I tried 1800-Gifts to send a gift to my buddy up north in Canada, but man was I bummed when it never showed up. I straight up got robbed of my hard earned cash and they didn't deliver the goods! Like what gives? I wouldn't trust these guys if you paid me to. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of 1800-gifts.com if you want to actually get what you paid for.

I recently got a gift from my sister in India through 1800-Gifts.com. The package arrived on July 21 and contained Rakhi gifts and some sweets. However, when I opened the box, I found out that the soan papdi had already expired way back in March 2020!

I was really upset and disappointed with this experience. I cannot believe that a reputed company like 1800-Gifts.com could make such a grave mistake. It has really affected my trust in them as a reliable service provider. I would not recommend anyone to use their services in the future.

Holy cow! I had an unfortch experience with 1800-Gifts.com. I got the notification that my gifts had been delivered, but they never arrived. I was really bummed and frustrated with the whole thing. I mean, it was for a bday and I had wished for a cake to arrive along with it. Now my daydreams were onhold and my friend was left feeling left out. Not cool. It would have been nice if someone could explain why it never showed up. Overall, big thumbs down.

1800-Gifts.com totally rocks! I placed my order for some sweet treats and a beautiful bouquet for my mom's birthday and it arrived right on time. The quality of the flowers and chocolates were top-notch and my mom was over the moon happy about her surprise gift. However, I did receive a mail from them saying that the order was delivered, but it was not the case. I reached out to their customer service team and they were quick to respond to my query, looking into the matter without any delay and informing me about the issue. They were very helpful in resolving the issue and made sure that my mom received her gift without any further delay. I am super impressed with their customer service and quality products. Keep up the great work, team!

I ordered a fancy gift from 1800-gifts.com and chose their premium delivery service, which cost me around 4500 INR. But to my disappointment, they ended up delivering the wrong item. When I reached out to their customer service team, they demanded extra rupees for redelivery. It was so frustrating! And the worst part was that they still delivered the wrong item, despite me paying more money. I attempted to get in touch with them multiple times about the issue, but no one ever responded. Can you believe it? This was meant to be a luxury gift for someone in the United States, and it ended up being a complete disaster. I definitely won't be using their services again!

I gotta say, I had a real bad experience with 1800-gifts.com. I put in an order for a red velvet birthday cheese cake, and what do they bring me? Some other cake that I never even asked for! And to top it all off, they charge me 5700 rs for it! What kind of messed up service is that? I tried calling customer care too, but nobody even picked up the phone! I requested that the product be delivered by July 30th, and I was disappointed to find out that it didn't arrive until August 11th. When it finally did arrive, I was even more disappointed to discover that the Gulabjamun that was included had expired all the way back in January of 2020!
