I bought two pairs of shoes at buy one half off with a discount code. One pair was in stock, and they did not have the other so they sent me an email saying they didn't have it, and gave me a refund through a gift card code. Well that was the only money I had I can't pay the full price for the shoes. Now I can't use a discount code on top of a gift card even though it was a refund. I just hope when these shoes go on sale they still have my size.

They are my go to place to buy shoes but you can't depend on their customer service. I have had to write a couple of complaints regarding my orders but they all fall on deaf ears. Still I think their designs are great, I think the workmanship is there too, they are not always polished but I have faith in time they'll improve and hopefully be able to address people's complaints because now they just pass them by and don't even answer. I will keep shopping as I am a huge fan but will have to keep my fingers crossed every time I get sent the right order and everything is ok with it.

I bought 1 pair of platform flip flops and 1 pair of platform sneakers. They arrived one day later than I excepted but I think that was because my order had to registered or something. It was only one day so I'm not gonna pitch a hissy over it. They feel nice. The platforms are very solid and the material of the shoes is good. Walking in them is a little awkward if you're new to platforms but walking around in them for a few hours helps you get the hang of it. I just LOVE these shoes. I didn't talk to costumer service so I can't review that. I wish I could show y'all a picture but I'm on mobile

I tried to buy shoes from YRU, but my order didn't go through because of some problems with the info I provided. However, they still took $187 from my card. I haven't heard back from customer service yet, and I'm worried because they charged me almost $45 extra, leaving me with no money at the moment.

I ordered from YRU shoes on August 30th. Their website says it takes 3-7 business days to process orders, but it's been 15 business days now. I've emailed them multiple times and messaged them on social media, and they've seen my message on social media. But I still haven't gotten any shipping info or updates on my order.

I ordered a pair of shoes for $114, but I never got them. FedEx told me to contact YRU to file a claim, but I tried multiple times with no luck. I emailed YRU several times, but they never responded. I was really excited to buy these shoes and wanted to buy more, but it's been months and I still haven't heard anything. I just want my money back because I don't want to deal with a company that ignores its customers.

I bought a pair of Jackolantern dune platforms from YRU on April 17th. I emailed them 4 times and messaged them on Instagram, but they haven't replied. It's now May 4th and I still haven't received my order. It's been 2 work weeks when it was supposed to take 3-7 days. I haven't even received a notification about the shipment. I had high hopes for this company because a page I manage with around 16k members recommended them. I guess I'll go back to *** from now on. I've never had to wait more than a week with ***.

I paid $115 on Thursday, November 18th for the Night Call Hi Butterfly. I've been checking the website every day, but my order hasn't shipped yet, and it's been over a week. The website says it should take 3-5 days for shipping and handling, but my order has only been confirmed, and nothing else. I recently discovered that this company has many complaints about their customer service and shipping. They don't respond to emails. Honestly, I just want my money back now. My first order from them was quick and easy, but this second order is taking way too long.

I bought black qloud shoes size 10 (order# ***) on Friday November 27. Right after I made the purchase, I realized I picked the wrong color. I messaged YRU on Instagram and email for help. I wanted to cancel the order or change it to the right color. It's been days and I've messaged them on Facebook, Instagram, and sent another email. I already bought the right color and just want to cancel and get a refund. I called their number, but it just keeps ringing and ringing.

I placed an order and got a confirmation. But no shipping update yet. I messaged support and they said I'd get it "today". That was 5 days ago. I tried again, no reply. This happened before. Their service is bad. They need to fix this. I paid $15 for shipping and still no update. Their policy says 3-5 days for an update.

I paid $75.00 to get a pair of platform boots from YRU on Nov 26th. My bank confirmed the payment, but I haven't received any order confirmation or emails about my product. I checked spam folders and followed their FAQ, but still no luck. I emailed customer support twice and called them twice on different days, but no one answered. I left my info for them to contact me, but no response yet. I don't know if my order is processed, shipped, or what's happening. Customer service is terrible. I want a status update or a refund.

I ordered shoes from YRU more than a month ago, but they still haven't shipped them. Their customer service doesn't update you, and I've sent many emails about my order. I found out that I'm not the only one facing this issue, as many people have had bad experiences with this company and struggle to get a response. They did send me an email about canceling my order, but nothing else. Now, I just want my order to be shipped or my money refunded so I can buy from somewhere else. I've had no problems with other websites when ordering products, so this situation is ridiculous. I'm considering contacting my bank and filing a claim because I feel like I've been scammed. I didn't want to go to such lengths, but after hearing similar stories from others who have dealt with this company, I'm truly shocked.

I bought 2 pairs of sandal shoes from YRU. I followed their size chart and ordered a size 8 (24.1cm) because my foot size is 24 cm. I got the shoes (after paying 100$ CAD in customs), and the shoe length was actually 26cm, which is their size 10. It was two whole sizes bigger and didn't fit me at all. I told them about it, and after a week they replied and said that some of their shoes were wrongly labeled with the wrong size. They offered to send me two new pairs in my size. I agreed. After paying another 50$ CAD in customs for this pair that was supposed to be free, I opened them and found out that both of these new pairs also had the same sizing issue. They were labeled as size 7s but the length corresponded to size 9. Yes, shoe sizes can vary a bit, but this much difference where the shoe is 2 sizes bigger than it should be is not acceptable. So I asked for a refund because I don't want to go through this again and I've already wasted over 475$ CAD on these shoes (original cost plus duties). They told me that since I now have four pairs of shoes, they need them back to process a refund. I told them I will happily return them if they cover the return costs. They refused and pointed me to their policies that say International orders are final sale. I don't understand how they expect a customer to pay to return a product that was NOT AS DESCRIBED. Returning all four pairs would make me waste more money than I would even get back. Like I said, I would gladly return them if YRU pays for shipping. I want to make it clear that I have no use for the 4 pairs that don't fit me. I don't have anyone who would want them and I'm not interested in trying to sell them. I just want my money back and I will happily return them at YRU's expense if that's what it takes to get my full refund.
