Ordering was so easy and everything went smooth as I thought it would! Since I ordered the items separately, I received them on different days but that's no big deal for me. I didn't mind waiting for all of my orders to arrive separately. The packaging was great, nothing got damaged and the products are exactly as described. I'm so satisfied! I contacted customer service with shipping questions at first and they replied immediately. I was really shocked that they answered back so fast! I usually wait for other places to respond but they were speedy excellent customer service. I'm putting together a list of items that I want to purchase since the shipping takes a couple of days to arrive. Overall, I'm satisfied and trust them. Thank you!

I have gotten my dogs prescription medication from yaheetech.shop and they were always so fantastic with email reminders on when it was getting auto refilled, shipped out and they would call.when they needed a new prescription from my vet when there were no refills. Always super friendly & exceptional customer service! 2 weeks ago our beautiful golden retriever Daisy passed away and I had to call to let them know to cancel my auto shipment of medication and the representative Michael was super compassionate. Today I received a gorgeous bouquet of flowers from yaheetech/Michael with a lovely card, sorry for the loss of Daisy. What an amazing company! One that actually cares about their customers. I will continue to use them for our other dog Gigi and our future fur baby. Thank you Chewy for being the best!

We started ordering our little dog's food and supplies from yaheetech.shop. We had adopted her, she was so abused. We always got our orders within two to three days. We lost our little girl in april. A friend told me to let yaheetech.shop know, and I didn't know why she said that, but I let them know. We got an email crediting our accoun with our last order and also telling us if we needed someone to talk to, they were there. The following day, we had flowers delivered to our house. Had no idea who they were from. Read the card, and they were from Yaheetech.shop went over and above any company we have ever dealt with.We will use them for all pet supplies now. We have adopted two more little dogs. We have recommended them to everyone we know. I even posted on my facebook and everyone who read it said they would be changing to yaheetech.shop

It's is lovely. This had none. However Scepter has been making monitors for quite awhile and based on past products reviews they are not bad. Beside i wanted to treat myself to a new monitor. I was not looking for a top of the line monitor that would burn a hole in my pocket but at the same time i wanted a monitor that would fit all the bells and whistles. This specs of this one fit my budget perfectly. Placed my order and awaited for it to arrive. They ship via USPS and this took quite awhile. I would give 4 stars for delivery. 8 business days later it arrived. Surprisingly the monitor was extremely light and installing the mount was very simple. They even included a phillips head screw driver to speed the process along. Along with it came a display port cable which i found a bit short. I mean the size of the monitor is 35" and i had to move my desktop off my table to comfortably place the monitor on. I am going to have to buy a monitor arm for this to get back my space and for those of you who are interested the vesa mount pattern is 100mm x 100mm.
Zero problems starting up the monitor. No dead pixels, colours are bright and vibrant. I am a hardcore gamer so this is where i am hoping the monitor will shine... I start up Doom. I am blown away. Everything looks FANTASTIC at the 3440 x 1440 resolution! I have zero lag, gsync enable and i am running at 100hz. Put on the game i play most, World of Warcraft. Amazingly it fills out the entire screen at the resolution which i was not expecting (i thought wow classic would not have wide screen support) and i am totally impressed at the clarity, colours and performance this monitor is showing. If you play wow and are a raider you will have zero problems with this monitor. 40 people raiding the dungeon with all the spell effects going off and i saw zero slow down. Granted i am running a 1080 ti but i am glad i finally have a decent monitor that can utilize my hardware fully

I have put together 4 of the 6 chairs we ordered. The first time someone sat on the one chair it fell apart and they got hurt. It came apart on the bottom of the chair swivel where the bearings are. This was put together at the factory. Now I'm worried that the others will fall apart also. Is there anything that I can check to make sure it doesn't happen again? I think we should get reimbursed for this chair. I can send pics if you want them.
