I've been ordering from Yours Truly Clothing for a long time now, but I have to say that I've been really disappointed in the quality of their products lately. It takes forever to get an order, and sometimes they even send the wrong thing. And to make matters worse, they don't accept returns or exchanges, so you're stuck with whatever they send you.

The quality of the clothes is just not up to par. Everything looks really nice when you first get it, but after just one wash, it's all downhill from there. I've gotten a couple of jackets from them, including the Love Yourself one, and they're just terrible. The material gets all bumpy and lumpy, and one of the hoods doesn't even fit over my head properly. It's really disappointing considering how much the clothes cost.

If you're looking for a good quality jacket or hoodie, I would definitely suggest shopping elsewhere. The You Matter hoodie is a much better option and is worth the investment. Don't waste your time or money on Yours Truly Clothing. And to top it all off, the shipping is overpriced.

Overall, I would definitely not recommend Yours Truly Clothing to anyone. The quality is terrible, and the shipping and customer service leave a lot to be desired. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

I recently had an experience with Yours Truly Clothing (yourstrulyclothing.co) and it was not a good one. I must say that I do not recommend this company at all. They were supposed to ship me an order worth $404 and for almost 3 months, I have not received anything. Some of my orders were out of stock and I only found out when I received a reply from them which was late and full of errors. They did not even offer a refund nor sent me some of the available items in my order.

Despite my repeated attempts to communicate with them through email, they never responded to most of my messages. It was quite frustrating as I had to write 7-10 emails to get any response from them. They do not have a working phone number, which makes communication a lot harder. I felt completely ripped off because I was not getting any response from them and had not received my orders.

Since they sent me nothing and did not bother to refund me or respond to me, I reported them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and my credit card company. Fortunately, my credit card company was able to issue me a refund, but Yours Truly Clothing has 90 days to respond and so far, they have not. I feel like they will never respond because they have not yet done so.

All in all, Yours Truly Clothing is a waste of time and money. With the way they run their business, I cannot see how they would ever stay in business. I advise you to avoid this company at all costs so that you do not have to go through the same experience as me.

I made an order during the black friday sale, hoping to snag some sweet deals from Yours Truly Clothing. Unfortunately, the package still hasn't arrived, and to make matters worse, the customer service has been unhelpful to say the least. Despite my multiple and persistent emails, the representatives have yet to address the issue. As someone who works in shipping, I know that this kind of behavior would never fly in a professional workspace.

After reaching out to them for an update, all they could tell me was to check with USPS, as the package hadn't moved since December 21st. The delivery was expected on December 19th, but apparently the address was changed? This was definitely not on my end, as the address was correct from the beginning. As I became more frustrated, the customer service team promised to look into it, but never followed up with me.

I was so fed up that I asked for a refund, but they said it wasn't possible since the package had already shipped. I tried to compromise and suggested they send me another order since it seemed that the original package was lost. Regrettably, they did not comply with my request. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer service from this company. If you check their instagram comments, it's evident that many people are still facing the same issues as me, even now.

Honestly, I'm just so pissed off at this whole experience that I could scream. I even tried to add pictures of the emails to this review, but for some reason, the icon won't let me insert them. Ugh! Avoid shopping at Yours Truly Clothing at all cost if you don't want to deal with the headache of undelivered packages and bad customer service!

This company, Yours Truly Clothing, is way out of wack, know what I mean? Like, I placed an order way back in August of last year, and it's almost March now, and I still ain't gotten my full order! Can you even believe that? It's like they ain't even organized, or maybe they don't care or something. I've been going back and forth with them for months, trying to get them to deliver on their promises, but they just stopped answering me altogether. It's like they just ghosted me or something.

They said my stuff was out of stock or something, but that don't make sense to me. How can you take my order and then tell me you ain't got the stuff? That just ain't right, ya know? I could understand if it took a couple extra weeks or something, but 7 months? That's just straight up crazy!

And to top it off, when they finally did send me something, it was only 2 items out of the 5 I ordered! Can you even believe that? And then when I got all mad and stuff, they said they couldn't give me the rest of my order, but they'd give me store credit instead. Like, what am I supposed to do with that? I ain't never shopping with them again!

It's just plain wrong, what Marco Anthony Archer and his company are doing. They should be ashamed of themselves, running a brand like this. It's not right that people have to deal with all these scams and headaches and stress just to try to get what they paid for. They owe me $250, and they need to pay up, pronto.

