Banned after VIP membership purchase
I purchased VIP membership & was later banned with the "Reason given" as "Why sre you still here!? Weren't you going to sur me?"
You really could not make this stuff up. I have the screenshot saved.
I had not taken any legal action against 321chat at anytime before this ban.
I recommend that that this site is avoided.
***EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT "This user is unwell. They were refunded their VIP and asked to not return. They have been banned multiple times but continue to return under other IPs. They threatened to sue because they think they are entitled to a written log of all their communications while on the chat site."
First of all, 321chat.com has NOT refunded me, I'm in the UK and it is illegal to say that if that is not true. Secondly, I have NEVER been asked not to use the site. Thirdly, i said that I may take further action if they failed to provide the data that I was entitled to receive under the law. Unfortunately as you can see that this company is prepared to say I'm unwell and lie about the events that have taken place. I personally believe that all is not well with 321chat, please see the other reviews to make up your own mind. Please don't be fooled.

We have no reason to make up any lies at all. We have a massive user data base of users who know how trustworthy and genuine we are, especially when compared to similar online chat rooms.
I feel like you’ve made another account on here because it says you have 1 complaint and I can’t see where you’re quoting from.
We don’t accept user screenshots on the chat as complaints because they’re photoshopped too easily. We have a flag report feature which prevents that happening. So I wouldn’t be able to verify your claims here unless it’s in our emails.

VIP Membership
After purchasing VIP membership on 18 Jan 2022, (I have proof of purchase) while logged in to a 321chat.com room on 04 Jul 2023 I suddenly and unexpectedly received the image (as shown in the screenshot), which says I have been banned with the “Reason given” as “Why sre you still here!? Weren’t you going to sur me?”
I had not taken any legal action against 321chat at anytime before this ban.
When I try to login, I’m presented with exactly the same image that fills the whole screen and hence I am unable to access anything with regards to my account and any chat room.
The actions that I have taken to try to resolve this issue are that I have contacted the company rep with regards to this, (they were contacted via a review website called sitejabber.com of which a screenshot is attached) and they said that they will never unban me and further that it gives them joy to know that I want back in so badly. (You could not make this stuff up).
Obviously with a response like this, there is no where to go apart from externally to someone like complaintsboard.com.
I had addressed my issue with The UK International Consumer Centre (UKICC) which is an independent, non-profit Consumer Protection organisation that provides free and impartial advice, specifically, to "UK consumers who have experienced problems when buying abroad". Unfortunately they didn’t even get back to me, even after I contacted them again.
Desired outcome: The desired outcome is for the ban to be removed so that the services that I paid for are resumed.

You were banned fairly and then threatened to sue the website. You were ignored by UKICC because your claims are false and inaccurate.
All bans on 321Chat are done fairly and appeals are possible. Most appeals are successful because we want users to understand their ban was fair and they’re being given another chance.

To advise & for the avoidance of any doubt, that the “complaint” here by “Beachbu” was NOT submitted by myself “Daniel444”.
The representative of 321chat are entirely correct that my complaint was indeed resolved.
The wording in “Beachbu” “complaint” here, seems identical to the review (since removed) that I had previously left on a review website called sitejabber prior to my complaint being resolved. The owner of 321chat had replied to that particular sitejabber review.
I would like to confirm & reiterate, that any issues that I raised within my complaint are in the past, & take this opportunity to once again wish the owner the best for the future 🙂.
