Your Pool HQ? More like Your Pool HELL! Let me tell you, folks, I had a BAD experience with this website. I ordered a product from them, only to receive it damaged. And you know what they told me when I tried to get a refund? "Nuh-uh, sorry pal, can't help you. That's on you." Can you believe that?! And don't even get me started on their customer service. It's like they don't even WANT to talk to you! You have to go through the ordering department just to get any help, and even then they're completely unreasonable. I mean, come on, guys - I'm just a regular person trying to keep my pool in good shape. Is that too much to ask? Apparently so. Save yourself the trouble, folks. Don't waste your money - go somewhere else for the same product. You'll thank me later. Trust me, dealing with Your Pool HQ is just not worth raising your blood pressure over. What a headache! It was a real expensive lesson to learn.

This site is a real disappointment. I've been waiting for a week now for my order to come through and still there's no sign of it. I've tried emailing their customer support but no one has gotten back to me yet. So much for helping me get my pool back up and running! I've been trying to call their number but it never gets answered. The voicemail inbox is always full so I can't even leave a message. It's really frustrating watching my pool turn green by the day and not being able to do anything about it. I'm starting to feel like I wasted my money by ordering from here.

I gotta tell you about my experience shopping at Your Pool HQ (yourpoolhq.com) for my Pentair Easy Touch Remote Control. It was a bit of a rollercoaster ride from the start. First off, it took 'em a hot minute to ship it out to me, but I figured, hey, with the postal service being all wonky these days, what can you do?

Anyway, when it finally arrived, I was stoked to try it out, but nope, it wouldn't work. So, I gave the customer service number a call to get some help with returning it. After a little waitin' on hold, I finally got through to this guy named Shawn. He was pretty friendly and gave me the lowdown on how to send it back for a refund.

After sending it back, Deb was the lady supposedly processing emails, but I ain't gonna lie, she didn't reply to me at all when I reached out about the refund. It's been almost a month now and I still don't have any money back in my account.

The weirdest thing though, is that when I tried to call customer service on a weekend, no one picked up! Like, come on guys, people have pools to take care of even on the weekends.

Overall, I ain't gonna lie, I'm pretty disappointed in my experience with Your Pool HQ. I'm still hoping that I'll get my refund eventually, but I really wish they had better customer service and faster processing times.

I've been swimming in my pool for a long time now, eleven years to be exact. And let me tell you, the pool cover that came with it was a real doozy. I'm a pretty big guy, I stand tall at 6 foot 3 and weigh 215 pounds, but even I struggled to lift that cover by myself. Then, last year when I ordered a new one, I was dismayed to find out that the cover was exactly the same - thin and flimsy, barely able to be called a winter cover. And let me tell you, living in eastern Tennessee, that cover was put through its paces. It tore from the wind and we had to brave the cold to recover the pool. And even once it was on, it wasn't doing its job properly. By the time we opened the pool in the spring it was dirty and murky - not a good look.

Now, I know that FedEx has raised their prices, but that doesn't mean we should be getting less to compensate. I'm sorry, but this pool cover just isn't worth the $50.00 price tag. I was really hoping for something that would last and keep my pool clean during the winter months. Maybe it's time to explore other options and find a pool cover that can be relied upon.

I was on the hunt for a specific part to repair my DE filter and after searching high and low, I found it on Your Pool HQ's website. Now, I'll be honest - I'm no tech whiz so I made a mistake when placing my order. Instead of typing in my trusty aol.com, I accidentally wrote down ail.com. Yup, a small but costly error on my part. This left me feeling quite anxious and worried as I couldn't track my shipment.

After realizing my mistake, I frantically tried to remedy the situation but found several negative reviews about Your Pool HQ in the process. I was beginning to regret placing an order with them. My faith in humanity slowly diminishing...But to my surprise, my part arrived within a week and it was the right one too! I must say I was relieved, to say the least. The part was installed without any hitches and my filter was now up and running. Phew!

I can't fully attest or speak on behalf of those who had a negative experience with Your Pool HQ, however, I have to say that my experience was a positive one. I'm grateful the company had the specific part I needed and was able to deliver it within a reasonable amount of time. Plus, the fact that it was the correct part really made my day. I will definitely keep Your Pool HQ in mind if I need to order any pool parts in the future. Overall, I'd say that Your Pool HQ is a reliable source to go to when in need.

Just got the Volt FX4LI vacuum from Your Pool HQ and it arrived on time, which is a good thing. Unfortunately, when it came in, there was no handle that came with it. I mean, seriously, what's the point of having a pool vacuum without a handle, am I right?

I checked their website, but there was only a small print that mentioned "fits most standard handles" with no accompanying photo of the said handle nor a notice that it will be bought separately. I wish they could have made it clearer for their customers.

I found out later that they dropped the price to $60. Well, I don't like doing business with companies that aren't transparent. If only I read reviews about them before purchasing, I could have saved myself from the trouble of dealing with them.

Oh well, I hope this vacuum at least does the job. I mean, that's all that matters, right?

