Can not be Trusted ZERO STARS if I could
I ordered a I Phone 13 Pro Max UNLOCKED phone which means it is not a carrier specific phone for $734.20 only to find out that these phones may not work correctly, and they do not share that with you on their website that I saw. So within minutes of my Order, I contacted Reebelo and they said they could not cancel order. ? WHY NOT? I was told to contact them when phone arrived for return label and refund. I did just that and received the run around. Keep in mind I ordered the correct phone within minutes of the first and was charged for both phones and nothing but the run around on returning the wrong phone and getting a refund. So, I have disputed the charges with my VISA company, so Reebelo can now deal with CITI to resolve their poor customer service issue, I would STRONGLY RECCOMEND AGAINST DOING BUSSINESS WITH REEBELO. They want to use your money to run their company. Very poor customer service at best. The type of company once they get your money, they could care less about you.
Recommendation: Do not waste your money with this company it cannot be trusted!!!!!!!!
Reebelo won't accept returns... Same day!
The refurbished iphone I received did not work, it would not accept my SIM card, so I tried to return it within a couple of hours of receiving it. Never settle for anything less than what you bought!
First time using Reebelo and where do I start, what a terrible experience I went through over the 4-5 weeks and returning of 2 phones trying to get something of "pristine" quality.
Really felt like a consumer thrown on a conveyor belt each time I made contact and templated replies and empty apology after empty apology is all I received.
First 2 phones had the exact same issue with the front camera and here I thought there was a 72 point check?
3rd phone finally turned up after being held in customs for over a week thankful to receive a phone as advertised.
It would have been nice to have some kind of information supplied when replacing phones that NZ Customs would require the consumer to be registered as "an importer" and go through the painful task of jumping through hoops.
4-5 weeks and 3 phones later is what it took to finally get what I paid for, what a joke!
Recommendation: Buy brand new!

Ordered 3 phones and 3 otterbox cases.
Phones got here but no cases, when do my iPhone cases come, out of stock. I paid $41.00 for them.
I would not purchase from this company. They are not to be trusted and have a very poor level of customer service. Their delivery terms are also not to be trusted.
