Zalora Philippines Zalora PH Review: Unreliable Customer Service, Sizing Charts, and UI - A Complete Waste of Time and Money

ed. It's a complete waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone.

Zalora Philippines is a shopping platform that has been around for quite some time now. However, despite its longevity, it still has a lot of issues that need to be addressed. One of the biggest problems with Zalora PH is its customer service. It's the worst I've ever experienced.

Late deliveries are a common occurrence, and sometimes, orders get cancelled without any warning after almost a month of waiting. Refunds are also late, and when you finally get them, you can't even use the refunded amount in your wallet, which results in an order error. The customer service is very unresponsive, and they're not available during their specified time. They don't bother reading customer emails for weeks and ignore most of them.

Another issue with Zalora PH is its unreliable sizing charts and measurements. It's frustrating to order something only to find out that it doesn't fit you. The UI is also horrible, with glitches everywhere. You can't return an item through their app, and sometimes, you can't even order because items keep disappearing from the back even when they still have stocks. You can't filter for sizes sometimes, which makes it difficult to find what you're looking for.

All in all, Zalora PH is the most unprofessional shopping platform I've ever encountered. I hope they burn for the hours they made me waste trying to message their very unresponsive customer service and shopping only to have my orders cancelled or error-ed. It's a complete waste of time and money, and I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone.

Zalora Philippines Zalora Philippines Review: Impressive Variety of Branded Apparel, but Quality Control Needs Improvement

I recently discovered Zalora Philippines and I must say, I am impressed with the variety of branded name apparel they offer. From Fubu to Havaianas, Levis to Hawk, Jansport to Ego, Mick&Marty to Banana Peel, World Balance to Crissa, Hotkiss to Aero, Dyse One to Nike, and many more, they have it all! As a first-time buyer, I decided to order a pair of Nike shoes and I was really hoping to receive a 100% original product just like the Nike socks I ordered before, which turned out to be authentic. However, when I received the Nike shoes yesterday, I was extremely disappointed because they looked like class A shoes that you can buy at Cartimar! I am definitely returning them!

I just want to compare Zalora to Lazada. When Lazada sells 100% original products, they indicate the brand as the seller. For example, if you want to buy Levis, you can choose the seller "Levis" and you will be directed to their official store where you can be sure that the product is 100% authentic, either from the mall or their boutique. This is just a little recommendation for Zalora to improve their service and become a better online seller nationwide.

Overall, I still appreciate the variety of products that Zalora offers and I hope that they will improve their quality control to ensure that their customers receive only authentic products.

Zalora Philippines Disappointed with Zalora Philippines: Fake CATERPILLAR boots received

Hey there, I gotta say my experience with Zalora Philippines has been pretty good overall, but my last purchase left me feeling pretty bummed out. I shelled out 4,599 pesos for a pair of CATERPILLAR boots (BCAT-10 BLACK) with order number *** - that's twice the price of a Gibson pair, so I was expecting some serious quality. Unfortunately, when the boots arrived, I was pretty disappointed. I wasn't home when they were delivered, so someone else signed for them, but when I finally got my hands on them, I realized they weren't the real deal. The description on Zalora's website said they had a steel toe, but the boots I received definitely didn't have one. I'm pretty convinced they're fake CATERPILLAR boots.

I gotta admit, I was pretty surprised. I always thought Zalora only sold authentic products, but now I'm not so sure. It's a bummer, because I've had good experiences with them in the past. I'm not saying I won't shop with them again, but I'll definitely be more cautious in the future.

Zalora Philippines Disappointed with Zalora Philippines: Wrong Item Received and Poor Quality Control

I recently received my order from Zalora Philippines and I must say, I am quite disappointed. I ordered a "powder brush" but what I received was definitely not a powder brush. It's a blush brush, and not only that, the bristles are falling off! It looks so cheap and not at all like what was shown on the website. I understand that it was on sale and not that expensive, but still, I expected better quality from a reputable online store like Zalora.

This was my first time purchasing something like this online, and unfortunately, it has only reinforced my lack of trust in online stores. I was so excited for this purchase, but now I feel let down and disappointed. It's not even about the money anymore, it's the time, effort, and excitement I felt waiting for this item. And now, to find out that it's non-returnable and non-exchangeable, even though I paid for it and can't even use it, is just ridiculous.

I can't believe that this is the item that was sent to me. It's clear that it's not what I ordered, and yet, I'm stuck with it. What a strategy! I hope that Zalora Philippines takes a closer look at their quality control and customer service policies. As a customer, I expect to receive what I paid for, and if there are any issues, I expect to be able to return or exchange the item. It's a shame that this experience has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

Zalora Philippines Disappointing Experience with Zalora Philippines: Order Not Delivered for Almost a Month

I recently made a purchase on Zalora Philippines (zalora.com.ph) and unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing experience. I ordered two dresses and a sandal on October 26 and paid for it using my card. However, until now, November 21, my order has not been delivered yet. I have been emailing them every day just to inquire about the status of my order, but they have not been able to provide me with any information. They keep saying that "the hub is not responding," which is very frustrating. I mean, come on, Zalora is supposed to be a big company, right? How can they not track my order?

