Family Gifts Poor Communication and Delayed Delivery: My Disappointing Experience with Family Gifts Co

I recently had an experience with Family Gifts Co. and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. In anticipation of Christmas, I placed an order for a picture, with the expectation that it would arrive before the holiday. However, much to my disappointment, it did not show up until after Christmas had already passed.

The most frustrating part of the experience for me was the complete lack of communication from the company regarding the delay. I understand that COVID and shipping issues can cause delays, but it would have been helpful to get some sort of update from Family Gifts Co. about the status of my order.

When I tried to reach out to them for more information, I was directed to email them. However, even after emailing them, it took several days for me to receive any sort of response. Even then, I was disappointed that there was no apology or explanation for the delay until I followed up with a second email and was a little more assertive.

Overall, I was really let down by this experience with Family Gifts Co. I had high hopes based on their website and positive reviews, but unfortunately, my order did not meet my expectations. I hope that they can work to improve their communication and shipping processes in the future so that others don't have to go through what I did.

Family Gifts Deceptive practices and empty promises: My experience with Family Gifts Co

As someone who has had a bad experience with Family Gifts Co., I feel it's important to share my story in hopes that others don't fall victim to their deceptive practices. I had high hopes for this company when I placed my order for a canvas on December 5th. However, as time went on and I received no updates on the status of my order, my excitement quickly turned to frustration.

On December 23rd, I finally received an email from the company stating that my order had shipped. However, weeks went by and I still had not received my canvas. This prompted me to reach out to the company via email to inquire about the status of my order. In response, they offered me a measly 10% refund and assured me that my order was on its way.

Unfortunately, this promise proved to be empty as I never received the refund or my canvas. To make matters worse, the tracking app used by Family Gifts Co. (Shop) is extremely unreliable, providing little to no details on the whereabouts of my order. Overall, I would strongly caution anyone against doing business with this company, as my experience has left me feeling ripped off and disappointed.

Family Gifts Disappointed with Family Gifts Co.: Poor Communication and Shipping Issues

I recently placed an order with Family Gifts Co. for a beautiful print with family names and a premium frame. Despite encountering some issues with shipping, the print was delivered in time for Christmas which was a relief! However, disappointment struck when the package was opened and it was discovered that there was spot where the image was entirely missing, leaving the raw canvas showing. To make matters worse, the hardware on the back of the frame was protruding through the canvas - it was sharp and a safety hazard!

Despite this, I remained optimistic and reached out to Family Gifts Co. via email, attaching pictures of the issues faced with the print. Unfortunately, to date, I have sent four emails and not received any response from the team. This has made the situation unbearable and it is highly disappointing not to receive any form of communication from the company. I was originally hoping to receive a replacement or some assistance with the issues faced, but without any response, it is unlikely that will happen.

Overall, I must say that the response from Family Gifts Co. has been highly unsatisfactory. Not receiving any acknowledgment, let alone assistance, after having spent money and time in ordering a product from the company, is not acceptable for any business of this nature. I hope to receive a response soon as I am highly disappointed with the overall experience.

Family Gifts Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Family Gifts Co

I recently had an experience with Family Gifts Co. that was quite disappointing, to say the least. I ordered a canvas from their website and was excited to receive it in time for the holiday season. However, when I checked the tracking, I noticed that the delivery date had been pending since December 1st, even though the canvas was purportedly shipped on that day. I reached out to the company with all of the information that I had gathered, but unfortunately, I was met with a lackluster response. They simply sent me the same tracking information that I was already aware of. I found this to be frustrating, as it did not address the underlying issue, which was the fact that the canvas had been sitting for 10 days with no real updates on its whereabouts. Despite having sent four emails to the company, I have yet to receive a helpful response. Needless to say, the customer service experience that I had with Family Gifts Co. left a lot to be desired.

Family Gifts Disappointing experience: Family Gifts Co fails to deliver or respond to customer queries

I recently made a purchase from Family Gifts Co, attracted by their Facebook advertisement. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be a little disappointing. As of yet, I have not received the merchandise I ordered, despite the fact that my credit card was charged almost immediately. The customer service experience has also left a lot to be desired. When attempting to contact them, I was met with an automated voice response that instructed me to email them. However, upon doing so, I only received automated responses in return. I must say that I would not recommend this company to anyone, not even to someone I do not like. Despite being drawn in by their compelling ad, the service received thus far has been very poor.

Family Gifts Disappointing experience with Family Gifts Co.: Late delivery, inaccurate tracking, and subpar customer service

Like many others, I was excited to place an order with Family Gifts Co. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of my expectations. I ordered a print for my family on 11/26 in hopes of receiving it by Christmas. However, to my dismay, the package never arrived. While the company provided a FedEx tracking number, the product never seemed to ship at all. What's more, the automated updates were woefully inaccurate, and it was near impossible to get an accurate understanding of what was happening with my order.

Needless to say, I was disappointed. I had paid $100 for this print, but I only received a $10 refund, which felt like a slap in the face. While I appreciate the company's attempts to rectify the situation, their customer service was subpar at best. In retrospect, I wish I had reviewed their Facebook comments before making my purchase. Had I done so, I may have seen a trend in late or missing deliveries and could have avoided this headache altogether.