I done ordered on Black Friday, got an email saying it was all good and whatnot, but then for WEEKS I ain't hear nothin' 'bout my order. Started to think I got scammed or somethin'. So I went on their Instagram page and saw a whole bunch of comments from people sayin' they ain't got their stuff in MONTHS and no one was reviewing their tracking numbers. Got me all worried and I felt like I needed to do somethin'. So I fired off an email to them tellin' them how messed up it was to scam people like this during these tough times and threatened 'em with reportin' 'em to the bank for fraud. And wouldn't ya know it, they replied real fast offerin' me store credit or to just reship my items. Ain't nobody want no store credit though, especially since no one else was gettin' their stuff. So I told 'em straight up, just give me what I paid for or I'mma report 'em to the bank. And let me tell ya, within just a few days, my hoodie finally showed up. But I ain't never orderin' from them again, it's a real shame they gotta go 'round scamming people who support 'em like this. Plus, they was deletin' all kindsa comments on their Instagram page about it which just made people even more upset and worried.

I recently made a purchase on Yours Truly Clothing's website during Cyber Monday. I ordered two sweaters for my sister's Christmas present and was excited to receive them in a timely manner. However, after placing my order, I discovered that other customers had negative experiences with the website.

It appeared that Yours Truly Clothing used marketing tactics to create a false sense of urgency with their “only 100 available” messaging to convince customers that the items were in stock and ready to ship. Unfortunately, I wished I had read these reviews prior to purchasing.

It was only a week left before Christmas, and my order had not arrived yet. Feeling desperate, I reached out to the customer service department via email and was relieved to receive a prompt reply from an individual named AJ Lacoste. He reassured me that my order would arrive by Christmas even though there were some delays due to high volumes of sales.

Finally, on 12/21/2018, I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. Unfortunately, the package arrived after Christmas on 12/26/2018, which left me feeling disappointed. Sadly, my sister didn't receive her gift during her visit, and because she lives far away, I needed to spend additional money to have the package sent to her.

In conclusion, I felt that Yours Truly Clothing let me down, despite their positive reassurances about my order being delivered on time. They need to improve their delivery procedures so that other customers don't find themselves in the same situation as I did. Sadly, I only gave them zero stars for their poor service.

I wanted to write a comment about Yours Truly Clothing. This is my second time buying from them, and I gotta say, it's not worth it. My daughter really begged for this one shirt because it's by her favorite rapper, but even so, I won't be buying from them in the future. I ordered on Black Friday at 2 am, and still haven't received my order. I mean, why would it take so long to ship something? They should have some kind of tracking or confirmation number so you at least know where you stand. And when you email them, they don't even respond! I've sent 7 emails and nothing. It's just not right.

The last shirt I got for my daughter, the silk screen was so bad that the design faded after the first wash. It was a real letdown. I'm not doing it anymore. Other parents should probably avoid them too.

So, I wanted to give a review on Yours Truly Clothing (yourstrulyclothing.co). I ordered from them on Black Friday of 2018 just like a lot of other people. I waited for 6 months and did a lot of emailing to ask for a refund because I wasn't getting any response from them whatsoever. When the 9 piece Mystery Box finally arrived, I was furious because it cost me a whopping $150 with an extra $30 for delivery right to my door.

To put it nicely, the clothes were a huge disappointment. The Mystery Box contained a bunch of plain tees with one word printed on them. The only things that I could use more than once were the 1 (semi) decent hoodie and 2 shirts from 2017 overstock. But of course, these shirts didn't come with any designs that I really liked. The cheap designs looked nothing like the shirts I saw on their website.

All in all, I felt like I wasted $180 on clothes that were cheaply made and I wouldn't even spend $50 to buy them. I was highly disappointed and I don't think I'll ever buy from them again. Their customer service was awful and it's clear that they don't care about the quality of the clothes they're sending out to their customers. I hope that no one else wastes their money and goes through the same stress of dealing with this company.

I gotta put it out there, Yours Truly Clothing is a great brand and all the stuff they got is legit, but there's some things I gotta get off my chest. Their online store is straight up whack. I mean, c'mon, how long does it take to ship out some clothes? I ordered like a hundred and twenty-five bucks worth of gear over a month ago and still haven't seen hide nor hair of it, yet I just ordered something less than seven days ago and already got it. Like, what gives? And if you got a question or an issue, good luck trying to get in touch with someone who actually gives a damn. They take their sweet time responding and when they finally do, it's just some weak answer that don't even help you out.

Now I ain't trying to be all negative like, but this is the kind of stuff that gets me tight. I put a lot of money into this brand and spread the word to my peoples, but we all end up feeling disappointed. And don't even get me started on the different types of hoodies they got. I bought one and it was dope, but it was too big for me. So I go and order one size smaller, thinking it's gonna be the same one, just smaller, right? Wrong. It's a completely different hoodie! Different sizing, different strings, different fit, everything! It didn't even look like the pictures they had up on the site! I mean, what kind of false advertising is that?

