1StopBedrooms review: Disappointing Experience with 1StopBedrooms: Inaccurate Return Policy and Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently had a disappointing experience with 1StopBedrooms. I tried to return an item that I had received, but ended up not needing. According to their website, I should have only been subject to a 15% restocking fee. However, when I contacted customer service, I was informed that I would also be charged an additional $2.25 per pound. This was not mentioned on their website and I was confused as to why I was being charged this extra fee.

I read their return policy carefully and none of the reasons for the extra fee applied to my situation. I tried to explain this to their customer service, but they were unhelpful and simply stated that it was their policy. I was frustrated and disappointed that they were not willing to work with me.

I have since decided that I will not be purchasing from 1StopBedrooms again. I have found that other online retailers such as WayFair, Amazon, and Overstock are much more honest and transparent with their policies. They are also more willing to work with their customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with 1StopBedrooms. Their return policy was not accurate and their customer service was unhelpful. I would not recommend them to others and will be shopping elsewhere in the future.
