In the process of dealing with customer service
In the process of dealing with customer service... Will update if resolved further. I bought a whole bunch of clothing for myself and my 1 year old. Sweatshirts, joggers, socks, leggings, t-shirts, tanks, and bras. I like how the material feels, but beware of thin cotton on some items! One of the long sleeved t-shirts developed a hole in the first wash (before I wore it). For reference I have a brand new Bosch front load machine, and I used the delicate cycle because the shirt looked thin. One of the pairs of leggings had a seam unravel in the wash after two wears, so there is a hole in the crotch. I am currently dealing with customer service on that. After ten or more e-mails, in which I kept having to ask them to read the previous emails they wrote to me because they would say one thing and then another int he following email? They ended up offering me 35USD on their site to purchase a new pair, but they are currently on sale for 42CAD and I would have to pay 25CAD for shipping... almost the price of another pair of leggings. They claim to stand by their products, but clearly that is not the case. I probably won't bother buying the replacement because I don't trust that these won't break as well and then I'm losing another $45 for something unwearable.
I recently placed my first order with them, and it took a very long time for them to ship it
I recently placed my first order with them, and it took a very long time for them to ship it. The package was being shipped from one location to another, so I expected it to arrive quickly. However, it took 10 days from the time I placed the order to receive it. I purchased three dresses, but unfortunately, one of them had a hole in the armpit. I reached out to their customer service, and they offered a refund and return option since they didn't have the item in stock for an exchange. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this solution and asked if they would cover the cost of local repairs, but they declined. They could have easily provided a discount for the dress, and I could have used that money to fix it. However, they didn't offer this option. Consequently, I had no choice but to return the dress for a refund. Now, I am left without the dress and have wasted time and resources (such as gas for driving) to return it.
I'm not sure how I ended up here
I'm not sure how I ended up here... I might seem like a bot, but I'm a legitimate fan of Pact. I saw a lot of negative reviews and had to say that I've been happy with most of my purchases, returns have been easy, and customer service has been super helpful. That's all!
I love PACT
I love PACT. I've been a customer for years and had major success every time I order with them. I've ordered jeans, underwear, blouses, and pajamas. The quality is far better than the fast fashion brands that I own. The clothes hold up well in the wash and none have ever gotten a rip or tear from being washed or worn. My orders are always complete and arrive in a timely manner.

I noticed that the reviews here are quite negative, but I strongly disagree with anyone who rates Pact with less than 3/5 stars. I have been using and even working for Pact for several years (approximately 3 years at the time of writing this). Overall, I am a big fan and most of my wardrobe consists of Pact clothing for a reason. This brand has taught me about the importance and impact of sustainable fashion. They offer soft and comfortable staple items in simple, classic tones. The patterns and unique colors they offer are usually more distinctive compared to other brands. While the full prices can be a bit high for some styles, the frequent sales, promotions, and other deals make up for it, especially for those who are more budget-conscious like myself. The quality of their products is impressive. In all the years I have been ordering from them, I have only received a couple of defective items, and one of them I decided to keep knowing it was a rare occurrence. However, the other defective item was easily and professionally resolved. They replaced it with a brand new, non-defective item. A large percentage of my underwear is from Pact, and somewhere between 70-85% of my everyday wardrobe consists of Pact clothing because of the soft fabric and versatile styles that can be dressed up, layered, or even customized. I really enjoy Pact and felt that it was worth writing this review. I highly recommend giving Pact a try to anyone who is looking for clothes like WearPact's.
Tried to write a review of their products after wearing them for 3 months and finding quality issues

