I’m the user Daniel444 from Cheltenham, and I’m writing this review to close the chapter on good terms and clear up any misunderstandings.

Although I stopped using this site — and all other chat platforms — some time ago, I want to say that I absolutely loved the user-friendly format of 321chat. No other site I came across offered the same ease of use. I had some genuinely great conversations here, which is why I’m giving it five stars.

Unfortunately, after subscribing, I began noticing that some of my messages weren’t visible to others, and I couldn’t always see what others were saying. I’m not in a position to explain why this happened. I even tested my connection at a coffee shop, but the issue remained unresolved.

As someone who struggles with social anxiety, this felt like losing my only social outlet. Frustrated, I vented in the chat room and left multiple messages on the message boards and related forums.

I also emailed support, hoping for clarity. When I didn’t receive a prompt response, my frustration escalated — and I regretfully mentioned the possibility of taking legal action to obtain any information I believed I was entitled to under the law.

Looking back, I realize that was completely inappropriate and likely came across as an attack on the owner and the business.

I want to sincerely apologize for:

Mentioning potential legal action

Posting multiple complaints and negative reviews in hopes of forcing a resolution

Causing any disruption to the user experience

I understand why the owner chose to ban my account, and I fully accept that decision.

This review is not an attempt to be unbanned. As I said at the start, I simply want to close this chapter respectfully and clear up any lingering misunderstandings.

A few days ago, I attempted to contact the owner by phone to discuss everything, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to speak with them — which I found disappointing. However, I did leave a message on the number I had, as well as an email, and I sincerely hope both were successfully received.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I genuinely wish the 321chat community, and especially the owner, much happiness and success in the future 🙂.