What's even more frustrating is that I have made two other orders after my October 26 purchase, and they were both delivered without any problems. One was ordered on October 28 and was delivered on October 31, while the other was ordered on November 11 and was delivered on November 13. Both transactions were made using COD, so I don't understand why my October 26 order is taking so long.

I am extremely upset with Zalora's customer service. I can't even talk to them properly to get an update on my order. I have decided that I will never order from Zalora again. I will also file a report regarding this situation and demand a refund. Goodbye, Zalora! Never again!

Zalora Philippines Disappointing Experience with Zalora Philippines: Late Delivery, Missing Items, and No Refund

I used to be a regular customer of Zalora Philippines, but my recent experience has left me disappointed. I ordered some items, but they were delivered very late and some were missing. I immediately requested a refund for the missing item, but they told me that I needed to withdraw my dispute complaint first before they could process my refund. I trusted their words and did what they asked, but unfortunately, the refund never came.

I tried to reach out to them through email and social media, but I never received any response. As a customer, I believe that online businesses like Zalora should prioritize customer satisfaction and provide honest and reliable service. It's not just about the quality of the products, but also about the delivery and customer support.

Although the amount I lost was not huge, it's the principle that matters. As an online business, Zalora should ensure that their customers are protected and guaranteed a fair and honest transaction. Unfortunately, my experience has taught me a lesson, and I have decided not to shop from Zalora Philippines anymore. Even my friends have stopped shopping from them because they are afraid of experiencing the same thing.

Zalora Philippines Zalora Philippines' Slow Delivery Ruined My Christmas Gift Plan

So, I ordered something from Zalora Philippines (zalora.com.ph) on Dec 13 and it was tagged as "Shipped" with an arrival date of Dec 14-18. But guess what? It's already Dec 23 and I still haven't received anything. It's still "Shipped" and no one seems to be working to deliver the orders. It's so frustrating that they're moving like a turtle when it's Christmas and people are buying gifts. They should have made an effort to deliver on time.

I tried calling their hotline, but it was useless because the representative didn't know the real status. They were just there to report and document. I don't think my order will arrive because it's already a Holiday! Unfortunately, it was supposed to be a gift for Christmas Eve, and Zalora just ruined my plan.

I created two tickets already, but there's been no response at all. I'm not sure if I'll buy from them again. Zalora disappointed me! I expected them to be as reliable and responsive as Lazada, but I guess I was wrong.

I hope there's a way to send complaints to their office and not just leave a review. It's frustrating to have to deal with this kind of service, especially during the holiday season. I hope they can improve their delivery service and customer support.

Zalora Philippines Zalora Philippines: Terrible Customer Service and False Promos

Zalora Philippines, what a joke! Their customer service is just ridiculous. They offered me a birthday discount, but when I tried to use it, it said that the discount had already been used. How is that even possible? I haven't made any purchases since my birthday. Then they asked me to call +65 *** but when I did, it said that the line was done for upgrading and to call back tomorrow. What a waste of time!

To make matters worse, the items that I wanted to buy and were sitting in my shopping bag have disappeared. The Closet dress I wanted is sold out. It was there last night, then disappeared when I wanted to check out, and then reappeared this morning. And now it has disappeared again. What kind of game are they playing?

I've written to customer service, but by the time they respond, I'm sure other sale items would be sold out. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. Is this some kind of scam to get people to shop, entice them with false discounts and promos, and then make them pay full price? That's terribly unethical.

I am so disappointed in Zalora. Shame on you for treating your customers this way. I will never shop with them again and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family about this terrible experience.

Zalora Philippines Disappointing Quality and Lack of Reviews: My Experience with Zalora Philippines

So, I recently tried out Zalora Philippines for the first time. I was on the hunt for a good quality sweatshirt and stumbled upon one that caught my eye. It was priced at around 1,000ph, which seemed reasonable to me. Plus, I was able to use a first purchase coupon which gave me a little discount.

After about a week, I received the item and the packaging seemed alright. However, the first thing that caught my attention was the cut-out tag. It looked suspiciously cut out and the quality of the print was terrible. It looked like it was made out of a low-quality T-Shirt printer. To make matters worse, I noticed a hole on the side of the shirt. (See image)

What really bothered me was the fact that there were no user reviews or any kind of feedback on the item. This made it a gamble to order and pray to God that I got a good quality item. They even have branded items like Nike, Reebok, or Adidas, but there's no telling if that item is real or not. It could even be fake or a class A one for all I care.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping at Zalora Philippines. I will not be returning this item as a reminder of my mistake, and it's also a hassle to return it anyway. It's a shame because I was really excited to try out this online store, but the quality of the item and lack of user reviews really let me down.
