I gotta say, I'm pretty stoked I found this website. I've bought all sorts of stuff from here, from silly gifts for a work Christmas thingy to birthday presents for my friend who's obsessed with unicorns. I even got a little something for my pal who just had surgery, to help cheer them up. And for my anniversary with my hubby, I found this book that was like, totally inside joke material. How did they even know?! They seriously have something for every occasion, it's wild. And the shipping is super speedy, which is always a plus. Plus, the quality of the stuff I've gotten has been top notch. And let me tell ya, the customer service is A+. I had a question and they got back to me in a jiffy, and even helped me pick out something that ended up being exactly what I was looking for. I've been telling all my buds about this site and I'm definitely gonna keep buying stuff from here for all sorts of occasions. Highly recommend!

This time around, my experience with Always Fits was a bit rough. Usually, everything goes as smooth as butter, but this time I encountered some issues. I tried to pay via PayPal, but the site wouldn't let me, stating that it violated the user agreement. I've never had this problem before, so I'm not sure where the issue lies. It's so weird!

Another thing that bothered me was the way they calculate the total for free shipping. It's not fair practice, in my opinion, that they calculate it after a discount code has been applied. They even texted me a discount code to lure me into shopping today, but then the total for free shipping was calculated after the discount. I think it should be based on the subtotal before the discount, especially since I'm a regular shopper at Always Fits. It's my favorite gift shop, and I've spent a lot of money here, so I expect better than being nickle-and-dimed.

It's like she's talking directly to me, you know? And let me tell you, this store has got it going on when it comes to campy, pop culture, and nostalgic gifts. It's like walking into my own personal happy place.

I've already bought three gifts from Always Fits and I couldn't be happier. The quality of their products is top-notch, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I placed an order on Always Fits website about 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received my package. When I reached out to them to inquire about my order, they gave me a long story about how they only have 8 female employees and how it's not like they are Amazon. I mean, come on, if you're running a business, you should be able to handle orders in a timely manner. They kept making excuses and it was getting frustrating.

To make matters worse, they didn't offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience they caused me. I ordered gifts for Christmas and now I won't be able to give them until after Christmas. It's really disappointing. I shop from small businesses all the time and I've never experienced anything like this.

I understand that things can happen, but the excuses and lack of customer service is unacceptable. I won't be ordering from Always Fits again.

One of the gifts I got looked like a squished up napkin when I unboxed it, and I had to steam it to make it look presentable. Even though they have some rad stuff, I won't be shopping with them again. It's a bummer, but their customer service is a total zero.

In the end, I decided to empty my cart and only purchase the two items I had originally wanted. I spent way less money that way, but I still felt like the whole experience could have been better. If the items don't apply to the discount, the website should state that clearly and not apply the discount automatically. It's frustrating to think you're getting a good deal, only to have it taken away at the last second.

Overall, though, I still like Always Fits and will continue to shop there. I just hope they can improve their discount system in the future.

But, I do have to give Always Fits some credit where credit is due. They added Afterpay to their business and I am now a mint level member. I can't afford to buy everything at once, so Afterpay has been a lifesaver. Great job, Always Fits! Yas hunny, yas!

And then, to make matters worse, some of their team members started trying to stalk and threaten me. Like, what kind of "company" does that? Luckily, they only found an old profile with outdated info, but if they had found my current info, I would have reported them to the police for sure. I mean, I know I used some harsh words in my initial review, but threatening violence is just not okay. And to make matters even worse, the emails and texts came from the same addresses/numbers that another company had scammed me from about a year ago. So, I'm pretty sure all those "good reviews" are just other scammers trying to make this company look good. Bottom line, don't waste your time with Always Fits. Their customer service is terrible and their actions are just not acceptable.

I thought that was plenty of time for the cards to arrive before Valentine's Day. However, when the big day came around, the cards were nowhere to be found. I had to quickly run to a nearby store and grab whatever leftover cards they had at 4pm on Valentine's Day. It was a real scramble!

I don't think it's too much to ask for a company to refund an order that was guaranteed to arrive before a holiday but didn't. It wasn't until I left a few one-star reviews and made four attempts to contact them that they finally refunded my order on February 21st. Even then, they only did it because the order didn't arrive by February 17th, which is still several days after Valentine's Day.

Overall, I would not recommend using Always Fits. While they may have some cute products, their customer service is lacking and they don't seem to care about making things right when they go wrong. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