AMAZING company!
AMAZING company! Whenever I call, email or chat about an issue or a tracking, etc. it is immediately resolved in a friendly manner. Always. I've never had an issue with this company and I have been shopping here for 3 years now. I have told my friends and family about this company as well! Thank you Pact!
Company went dramatically downhill.Used to have reliable, beautifully made basics and super comfortable. Went extremely trendy and now sells mostly trendy stuff you can get anywhere and all you seem to be ABLE to find anywhere. No longer has well made basics. They went from a sanctuary of high quality items difficult to find to generic junk were supposed to be impressed with because its organic.Material was extremely high quality. The cotton they sell now is an extremely cheap knit with a short shelf life that falls apart easily and is fuzzy and uncomfortable. Sometimes holes produce just from washing a brand new item one time. Dont dare do sports or yoga in items, theyll fall apart. Prices are a rip off. They are not high priced due to organic like people think. Ive been shopping here for years and theyve always been organic but prices were almost half of what they are now, no joke. It was one of the most impressive things about the company. Not only did they provide organic, but made it affordable for everyone. Ironically their quality decreased and their prices drastically increased. (This was long before inflation and before corona, it was when they first started going for trendy.)Website does not work on multiple devices. Very difficult to browse and harder to place order. Constant glitches for years. Others had same issue but company failed to make their site user-friendly. Probably why some reported getting overcharged. Items change without you knowing. You could order the same item you liked a year ago and find the material has completely changed, but prices and description stay the same so theres no way of knowing. I bought yoga pants years ago and they were so comfortable I ordered a bunch more and they were unbreathable and uncomfortable and totally different. Size changed too (and no, my body did not). Same with mens lounge pants in regards to material not size. Its clear this company sold out for *** and growth as opposed to growing from the solid business of high quality, fairly priced items it once was and growing steadily from there. Seems they took on the more gluttonous approach all at the customers expense.
Learning the hard way to check ComplaintsBoard.com before buying anything from a company. Can't say I would recommend this company to anyone, nor will I be ordering from them again. They changed their stitching to use a specialized serger, so I can't even use my own machine to fix the tights that got a ripped seam after one wash and wear. They did refund me for those, which i appreciated, but I don't even want to buy a replacement from them because the waistband is also changed and I don't like it, compared to the first pairs of tights that I bought from them which I really liked.Their claim of making "earth's favourite clothing" is bunk ... "change starts with your underwear" they say? I literally spent hundreds of dollars upgrading my wardrobe to have all organic underwear and this is now the first time that I have ever had a bad reaction, a raised itchy rash on both hips, to underwear. When I wrote to them asking what they use for their trim (which they state isn't organic) because it gave me a rash, they responded with "so sorry the underwear didn't make it. We'll refund you for the missing item." So I got my $91 back for the one 6-pack, but the other two 6-packs of underwear that I had been wearing for a couple months already are now heading to the garbage. Also the bra I bought from them, with its lace trim, is now suspect and I don't want it against my skin.Won't recommend, won't buy again.
Horrible quality - inconsistent sizing, edges/seams are not finished properly, falls apart in the wash, etc
Horrible quality - inconsistent sizing, edges/seams are not finished properly, falls apart in the wash, etc. I gave one of their products a 1 star review, and they refused to post it. Makes me wonder how many other honest reviews they refused to post. On top of that, if you try to return anything, customer service gives you a really hard time. You have to call and email several times to get any kind of resolution. On my last order (and it will be my last from Pact), they said they issued a refund when they haven't.

Horrible shopping experience!
Horrible shopping experience! I ordered an in-stock item on Aug 23. By Sep 15, the tracking information says fedex has not received the package yet. I reached out wanting to cancel the order because this is a wedding gift; I was told I cannot cancel the order. On Oct 12, I reached out again and was told the item was "lost in transit" and that a replacement item will be dispatched. I request to cancel the order and was declined. It has been hours and I'm still waiting for the updated shipping info and a refund of my shipping charges. Very disappointed - do not shop here!

Horrible!
Horrible! Check the reviews on PACT website and see how many other customers have said that they hate the new style and smaller sizing of the men's underwear. I spend $93.72 on underwear for a *** gift for my boyfriend and they are slim and tiny. One customer review says that he husband has an athletic build and is in shape and he fits into an XL perfectly. What are they trying to do to Men's self esteem? Is this inclusive of all men with every body type? Their underwear used to be perfect back in 2019 before they changed the style and sizing. They are deceiving their previous customers who think they will be getting the same quality product as before.

