I recently made a purchase on 1StopBedrooms for three pieces of furniture - a chair, couch, and loveseat - along with a 3-year protection plan that the sales agent insisted was necessary. However, my experience with the company was less than satisfactory.

Just two days after my purchase, I received a notification that the chair I had ordered was discontinued. It took a whopping two months and four support tickets for me to finally receive my full credit for the discontinued item. This was a frustrating experience, as I had to deal with three separate credits to my credit card.

To make matters worse, my couch and loveseat were shipped in December and arrived at a local warehouse where they sat until January 26th to be delivered. The shipping company canceled five times, and I was never notified that they were not delivering. When the two furniture items finally arrived, the "white box" service consisted of only one driver instead of a crew. I watched him push the items off the truck in front of my garage. Unfortunately, one item was severely damaged (the loveseat), while the other (the couch) was not damaged.

I contacted customer support the same day to report the damage, and they assigned a company to fix the damaged item. However, the item was deemed unrepairable. I was disappointed with the quality of both the couch and loveseat, but I decided to keep the couch and figure out how to use it in another area of my home. I first asked for the loveseat to be repaired, but after it was not able to be fixed, I asked for a refund. However, the company refused to offer me a refund and insisted that I get another loveseat. I didn't want to have to order another loveseat only to return it weeks later minus a restocking fee. I placed a dispute with my credit card, and the company has since tried to say that the credits for the discontinued item were for the loveseat. I was treated very poorly and demanded to lift the dispute.

Currently, I am in the process of litigation to get my money back for the loveseat. Overall, my experience with 1StopBedrooms was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality furniture and reliable customer service.
