Your Pool HQ Your Pool HQ: Stay Away to Avoid Scam and Disrespectful Customer Service

Yo, so I gotta give y'all an update from the last time I tried to write a review for Your Pool HQ. I'm a lil' heated right now cause I still ain't got my pool cover and I still ain't got no refund. I been hittin' them up through email and I ain't gettin' no response. When I call, I finally get through to someone and they keep tellin' me the same ol' thing - "It's gonna be shipped next week." But guess what? That never happens.

I can't believe these folks still in business if they keep messin' with people like this. Rippin' us off and givin' us the runaround. Ain't nobody got time for that. Your Pool HQ, get your act together and start takin' care of your customers. It's just straight up disrespectful to treat us like this. And if you don't wanna listen to me, take a look at all these other negative reviews. It's clear I ain't the only one havin' problems.

I ain't gonna recommend this site to nobody. Stay away from Your Pool HQ if you don't wanna be scammed and left with nothin'.

Your Pool HQ Delayed Shipping & Poor Customer Service from Your Pool HQ - Review

So, I gotta be honest, my experience with Your Pool HQ hasn't been so great. I was really excited to get my pool ladder, I ordered it on May 25th, and the email said it would be here in 5-7 business days. Well, it's June 12th now and I haven't heard anything. I've reached out to customer service twice, no response. I even tried live chat, but nobody was there. And to top it all off, I called the number and waited for 8 whole minutes before I got fed up and hung up.

Look, I get it, things happen, but come on guys, you took my hard-earned money for this ladder and it's not cheap! I just want what I paid for. The pool season is basically here and I'm starting to get really frustrated. Where's my ladder!? Can you either ship it or refund my money? That's really not too much to ask for, is it?

Update:
Well, I finally heard back from Your Pool HQ after sending them an email and a Facebook message. Apparently, the pool ladder I ordered was out of stock but it's back in now and shipping soon. I'm a little bummed that it took so long for them to let me know, but at least I have some kind of update. And hey, they apologized for the delay and even offered me a discount on my next purchase. So, I guess that's something.

Your Pool HQ Scammed by Your Pool HQ - Beware of their empty promises and poor customer service!

I done messed up big time ordering from Your Pool HQ. I was looking for a pool cover back in hot June and found their website. I put in an' order and they took my cash quick, but come September I still hadn't received any cover. I was hotter than a cat on a tin roof! I called to cancel that order, but then I've had to ring 'em up three whole times just to check on my refund. It's done burned a hole in my pocket book, y'all! It's already November and I still ain't got no money back, this company is a rip-off!

Let me tell ya, don't trust those slick talkin' folks at Your Pool HQ. They took my cash and then disappeared like a fart in the wind. I'm angrier than a wet hen, and I ain't never orderin' from them again. Ya'll need to go some place else to get your pool stuff done - these folks ain't worth the aggravation. They done scammed me good, and they'll do the same to you!

Your Pool HQ Unreliable Refund Policy: My Experience with Your Pool HQ

So I ordered this pool part from Your Pool HQ website. They delivered it pretty fast. But when I tried it, it didn't work at all. I was pretty annoyed so I called them for the return info. I got the info and sent it back. I called again to make sure they got the part and they said they got it. The lady on the phone was nice to talk to and I thought I'd have my refund soon.

But it has been 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten my $65.99 back. I've sent several emails and made a bunch of calls, but no one answers the phone. And the voice box is always full so I can't even leave a message. I'm pretty frustrated because I feel like they owe me my money.

I don't know what to do now. I hope they'll do something soon about my refund. But so far, it's been a pretty unpleasant experience for me. I don't want to think that they're just trying to scam me, but it's hard not to when there's no communication.

Your Pool HQ Beware of Your Pool HQ: Unreliable, Unresponsive, and Untrustworthy!

This company called Your Pool HQ, is not good for business at all! They took my hard-earned cash and weren't so good at talking to me like they should. They said they would send my order after three weeks, but guess what? That was a lie! That's right, it took even longer than that! They didn't even provide me with the tracking number I asked for! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, if you want to save yourself any hassle. I am not a happy customer at all, I'm really, really unhappy! Honestly, that's the way I see it.

