In the tracking information it says "Order information received by carrier" since day 21 of April. I want an explanation for this and when will I get myour package? We do not have an access with customs. You can communicate with USPS so they can check this for you but we highly recommend that you proceed with the dispute if you still are not able to receive the package since it is already beyond the delivery time frame set by the seller.

They said because they sent the right sizes they do not refund or exchange. I told them that one pair was 225 and the other 230 so they must be different sizes.
