YouTube review: Entire website

There have been countless posts glorifying drug and alcohol usage, AI slop, harassment, and inappropriate content on the platform. Reporting it does nothing. Also, the ads are outrageous and the price of Premium has inflated by at least 100% since 2018. I remember it being $8.99 a month, now it's almost $21 a month. There are at least 40 seconds of ad breaks, and most of it is unskippable. It's not just greed at this point. It's pure malice. In addition, there is AI slop in the advertisements shown, and the ads are so much louder than the actual video. Furthermore, for some reason the ads load super fast in 1080p60 quality, and I'm seeing an ad in less than a picosecond, but my actual video takes seconds to load and it's never picture perfect like in the ads. Comments section is out of hand, lots of bullies and people with limited brain cells, and on top of that being a new content creator on the site is virtually impossible now. You have to verify your phone number for literally any quality of life features, and it's bold of Google to assume that everyone on this earth can afford a phone, god bless. Can't make a 16 minute long video. Why? Because I need to verify phone number. That doesn't make sense at all. Can't give my videos a thumbnail either. Phone number required. Can't use my posts tab. Phone number required. Can't even verify my age without needing a phone number. When will this phone number verification pandemic end on the Internet? We need two options, but these companies are taking the easy one and shutting off people who are not financially capable of getting a phone, and they stopped VoIP from working to get a verification code.

Summary: Ads, bad moderation, and very limited features tied to monetization and bad economic status makes YouTube feel malicious instead of just greedy.
