Yelp.com review: Bed check 7pm

I booked a 2 day stay at the st hotel st Pete Beach Florida, I booked it the day of while traveling, through expedia, hotel sent me an email which I never got saying there rules. Now expedia is pre pay. I never saw the email and got there at 8pm. Everything was dark no office open I had to book another hotel when I tried to get a refund the place said I violated there rules in getting there late. I ve been fighting with them since Aug 19 my bank fought them chase no help expedia fought them in the end they only refunded 1 day then lied to expedia told them I stayed the second day expedia gave me credit for the other day ridiculous the owner is a shyster don't stay there or if you do don't miss bed check 7pm
