OTR Solutions Factoring Invoices

I use OTR Solutions to factor invoices and to receive payment from companies that I work with. I submitted an invoice this morning and am being told that OTR Solutions will not be factoring my invoice because my DOT authority is inactive. My authority was active when I did the work for this specific invoice and I feel that OTR Solutions is not holding up their end of the agreement.

Desired outcome: I want OTR Solutions to factor the invoice that I submitted so I can be paid from the company that I did the work for.