Look, I ain't saying don't buy from Yours Truly Clothing, but just know what you're getting yourself into. They got some sick clothes, but their online store and customer service is janky. If you do want to cop something, just be prepared for it to take a hot minute to arrive and hope you don't need to reach out to them for nothing.

This brand is getting me all kinds of mad, and I don't wanna say it, but it's true. I'm a ride or die for Phora, been rockin with him for years. But having ordered from Yours Truly Clothing for the first time, I'm filled with major disappointment. I copped four hoodies from 'em on May 2nd, and here we are today on the ninth of July, and I've still got nothin. I tried hittin 'em up several times about my order, but responses took forever to light up my DMs. One day, finally, they got back to me and told me something like, "Sorry about the delay, thug. We got warehouse issues." So I resigned myself to being patient, but then another week passed, and still, no news.

I hit 'em up again and was told I'd get a tracking number the day after. Well, yesterday, on the eighth of July, I got on with a different agent, asking if they about to track my loot down. All they could tell me is that I haven't been assigned a tracking number yet because delays still be doggin their operations.

Now, they telling me my two options be either taking a store credit or sending them my order and waiting for a re-up. I'm not even being offered some sort of refund for the gross inconvenience, in my opinion. I done paid these folks over $300 for a handful of items I was hyped to rock, but now I feel like they done pulled some BS. I'm not pleased, and I truly don't think I'll shop here again. This experience was pretty $#*!ty. And I'm not about it, man. Next time, I might just go to some tee shirt spot where they'll whip up whatever custom design I want on the spot, bruh. Consider me disappointed and dissatisfied with Yours Truly Clothing. A real shame, for sure.

So, I made an order on Yours Truly Clothing website on December 1st. The amount was $123. When I go to check the status of my order, it always says to contact their customer support. It seems like there is no one running the store, and there's no customer support available. I have sent them 5 emails already, but I only got one response saying that my request is being reviewed by support staff. I'm very disappointed with their lack of communication, and I think it's not how any business should operate.

To make things worse, the phone number on their website doesn't work, and it's frustrating for me to not be able to talk to an actual person. I think it's unfair for all the people who have ordered for their beloved ones for Christmas. They will be left with no information, no tracking number, or anything useful.

In the end, I've decided to report the problem to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). I believe they deserve a low rating because of their poor customer service. I really hope PHORA, the owner of the store, will put some attention into his Merch business and solve these issues. Overall, I don't recommend shopping on Yours Truly Clothing unless they improve their communication and support. It's a shame, because their clothes look amazing, but with customer service like this, it's not worth it.

So, I recently had my card info snatched and guess who the thieves went shopping with? Yours Truly Clothing! They splurged $50 at first but couldn't resist going beyond the $200 mark. Now I know why they chose this store with such poor customer service. I tried to reach out to them after enlisting the help of my bank to gather info on the charges. But, alas! No one answered their darn phone! I know what some folks might say “maybe they were busy". Well, not that busy to ignore several calls from a customer who is worried about fraudulent charges on their card. What kind of customer service is that? Take a pause and ponder with me, how many honest businesses are buckling under the current economic climate while sharks like Yours Truly Clothing continue to prosper and thrive? Sad world we live in today.

I gotta tell you, I had a real bad experience with Yours Truly Clothing. I was hyped to get my hands on some dope threads and spent a whopping $260 on my order. But let me tell ya, they straight up did not fulfill my order. I was waiting for weeks and ain't heard nothing from them. So I shot them an email asking about my order and didn't hear nothing back for another two weeks. Finally, they replied to tell me that they couldn't fulfill my order coz one item was "out of stock". And get this, they wouldn't even give me a refund! They said I had to ask for a store credit. But here's the kicker - it's been months and I still ain't received my order or gotten a refund/store credit. And these jokers won't even reply to my emails. I can't even call 'em coz they ain't got a phone number. You hear me loud and clear - stay away from Yours Truly Clothing.

I placed an online order and boy, was I in for a surprise! The order took months to arrive, mind you, I had almost given up on receiving it at all!

I decided to check out their physical store location, only to be left unimpressed. I had to practically tiptoe over a homeless man to reach the entrance.

The store itself was quite empty and had a limited range of sizes and styles. To be frank, it was almost laughable. Their solution? "Order online" they say, but I can assure you, I won't be falling for that again!

