Good evening zone fitness

I am very disappointed and need urgent help. One of your gym consulted approached me and sold me a yearly special for R1473. 00. However, I paid R1200 and told him that R273 was gonna pay on monthend. He gave me a blue form he said I can gym for the whole year. Only to find out that he resigned and took my money. I was left with only the blue form receipt.

When I go to the branch the manager keeps saying she's waiting for feedback from the head office for 8 months now. No membership no refund, no help. R1200 Is a lot of money for me.

I am asking for my full refund of R1200.
