price youll be paying anyway. I already returned all their refill mugs due to them not honoring the true price of THEIR OWN 52oz mugs and policy LOL UNREAL! And the workers no give a dam, they just say that’s what they being told to charge. Yes I agree I just went to 7-11 near Sand Island and the male cashier was trying to get me to pay 3.45 for 2 refill cups. In the back on the soda fountain it says up to 63 ounces 1.99 and then you look a little more up and it says 64 Oz. to 100 Oz. Is 3.45 my cup is 52 Oz. So I told him NO U RIPPING ME OFF.