I placed an order for three dresses, which I believe I was charged over $150 for. A few days ago a packaged arrived, which was completely ripped open, and out fell several pairs of underwear and a T-shirt. I did not order these items. I contacted Pact immediately and was refused help. They wanted photos of the ripped package and have continuously refused to address that they sent underwear and a T-shirt. I was repeatedly told that I must send photos, which I did several times starting at 8:49 AM on March 29th. They have not once acknowledged receipt of photos and continue to ignore the issues. I want my money back and a sincere apology for the way their employee Ashley S. Has treated me.

I placed an order, which included a set of pajamas and matching robe. The pajamas did not come in the package. I have been trying to reach them, but their customer service email responses keep bouncing back. What a mess! "Message not delivered Your message couldn't be delivered to [protected]@.com because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information."Called them today and their company is closed for an employee retreat. I would like to get a return on the robe because I don't want it without the pajamas, which I ordered but didn't get! So I would like to get a refund on that. But it's very difficult to get a hold of this company, so will not order from them again.Back to the stores I guess!

I ordered a pack of underwear from PACT and two pairs out of six ended up breaking stitches the first time I put them on
I ordered a pack of underwear from PACT and two pairs out of six ended up breaking stitches the first time I put them on. The size I ordered was actually slightly too big, so I know it's not a fit issue. I ended up having to throw one of them away because so much stitching had come undone. I then posted a review that included details about the broken stitches on their website, and a customer service representative reached out to me and asked for photos of the defective underwear and order information. I sent them this information, and nothing has happened. Their automated email response promises that they will respond in 2 days and it has been more than 2 weeks. I sent a follow up email and still nothing. It's frustrating because I did not ask for the refund or exchange they initially offered, so what was the point of having me to do that?

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DREADFUL! I love the idea of organic sustainable cotton, fair treatment to the people who make it and am willing to pay a high premium for it, however, I’ve had A LOT of problems with the customer service department over several issues. I’ve had items shipped that were stitched together irregular and falling apart after a single wash. I’ve also seen price discrepancies and feel ripped off. What’s worse is calling the company for support and have received the RUDEST treatment 4 out of 5 times. Filling out a customer service form online is also frustrating as you are limited to specific problem choices that didn’t pertain to my circumstances and they limit your message to a couple of sentences max. Then someone writes you back asking for more info and I don’t have the time or patience to go back n forth with emails, so I called the customer support team on several occasions. I’m overjoyed and feel lucky when someone speaks kindly to me because for the most part I dread calling knowing theres a good chance I’m going to get one of the girls who uptalk AT you with a snotty tone and make you feel highly unvalued! I don’t know why Whole Foods continues to carry this line when you can’t get anywhere with the company’s “customer support” and the quality is hit or miss. They’ve issued me the wrong amount of credit, overcharged me on other orders and my account has been super messed up because of the customer service dept. I wish they’d hire some new people or at least have some extra training to learn how to speak correctly to their customers as they are charging $50 for a flimsy cotton T-shirt where the stitching unravels after 1 wash. The last straw was today after I was calmly explaining my latest unresolved issue with a rep called “Vee” when she rudely interrupted me stating “Uh, take a time out!” and just started speaking over me. This ENRAGED me as I’m in my 50’s and don’t deserve to be told to take a time out like a misbehaving child! Especially when I was calmly explaining the past two issues and other rep failed to handle correctly. Who’s in charge of these girls anyway? I’m sadly going to return EVERYTHING and never shop with them again. It’s too bad because I really like the idea and most of the products I’ve kept. Such a shame.

