However, since then, I have received the wrong boxes, ones that were cheaply made with multiple printing errors. They promised "eco-friendly" and "biodegradable" boxes, but this was far from the truth. The outside coverings were peeling off and looked terrible. Despite promises to send samples, they never came through with them.

When I called to discuss the issues, they sent me through a revolving door of associates, making it difficult to communicate and resolve issues. I've paid over $2,200 for this service and have not received anything I can use. All I'm asking for is a refund, which Ashton Jones, Brandon Smith, Harry, and Andy have promised multiple times since June. But they never call back and seem to make empty promises.
