This business tried to get me for $800 by giving me false information. Saying they already foreseen a payment plan that my Federal loan service had for me without my loan service even reaching out to me yet. Trying to make me promptly give them my money and rip me off.

I work a job that overlaps w Doan Solutions business hours. I'm unable to use my phone at work. Neither the first representation nor her boss were willing to email w me but insisted I call even though I repeatedly explained my situation to them. The manager told me it was preferred for me to call. I told her it was preferred for me to email. They also swindled me out of over $900+ for a *** fee that they weren't going to return until I threatened legal action. Suffice it, they sent me a check. Look out for these guys. They're scammers.

I had been working with Samantha for almost an hour and when I mentioned that it was dumb that I would only be saving $500 dollars over 10 years, she said, "Fine, then keep paying $600 a month!" and hung up on me before I was able to ask her about making the life of the loan shorter with a larger payment or any other solutions.

Called back and spoke with William *** Manager, and all he could say was "Oh, Sorry!"

Beware! Scam! They are not offering Loan Forgiveness, they are offering to transfer all your loans to one lender and making one payment.

This company MOST DEFINITELY is a scam. They are charging people for services and stating the money you pay them is towards your loans. I have paid these people $1,270 so far and none of it went towards my student loans like they stated during the initial setup. I have asked my services to be canceled. However, *** lied stating he would send me paperwork. Showing that the services were canceled in five minutes. However, I have yet to receive the email about the services being canceled. This place is a scam, scam, scam and Jehovah God MOST DEFINITELY will handle this situation just like he does everything else for me. I AM NOT worried about them getting over on me again! I promise the ALMIGHTY GOD JEHOVAH will handle this company and ALL that work for Doan Solutions.

This "business" is a scam. The owner has had several student loan relief businesses and several charges for tax fraud, embezzlement... they claim they will consolidate and forgive your loans. The in front $890 is also supposed to go towards your loans (which it won't). I've opened and investigation and disputed charges. This is being treated as identity theft now since these scammers have all my personal information. Just read all the reviews and do your research. As soon as you start asking questions they will become extremely rude and defensive. *** is one of the "workers" for example who is very unprofessional and rude. Don't get yourself into what I did. I was told by the actual loan office under the department of that education that this company is a scam. Don't believe the bs they try to say to defend themselves.

Doan Solutions has been an amazing help to me. I was already drowning in Dept of Ed and private loans then when the pandemic hit. Before there was any loan forgiveness, my hours at work were cut by 50% but my bills were still expecting to be paid 100%. I spoke to *** and they said I was already in the best payment plan and that I could only get a forbearance if I was completely out of work. With that response I was feeling hopeless. Thankfully I trusted the guys at Doan to reduce my payments like they said they could. They gave me an estimated payment and did the whole application for the new repayment plan for me. In a week or so the application was accepted and my Dept of Ed payments were reduced by almost $100 per month! That may not seem like a lot to you but believe me that gave me the breathing room that I desperately needed. Thank you to everyone at Doan for your help!

I was informed about Doan solutions by mom , she sent me a link to sign up for student loan forgiveness . I believe they were offering some kind of discount at the time to sign up . I was just fresh out of collage at the time I didn’t know much about repayment yet or forgiveness of my loans. Doan solutions took multiple payments from me i believe they took atleast 4 all in all adding up to 800-900 dollars . Nothing was ever consolidated or forgiven instead they took all my money

Received letter from student fed that they were not handling Doan Solutions no longer due to submitting false documents Doan Solutions made promises to me over the phone that they would be able to pull my student loans out of default to put them in a forgiveness program to reset my credit into good standing and I received a letter from the company holding my loan that they were no longer doing business with Doan Solutions duty-bound filing false documents

I spoke with Doan about an income driven program. After they looked in to my loans and my finances, they promised that they could lower my payments and decrease the duration of my loan. After being promised that my monthly payments would be nearly cut in half, my wife and decided to move forward and paid Doan. A couple weeks later I received an email from the department of education stating that my monthly payment was actually going to almost double instead of decreasing. When I recieved the message from department of education, I reached out to Doan and was told that they stopped the process and I shouldn't have anything to worry about. Now today I received another email stating my income driven program has been approved and my payments have doubled. I cannot afford the new payment and need Doan to step up and stop this and give me my money back.

Doan Solutions' services offered that my debt would be forgiven and that I won't owe a dollar. After more than a year, not a penny has been reduced. Doan Solutions has taken advantage of my need. They charged me approximately $800 for something that I could have done on my own. If this company intends to help as they say, why don't they just tell people to contact the department of education. But apart from hiding that valuable piece of information to benefit themselves, they provide this false statement that is that the debt will be $0.00 after paying what they charge for their services. I have paid for their services, but my debt has not been lowered a dollar. Nor my debt is at $0.00 just as I was promised a year ago. Doan Solutions, we all need a job, we all need an income, especially during these trying times due to Covid-19. But an income of promising something false to people, an income of taking advantage of people's needs, it is not a fair income.

I feel like they lie, took my money and nothing change with my loans. My loans was already in Income driven program. And I want my money back. I called Doan Solutions hoping my loans will be some how consolidated and truly lowered. The lady promise me that I would have to pay for the whole loan back and my payment would be about $46. A month. I asked her plenty of time was she sure I qualify and she said yes. I was excited. Until I got the letter from Fedloan saying my loans was going to be about 95 a month and I still owe the same amount. My loans was already in a income driven program and I feel like they didn't do anything for the amount of money they charge. I'm upset and I call them plenty of time and I was getting the run around. I will love for them to reverse what they did and give me my money I pay back. We are in a middle of pandemic and we don't have no time for people taking advantage of us or not committing to what they say. I tried to resolve them with them, and not I'm not getting in answer. Reverse whatever you did, and you said you give 100% refund.
