Yelp.com review: Allstate vehicle damage claimn denied ( 1 comment)

My neighbor's adult son took her car without permission and backed into my pickup. Because it was late in the evening there were no witnesses and my neighbor denies any knowledge of the accident. She has valid insurance with Allstate, but they refused my damage claim because there were no witnesses. The Sherriff department investigated the damage and agreed the damage was caused by her vehicle and cited her sone with hit-and-run. Again, Allstate denied my claim. So now I get to drive around with this big, ugly dent in my pickup and can't get it fixed. Take a look at the photos and you decide if you want to support Allstate Insurance.