Overall, I can't help but feel like Yours Truly Clothing is simply a front for something fishy. I'm really unhappy with the experience that I had and it was a let down for my son who was excited about the clothing line. If I were you, I'd find other options for your clothing needs.

So I figured I would try out this Yours Truly Clothing website everybody is talking about and I gotta say, I'm quite disappointed. I mean, I ordered two Items back on 11/23 and the terms and conditions said it could take up to 3.5 weeks for the delivery to arrive. That's no big deal, right? Wrong. As of 12/28, which is a whopping 5 weeks later, I still have not received my order. Can you believe that?

I contacted their customer service on 12/12 to get an update on my order. Finally on 12/13, I received a responds from some dude named AJ Lacoste that said I should be receving my order by Christmas. Great. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, which at this point, it's past Christmas and my gift still hasn't arrived yet! I was pretty peeved off, so once again I contacted them on 12/24 through email. Hoping for some answers, all I got was a generic email stating that my order was on the way on 12/27. Seriously?

I mean, I get that things can be delayed sometimes, but this is just ridiculous. Heads up Everyone, if you're planning on ordering from their website, you better order your stuff like a solid year in advance to receive it on time! Oh, and if you value your sanity, I'd suggest looking for another website to order clothes from.

I gotta admit, I had some high hopes when I ordered from Yours Truly Clothing during the cyber Monday sales. But when my package finally arrived in early January, I gotta say, I was a bit disappointed.

Don't get me wrong, the hoodie I ordered is pretty nice. It's comfy and warm, which is what I was looking for. But the blanket? Eh, not so much. The material feels really cheap and not at all like the cozy blanket I was imagining. It looks okay, I guess, but the quality just isn't there.

And then there's the t-shirts. I haven't worn one of them yet, but the one I put on today (which had never been washed or worn before) has this weird seam lump on the right shoulder. I gotta say, I'm not really happy with the quality of the merch for the price and the long wait. Maybe, just maybe, the hoodies would be worth it if they were on sale, but honestly, I don't know if I'd take that chance again. And don't even get me started on the online customer support. Not helpful at all.

It's disappointing too, because there's a no return policy, so I'm really stuck with what I got. Lesson learned, I guess.

Yeah, you read that right, the store doesn't exist anymore, it's gone, kaput, finito.

I tried calling the number listed on the website, but of course, no one picks up, it's just a dead phone line. So, I sent a ton of emails, like 50 or so, but have only received one automated response. And to top it off, that response was from my very first email. I even took to Twitter to complain and contacted the Better Business Bureau. I tried reaching out on Facebook and Instagram too, but still, no one gets back to me.

Honestly, this is ridiculous. I'll never, ever, ever, order from this company again. And trust me, I won't be recommending them to anyone either. It's crazy to me that they conduct themselves in such an unprofessional manner.

Can you believe that it was AJ Lacoste who got back to me telling me that my stuff should arrive before Christmas? But of course, they also had to remind me of their strict no refund policy and, to add insult to injury, they sent me that crazy shipping estimate link once again.

Now, I'm not one to complain, but I reached out to them again just four days before the big day, hoping to get some sort of tracking number or update. I'm still waiting for a response, and it's been six weeks now since I placed my order. At this point, I don't even know if I'll ever get my stuff.

That's no chump change. But apparently Yours Truly Clothing thinks it's okay to take people's hard-earned cash and not even respond to their inquiries. I'm done with this company. I mean, I'm a huge fan of Phora, and that's why I ordered from them in the first place. I wanted to rock his logo and show some support. But now I feel like I got played, you know what I'm saying? It's just disappointing. I don't wanna risk not getting my stuff again, so I won't be ordering from them anymore. Sad to say, but that's just how it is.

So, I was super pumped to finally order from Yours Truly Clothing, and boy oh boy was I let down. I snagged myself two regular hoodies, two pet hoodies, and a face mask. But let me tell you, the quality is just not cutting it for the price they're asking. Like come on, a hoodie for over $50? That's just outrageous if you ask me. And don't even get me started on the pet hoodies. Y'all claimed they'd fit "small" dogs, but they're so teeny tiny that even a chihuahua would struggle to squeeze in! And the material? Cheap af. Let's just say, my furry friends were not pleased with their new wardrobe additions.

On the bright side, the face mask wasn't too shabby. In fact, it was the only thing that didn't instantly fall apart when I pulled it out of the packaging. But seriously, for the money I spent, I was hoping to feel like a queen in my new clothes. Instead, I feel like a jester in some flimsy threads. Needless to say, I won't be coughing up precious dollars on Yours Truly Clothing again. There are way better options out there with much higher quality items for the same price. Lesson learned.
