Hello

About three weeks ago, I tried to buy a discount blouse for being my first purchase but I could not do it

I asked an assistant to help me cancel my purchase, he said that they would return my money in the next 7 to 14 days but I still do not see my money reflected in my account, that is why I sent this message . My bank doesn't have any money detained. And they don't want to help from this email