I ordered this pentair system from Your Pool HQ some time ago. However, to my disappointment, it was not shipped at the promised time. I even tried to get an update but it wasn't forthcoming. So, I decided to cancel the order before it shipped. I was promised prompt credit. But, alas, it was promises without fulfillment. I then received a replacement order immediately from somewhere else.

Several months have passed and I still do not have the credit as promised by Your Pool HQ. I have made countless phone calls and submitted paperwork but all to no avail. Despite being promised multiple times, nothing has changed. So, I am considering filing a fraud dispute with my card company.

Please, do not believe anything they say. Do not trust anything or anyone related to Your Pool HQ. For me, it's already too late. I am only rating exceptionally bad service since this is a rare occurrence. Please, do yourself a favor, and don't bother using Your Pool HQ.

This website called Your Pool HQ (yourpoolhq.com) ain't too good, if you ask me. I had a real bad experience tryna order a pool filter. I paid a grand for it, but then ain't no delivery coming. They was promising me delivery again and again, but nuthin' happened. They was sayin' they ain't gettin' their shipment from the manufacturer and they ain't got no filters in stock. They was just leading me on, waiting for their shipment to come in. I got fed up and asked for a refund. I went and got my filter from someplace else; they gave it to me in just a few days. Three weeks later, and I still ain't got my refund. Every time I call up, they tell me the manager ain't there. Every durn time. That dude sure does like to talk on the phone - what's he doin' all day? One time, I filed a dispute with PayPal, and them folks didn't even respond for two whole weeks. Eventually, PayPal gave me my money back, but it was a real hassle. Honestly, I wouldn't trust these guys. They seem shady to me and ain't worth the trouble. Be careful out there.

I gotta tell you guys, I've used Your Pool HQ before and it was pretty solid. I needed a new pool pump motor a few years back and they got it to me quick and it was the right one. But now, I don't know what's going on with them. I've been trying to get in touch with them for weeks and I can't get ahold of anyone. The phone just rings and rings and then they hang up on you. I've called on weekdays and weekends and it's the same thing every time. And they ain't any better with their email. I've sent them a few and haven't got a single response. They're supposed to have a chat feature on their site, which is great, but it's only available once in a blue moon and even then...you ain't getting much help. All they'll ever say is they'll "look into it" and then nothing happens. And you best believe they charge your credit card as soon as they get your order, not when they actually ship your crap. If you're thinking about giving these guys a go, I wish you the best of luck, but I ain't dealing with them again any time soon.

I recently had an experience buying from Your Pool HQ, and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I ordered a hot tub motor/pump, and to my dismay, it was shipped without any padding or protection. The plastic pump was placed downwards, and the heavy motor was placed upwards, with the shipping label attached to the motor end of the box! I was baffled - how could anyone pack something so carelessly? Given the weight of the motor, it is no surprise that the pump arrived shattered into little pieces. I was extremely disappointed.

When I contacted Your Pool HQ, they tried to push the blame on me, FedEx, or their supplier. They said it was up to me to prove whose fault it was. It was a ridiculous response - the packaging received was evidence enough that it was faultily packed by them.

Initially, they seemed concerned and apologized immediately. However, when they understood the mistake was on their end, they ignored all communication and left me to take up the dispute with my bank. It was a terrible experience dealing with these people.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from them. When it comes to pool equipment, it is better to purchase a used one and take your chances than buying from these scam artists. Save yourself the trouble, and find a more reliable dealer who cares about customer satisfaction.

Yo, so I gotta give y'all an update from the last time I tried to write a review for Your Pool HQ. I'm a lil' heated right now cause I still ain't got my pool cover and I still ain't got no refund. I been hittin' them up through email and I ain't gettin' no response. When I call, I finally get through to someone and they keep tellin' me the same ol' thing - "It's gonna be shipped next week." But guess what? That never happens.

I can't believe these folks still in business if they keep messin' with people like this. Rippin' us off and givin' us the runaround. Ain't nobody got time for that. Your Pool HQ, get your act together and start takin' care of your customers. It's just straight up disrespectful to treat us like this. And if you don't wanna listen to me, take a look at all these other negative reviews. It's clear I ain't the only one havin' problems.

I ain't gonna recommend this site to nobody. Stay away from Your Pool HQ if you don't wanna be scammed and left with nothin'.

So, I gotta be honest, my experience with Your Pool HQ hasn't been so great. I was really excited to get my pool ladder, I ordered it on May 25th, and the email said it would be here in 5-7 business days. Well, it's June 12th now and I haven't heard anything. I've reached out to customer service twice, no response. I even tried live chat, but nobody was there. And to top it all off, I called the number and waited for 8 whole minutes before I got fed up and hung up.

Look, I get it, things happen, but come on guys, you took my hard-earned money for this ladder and it's not cheap! I just want what I paid for. The pool season is basically here and I'm starting to get really frustrated. Where's my ladder!? Can you either ship it or refund my money? That's really not too much to ask for, is it?

