Spark by Hilton 2585 Seaboard Ave, San Jose, CA 95131
Checked in on 8/11/2025. The room assigned had a roach in the entry on the floor. I was offered a bottle of water as compensation. While waiting for a new room assignment. Cats were freely walking around inside the lobby sitting on chair. The new room assigned seemed to be ok, i left for dinner returned and turned down the AC. This turned on the heat and would not shut off. I called the front desk and was waiting about an hour for maintenance and went to be in the heat. The next day on 8/12/25 I requested to be moved to a higher floor. I was moved to the second floor and the room was ok. I asked to be compensated for the night that was not up to standard. I was offered a bottle of water. For the last two days I have been calling the hotel asking to speak to the manager to resolve the issues as instructed by Hilton Honors. I have never been contacted in anyway by the hotel staff. I was told for the forth time a manager will give you a call to resolve the issue.