Ultimately, all I wanted was an honest answer. If the company had said that the gift would not arrive until February, I would have been upset, but I could have planned for it. Instead, I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed by an experience that should have been joyful. Family Gifts Co. has a long way to go in terms of customer service, and I'd recommend exercising caution before making a purchase with them.

Family Gifts Review of Family Gifts Co. Personalized Family Photo Board - Issues with Personalization and Confirmation Process

I recently ordered a personalized family photo from Family Gifts Co. (familygiftsco.com) and unfortunately encountered a couple of issues with my purchase. Firstly, upon delivery, I was disappointed to discover that my husband's name, Gary, appeared to read as "Gaby." The rustic style of the board made the "r" appear like a "b," and I had hoped that someone from the company would have noticed this error during production and reached out to me about it.

In addition to this, there was a glitch in the ordering process that resulted in the last two names not being capitalized in my confirmation email, despite appearing as such on the preview screen prior to my purchase. Thankfully, I checked my confirmation email and was able to contact the company to request a correction.

Overall, I must say that I am somewhat disappointed with my experience with Family Gifts Co. Whilst the product itself is of good quality, the errors in both production and confirmation highlight potential weaknesses in their quality control measures. I hope that the company will take steps to address these issues in the future, as I believe that they have the potential to provide customers with fantastic personalized gifts if such problems are resolved.

Family Gifts Familygiftsco.com Review: Frustration and Disappointment

As someone who was highly disappointed with my experience ordering from familygiftsco.com, I feel compelled to share my negative experience. The website had caught my attention as I was searching for a gift to celebrate my 20th wedding anniversary with my wife. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to frustration and disappointment.

As soon as I made my purchase, I encountered difficulties. My order arrived much later than expected, and in fact, never did arrive at all. Despite reaching out to the company through email, I received minimal communication from them, and when they did respond, they informed me they would charge me a 20% fee to refund my money. This was unacceptable to me, as I had paid hard-earned money for an item I hadn't even received yet.

Even after replying to their message to express my dissatisfaction and frustration, I received no response. It was like my communication fell upon deaf ears. This was further frustrating because it showed a complete disregard for my concerns and dissatisfaction as a customer.

Feeling like I had exhausted all possible avenues of communication and dissatisfied with the quality of service as a result, I resorted to opening a dispute with PayPal in order to finally receive my money back.

I would caution anyone considering making a purchase with familygiftsco.com to stay clear of them. Based on my own personal experience, it is not worth the risk. In my opinion, they are not a reputable company and do not provide the quality of service that one would expect from an online retailer.

Overall, I would give this company a rating of 1 out of 5 stars- if that was even possible.

Family Gifts Unfulfilled Discounts and Unresponsive Customer Service at Family Gifts Co

I recently had the opportunity to shop on the Family Gifts Co. website, and though I was initially excited to choose from their lovely range of personalised gifts and keepsakes, my shopping experience did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. Upon checkout, I was informed that I had qualified for a generous 33% discount on my total order. As a cautious and savvy shopper, I carefully calculated my purchase to take full advantage of this discount, only to find that upon completion of my transaction, no discount was applied to my bill.

Naturally, I was extremely disappointed and frustrated by this turn of events. I wanted to contact their customer service team about the issue and find some sort of resolution, but when I tried to call their phone number, I just got an answering machine at several different times of the day. I was left feeling ignored, cynical and distrustful of the brand.

As someone who cares about my hard-earned money, it upset me to think that I may have been tricked into spending more than I was willing to. I have since emailed their customer service team, hoping to either receive the discount I was promised or to have my order cancelled and refunded immediately. I believe that honouring their promotions is vital to retaining loyal customers and building up an admirable reputation.

While I am not exactly impressed by my experience with Family Gifts Co., I do hope that this feedback may help to improve their operations in future, ensuring that their valued customers receive the best possible shopping experience.

Family Gifts Disappointing Experience with Family Gifts Co.: No Response from Customer Service

As the holiday season drew near, I was excited to find the perfect gift for a beloved family member on Family Gifts Co. (familygiftsco.com). I carefully perused their website and finally decided on something that I knew would bring a smile to their face. It was with much anticipation that I placed my order, eagerly anticipating its arrival.

Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned to disappointment when my order failed to arrive promptly. Despite receiving a shipping notice and order number, my gift remained missing in action. Concerned and uncertain about its whereabouts, I reached out to the customer service team to inquire about expected delivery. Unfortunately, repeated phone calls and emails proved fruitless, yielding no substantive response, and leaving me feeling frustrated and helpless.

During one of my calls, I was perturbed to hear what sounded like a rooster crowing in the background. This made me wonder where their customer service call center was located. On a farm, perhaps? This only added more irritation to my already beleaguered state.

At this point, I cannot recommend this company in good conscience. If you're looking for a reliable, dependable online shopping experience with satisfactory customer service, I urge you to look elsewhere. Family Gifts Co.'s failure to deliver on their promises has left me feeling done with this brand and deeply disappointed.