The first order I got from this company smelled like it had been in storage a long time and not properly
The first order I got from this company smelled like it had been in storage a long time and not properly. I didn't complain. I washed the items. That's when I noticed some weird stains, glue or something, still, they are just bathrobes, I didn't bother over it. The second order was undergarments. One item was missing completely, which they had emailed about. I needed to fight them a bit to get the refund for the missing items as they emailed to say I wouldn't be charged even though I was already charged when placing the order. That got processed. Then the other items were all over the place size wise and in no way matched up with their sizing chart. Bottoms too large tops too small, and some of them see thru (tank tops with built in bras). I was just done at that point and requested a full refund. I got the return slip and sent the items back. Almost a month later the refund still has not been processed. I have tried emailing the manage who I was sent over to to ask about this twice now but it doesn't seem to be working. The first time I tried emailing them I got the notice that their system is set up wrong and the email didn't go thru. After that I looked up the customer service email and have been dealing with their lazy and mean staff. Possibly the email to the manager is not working properly because they like their paychecks despite not doing their work, Idk. Anyway finally I decided to call and got to speak to one of their rude employees who told me that my refund was already processed. I told her the money isn't in my account so that is incorrect. She continued to insist that I am incorrect and agreed to contact the accounting department to confirm the refund was processed. Upon further pressing she agreed to follow up with me when they respond. I began to complain about the incompetence at this company which she told me was uncalled for after she neglected to hear the details of the case and had to be pressed to do the bare minimum. ?

Where to even begin
Where to even begin... We ordered a set of towels from Pact. I really liked the style and was hoping the organic cotton and good labor practices were more than just marketing . The order came in 5 boxes on the smaller side - I thought that was a little weird, but whatever. They weren't what we had hoped for, but I liked their clothing so I was sure I'd be back again. Then I began the return process. Never again. I submitted my return request and was given one label for my 5 box order. You can't use one label and print it out five times. I thought I must have done something wrong, so I went back and looked at each item, trying to find multiple labels. Nope - I successfully requested a return for every item, and I got one label. I emailed customer service and received no response. I managed to dig out one big box that barely fit everything and slapped the label on. I wanted it gone. I get a return confirmation, which says I am getting HALF my money back. ***. This is when I realize that a) The return packing slip is NOT for the full order (even though I had requested and confirmed the whole order was being returned on the site) and b) the return interface, where all SIX bath sheets are being returned, has some fuzzy math going on and I'm getting 1/3rd of that money back. I contact customer service and luckily they get back to me much quicker this time. The person says that they'll need to confirm that the warehouse has received the full order before they can return the rest of my money. Sure, no problem. I go to reply to tell her so... and the email doesn't go through. Instead I get an error that states "Message not delivered because the remote server is misconfigured." I understand that things go wrong and often trust that companies will make it right. But I've never had such a string of absurd experiences before - it's just been a big headache. I will be calling them this time around, and if nothing happens I'll submit a complaint through here.

I've made five purchases from Pact Apparel's website since February 2020
I've made five purchases from Pact Apparel's website since February 2020. In each order I received at least one of the items was defective. One order took over 30 days to arrive. A recent order was on June 14, 2020 was posted as a completed transaction between my bank and their company as of June 18, 2020. Today is June 25, 2020; I have communicated via emailed and spoken with their customer service on the phone. Pact associates claim they never received my June 14th order. They told me verbatim "The amount is probably pending and will drop off of your bank account." As I mentioned earlier in this section, the payment was approved and completed June 18th. I posted four reviews on their website to let other buyers beware, however none of them have been posted. This leads me to believe that Pact is vetting the reviews.
I was supposed to have received one order last Thursday and it never came when I track it there is no information. I order other items on Friday and paid extra for three day delivery and it hasn’t shipped out yet! I called and complained and was treated rudely and was not given an explanation on what happened to my first order that I’m thinking is lost and I was told my second order would be credited back for the expedited delivery and was told it would be air dropped in a couple days! The call was placed on Saturday. I emailed the company and complained about the way I was treated and received an apology but was given no explanation about my orders. The only explanation I received on my missing orders was that they were having trouble due to Coronavirus. My original is lost in the mail and this company shouldn’t be promising expedited delivery if they are having troubles due to Coronavirus and they shouldn’t be promising air drop if they haven’t even filled the order yet. In all I have paid about $200 for both lost orders.

Ordered on 5/14 and as of 5/23 never received tracking info. Reached out via social media and email to request a cancellation and refund. Pact responded and told me that my order would be refunded in 3-5 days. As of 6/8 and several back and forth messages I still do not have my refund. The package did finally arrive but after I purchased a replacement gift. They will not honor my request for a refund. They told me they would send a prepaid return label on 6/3 via email and as of 6/8 it has not been sent.