Your Pool HQ Lack of Shipping Details and Tracking Info Creates Anxiety - Your Pool HQ Review

I gotta say, I was really nervous about my safety cover after reading all the bad reviews on this site. I placed the order on 9/1 and I've talked to Deb a couple times now. She's real nice and all, but I still don't know when I'm gonna get my pool cover. Ain't seen no tracking information yet and we're already 7 business days in.

I mean, come on, Your Pool HQ, you gotta add more details to your website's product pages. It wouldn't hurt to tell us when our stuff's gonna ship or at least give us an estimated delivery time. Would save us all a lot of stress and anxiety, you know?

But hey, I'm still crossing my fingers that my cover will come through soon. Maybe Deb's doing her best or something. Only time will tell...

Your Pool HQ Do Not Recommend - Terrible Experience with Your Pool HQ: Over 2 month wait, no response, terrible customer service

Ooooh honey, let me tell you, Your Pool HQ is straight up whack. I put in an order way back on May 31st - got an email saying it'd be here in 7 dang business days. Well guess what? It's been over two months now and still not a dang thing in sight! I swear, I've been emailing and calling like crazy, but all I ever get is a dang voicemail. And don't even get me started on the fact that they never responded to my email from June 18th. No ma'am, no way, this is not what I signed up for. I'm thinking about going to Paypal to try and get my money back - this "business" ain't doing nobody no favors, that's for dang sure. Save your money, honey, and go somewhere else!

Your Pool HQ Disappointing Experience with Your Pool HQ: Unreliable Stock Updates & Poor Customer Service

On the 22nd of July, I gave a call to the folks at Your Pool HQ to double-check if the pump I was set to purchase was available. The helpful employee I spoke with said it was, making me confident that I could proceed with my order online. However, I wasn't able to see any updates on the status of my order days months later. I gave the company another ring on the 28th of July. This time, I was told that the pump I had purchased was supposed to have already shipped out and that a team member from the company would get back to me the next day to update me on the situation.

Feeling frustrated after not receiving any call, I reached out to Your Pool HQ again on July 29th. This time, though, I was given the disappointing news that the pump I had bought was not in stock, and there was no way for the team to know when they restock it. To be honest, I must say I was thoroughly displeased with this experience and wouldn't recommend anybody to use this online store for pool supplies.

Your Pool HQ Terrible Customer Service and No Refund from Your Pool HQ: A Warning to Buyers

Man, I gotta tell ya, Your Pool HQ has been a real let down for me. I cancelled an order a whole five weeks back, and I ain't seen no money come back to me yet. I done called 'em up four times now, and every freakin' time they got some sappy story 'bout why my card ain't been credited yet. Supposedly, they gonna get in touch with the accounting folks and then I'm 'sposed to get my money back in just a week. But here we are, weeks later, and still no refund. For real, y'all, I'd be steerin' clear of this company if I was you. This the kinda customer service that just ain't worth dealin' with.

Your Pool HQ Warning: Don't Trust Your Pool HQ With Your Order - My Disastrous Experience

So let me tell you about my experience with Your Pool HQ. I was pretty stoked to finally order my new pool on May 14th. They said it would get here in like 5-7 days, which I felt was a pretty reasonable amount of time. However, it is now June 4th, and I am still eagerly waiting for my pool to arrive. I have tried getting in touch with their customer service team, but they haven't really been very helpful at all. It's really starting to feel like I am swimming upstream here.

Now, I'm not one to give up without a fight. So, I reached out to customer service over and over again to try and figure out what was going on. Unfortunately, their responses were not very satisfying. To make matters worse, they delivered my pool to the wrong freaking state! Like, I don't even live on the same side of the country as where they sent it! I mean, come on guys - what kind of Mickey Mouse operation are they running over there?

At this point, I am pretty fed up. I mean, how hard is it to deliver a pool to the right address? And why won't customer service help me out? I'm about ready to report them to the BBB. Heck, I might even start picketing in front of their headquarters! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Your Pool HQ - look elsewhere for a pool and supplies.