Well, I finally heard back from Your Pool HQ after sending them an email and a Facebook message. Apparently, the pool ladder I ordered was out of stock but it's back in now and shipping soon. I'm a little bummed that it took so long for them to let me know, but at least I have some kind of update. And hey, they apologized for the delay and even offered me a discount on my next purchase. So, I guess that's something.

I done messed up big time ordering from Your Pool HQ. I was looking for a pool cover back in hot June and found their website. I put in an' order and they took my cash quick, but come September I still hadn't received any cover. I was hotter than a cat on a tin roof! I called to cancel that order, but then I've had to ring 'em up three whole times just to check on my refund. It's done burned a hole in my pocket book, y'all! It's already November and I still ain't got no money back, this company is a rip-off!

Let me tell ya, don't trust those slick talkin' folks at Your Pool HQ. They took my cash and then disappeared like a fart in the wind. I'm angrier than a wet hen, and I ain't never orderin' from them again. Ya'll need to go some place else to get your pool stuff done - these folks ain't worth the aggravation. They done scammed me good, and they'll do the same to you!

So I ordered this pool part from Your Pool HQ website. They delivered it pretty fast. But when I tried it, it didn't work at all. I was pretty annoyed so I called them for the return info. I got the info and sent it back. I called again to make sure they got the part and they said they got it. The lady on the phone was nice to talk to and I thought I'd have my refund soon.

But it has been 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten my $65.99 back. I've sent several emails and made a bunch of calls, but no one answers the phone. And the voice box is always full so I can't even leave a message. I'm pretty frustrated because I feel like they owe me my money.

I don't know what to do now. I hope they'll do something soon about my refund. But so far, it's been a pretty unpleasant experience for me. I don't want to think that they're just trying to scam me, but it's hard not to when there's no communication.

This company called Your Pool HQ, is not good for business at all! They took my hard-earned cash and weren't so good at talking to me like they should. They said they would send my order after three weeks, but guess what? That was a lie! That's right, it took even longer than that! They didn't even provide me with the tracking number I asked for! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, if you want to save yourself any hassle. I am not a happy customer at all, I'm really, really unhappy! Honestly, that's the way I see it.

I gotta say, I was really nervous about my safety cover after reading all the bad reviews on this site. I placed the order on 9/1 and I've talked to Deb a couple times now. She's real nice and all, but I still don't know when I'm gonna get my pool cover. Ain't seen no tracking information yet and we're already 7 business days in.

I mean, come on, Your Pool HQ, you gotta add more details to your website's product pages. It wouldn't hurt to tell us when our stuff's gonna ship or at least give us an estimated delivery time. Would save us all a lot of stress and anxiety, you know?

Ooooh honey, let me tell you, Your Pool HQ is straight up whack. I put in an order way back on May 31st - got an email saying it'd be here in 7 dang business days. Well guess what? It's been over two months now and still not a dang thing in sight! I swear, I've been emailing and calling like crazy, but all I ever get is a dang voicemail. And don't even get me started on the fact that they never responded to my email from June 18th. No ma'am, no way, this is not what I signed up for. I'm thinking about going to Paypal to try and get my money back - this "business" ain't doing nobody no favors, that's for dang sure. Save your money, honey, and go somewhere else!

On the 22nd of July, I gave a call to the folks at Your Pool HQ to double-check if the pump I was set to purchase was available. The helpful employee I spoke with said it was, making me confident that I could proceed with my order online. However, I wasn't able to see any updates on the status of my order days months later. I gave the company another ring on the 28th of July. This time, I was told that the pump I had purchased was supposed to have already shipped out and that a team member from the company would get back to me the next day to update me on the situation.

Feeling frustrated after not receiving any call, I reached out to Your Pool HQ again on July 29th. This time, though, I was given the disappointing news that the pump I had bought was not in stock, and there was no way for the team to know when they restock it. To be honest, I must say I was thoroughly displeased with this experience and wouldn't recommend anybody to use this online store for pool supplies.

Man, I gotta tell ya, Your Pool HQ has been a real let down for me. I cancelled an order a whole five weeks back, and I ain't seen no money come back to me yet. I done called 'em up four times now, and every freakin' time they got some sappy story 'bout why my card ain't been credited yet. Supposedly, they gonna get in touch with the accounting folks and then I'm 'sposed to get my money back in just a week. But here we are, weeks later, and still no refund. For real, y'all, I'd be steerin' clear of this company if I was you. This the kinda customer service that just ain't worth dealin' with.

Unfortunately, their responses were not very satisfying. To make matters worse, they delivered my pool to the wrong freaking state! Like, I don't even live on the same side of the country as where they sent it! I mean, come on guys - what kind of Mickey Mouse operation are they running over there?

At this point, I am pretty fed up. I mean, how hard is it to deliver a pool to the right address? And why won't customer service help me out? I'm about ready to report them to the BBB. Heck, I might even start picketing in front of their headquarters! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Your Pool HQ - look elsewhere for a pool and supplies.
