YuppTV – This is a complaint about yupp tv packages

I am writting about yupp tv packages. I purchased a plan, they deducted money from my account and not providing services as they said. When I tried to call australia customer care service the number is not active. We cannot contact them. Only whats app chat is available. I requested them to refund my money but they are not responding. I have all their chat history. Whenever we ask money they are asking more time.
