On 10/22/19 I checked in to zoetry 5 Star all inclusive resort and that is when it all started, First it took us about 40 Min to check in. When we went to our room We did not have the bottle of champagne and basket of fruit we did get the bottle of champagne and a plate of fruit, a basket that we were told, we only had on robe in the room and we never got the 2nd robe. It went down the hill from that, the phone was not working properly because we were not able to use the headset but was able to use the speakerphone feature of the phone after the 2nd day, I did notified the front desk and they said they would send someone but they never came and it continued from there. we did not get another bottle of champagne or the fruit plate, which should have been a basket of fruit until the last day of the stay. One morning at 2am my wife tried to order food using the tablet that was in the room and it all went through but the food never came and we never got a phone call at 6 am to ask us if we still wanted the food that we ordered at 2 am that morning. My wife said no thanks we will just wait for breakfast in an 1 hour, they apologized and said that they did not have a chef on duty and they were so sorry. When I was called by janie from Sunscape cove resort where I originally had my hotel Reservation asking me if I would like to be upgraded from a 4 a star resort to a 5 star resort for no extra charge and i asked a lot of questions and one of those question was can I use the other resort facility, such as the one that I originally booked and she said yes . I asked this question because I was not able to get a hold of my wife to see if the water park was a big deal or not. I was also told about some 20 min massaged and some boat excursion but when I asked the desk when I checked in no one knew what I was talking about I was not able to talk to someone who knew what was going with until the 3rd day that I was there and even then she told me that I was able to use the waterpark at the sunscape cove like I was told, however I was told at that time that I was able to use the facility at 2 local resort, which was about 20-25 min away but by the then my wife really did not want to bother with it. That is when I was also told about the Boat excursion but it was not till Saturday, the day I was schedule to leave. At this point I was fed up with things I went to the front on the last day on Friday and I went off on the front about all the problems that we have been having with our stay less they 5 mins after I went back to my room I got a knock at my door and there was 4 people at the door. They sent over a maintenance guy, 2 housekeeper and a laundry person to get our laundry. My wife mother, sister, brother and niece came to the hotel because I was taking them to the game room in montego Bay but we were not able to leave as of yet cause I was dealing with the maintenance guy, housekeeping and the Laundry person before we were able to leave, I tried to get the kids something to drink, such as a soda or juice but was told that they were able to for 199.00 fee for a day pass and they were able to stay for dinner too and that is when I informed him that we were leaving to go to the game room and that we was going to be eating dinner there and I was wanting was a drink till we were able to leave and that we would not be returning till around 10 pm but we did not return back to the hotel till 10:24 pm and the restaurant was closed at that time so we went back to our room and ordered food ubing the in room tablet. I must say that it was to our surprise when we got to the room there was a bottle of Champagne and a fruit plate. I must say that the staff was very friendly to us and that was the best part of our stay. In closing My wife & I was not happy with your Zoetry property and we also hear other people saying that they would not be returning to the property for similar experience at the Zoetry while we were on the beach.
