AFI Furnishings company I have ever dealt with

company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. I ordered my bed over a month ago and I still haven't received all the parts. It's frustrating because I can't even use my bed without all the pieces. I've sent them multiple emails asking for updates and they only respond when they feel like it. It's like they don't value my time or money. I would not recommend AFI Furnishings to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Bed pieces came in brokn. Tried many times since Nov. 4th to get in touch. They keep hangin up. Just want the pieces replaced. Wont order from *** anymore either. Not good customer service.

AFI Furnishings Save your money and run away!

Save your money and run away! I've never seen a business that takes your money, messes up your order, and ships the messed up order. When you need customer service, they vanish. Customer service is handled by an "answering service." Clearly, this business can't keep up in the online marketplace. I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews beforehand. Mike.

The Boston Bed from AFI Furnishings, in queen size, collapsed in under a year. No special situations occurred. Two fairly slender adults ended up diagonal when the slats on the inside broke off. I can't blame the person who installed it, since the bed lasted for 8 months. The customer service team suggested sending new side panels. Are they joking? The construction is awful and unsafe, and the customer service doesn't seem to know what they're doing. Stay away from these beds.

AFI Furnishings I just bought an Orlando style queen size bed frame from AFI Furnishings on Wayfair

I just bought an Orlando style queen size bed frame from AFI Furnishings on Wayfair. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the box didn't have the footboard and the side rails were for a twin or full size bed, not a queen. I tried reaching out to customer service, but it's been over a week and I still haven't heard back. It's frustrating because I didn't cause any of these issues, yet they expect me to pay for return shipping. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this company.

The product is awesome, but the company's follow-up is terrible. I had a busted part, and they make you fill out an online form, saying they'll get back to you in 24-48 hours. It's been 3 whole weeks and 3 online requests, and nobody bothers to reply. The bed is fantastic, but I can't even enjoy it. I wouldn't recommend buying if you expect any help from Atlantic Furniture. This ain't just bad customer service, it's straight-up NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

AFI Furnishings HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought a trundle bed in EXPRESSO, but one of the pieces came in white. Mistakes happen, but it's been a whole week and no one has answered my emails. I even contacted the Business I bought it from online. I wish I had read the comments before making the purchase! I filled out the forms on their website twice and sent pictures. They said they would respond in 1-2 days, but it's been more than a week. If you try calling, you'll reach an answering service that says it will take 7-10 days for them to get back to you.

I was so stoked to stumble upon this website called AFI Furnishings. I was on the hunt for a queen cabinet-style murphy bed that would totally suit my needs. You see, I can't stand memory foam mattresses because they give me such a bad reaction. So, I reached out to them and asked if they could swap out the mattress or just send me the cabinet so I could buy a mattress separately. Let me tell you, it was a whole lot of back and forth, first with Mayfair and then Atlantic. It felt like forever until they finally got back to me with a quote for the cabinet without the mattress. Can you believe it? It was a whopping $200 more than the cabinet WITH the mattress! I mean, seriously? After reading a bunch of reviews on here, I'm so relieved I dodged that bullet. Their customer service was an absolute nightmare, no joke.

Avoid AFI Furnishings - Terrible Customer Service ever! We called this company for info and help buying their stuff. Both reps we talked to were useless. They didn't know their products and couldn't answer any questions. We asked for a manager to call us, but they said no one could help. This company has a 1-Star rating on ComplaintsBoard.com. That says it all - Avoid AFI Furnishings if you want good service.

AFI Furnishings I bought a bed from AFI Furnishings, but the headboard parts came defective

I bought a bed from AFI Furnishings, but the headboard parts came defective. They made a mistake and put the slit on the wrong side, so the hooks of the side panels can't fit in for either low or high setting. I called the number on the package slip, but it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full. I needed a bed urgently, but it seems impossible to reach anyone except through an online form that probably won't respond or will take forever to respond. So, I contacted the retailer and I'm returning the item. Sadly, the retailer is also taking forever to pick up the big item and they don't have replacement parts to send.

Don't bother buying from AFI Furnishings. It's a real hassle. I wish I had read the reviews here before making my purchase.

0 STAR RATING, EVEN THOUGH I HAD TO GIVE THEM A 1 STAR. I have tried to get hardware for my "Headboard" and they haven't given me any customer support. The instructions in the box say to contact Atlantic Furniture, not the Retailer where I bought it. I have tried to get a replacement and they keep telling me they can't find my name in their system. I told them I can't tell them when or who I bought the headboard from. I have been buying things when I find what I like. As the family needs more room and we build on to the house, I will then have the furniture I want to decorate it. I have tried to get the hardware I need for the last month without any success. I EVEN ASKED IF I COULD BUY THE HARDWARE! They won't lose any money and I will get what I want and still NO SATISFACTION.

I reached out to AFI Furnishings through their online form on 11/27 'bout gettin' replacement hardware for my daughter's bed (the Richmond Platform slate bed full size) 'cause it got lost durin' movin'. I didn't hear back for 3 days, then the rep sent me a manual, which ain't what I asked for. So, I tried sendin' another email and also called customer service. I talked to a representative who took my name, mailing address, and said the product department would send me a quote for the items. Now, it's today, 12/14, and I still ain't got the quote. The representative Lady keeps emailin' me to make sure I want the parts, and I always respond yes right away, but then I don't get a response. I'm so dang frustrated! My daughter's sleepin' on a mattress, I got a bed I can't use, and the customer service is useless!

I got a bed from this company and a part broke in 2 months and they won't respond to me about the warranty. On November 30, I ordered the Orlando White Queen Platform Bed with Flat Panel Foot Board and 2 Urban Bed Drawers from Home Depot. The bed cost $459.07 and the order number was WGXXXXXXXX. One of the long side rails broke on January 21 from normal use. I contacted the company the next day to get a replacement as per their warranty (which I qualified for). I opened a ticket and the sales rep, Ryan P, opened a ticket and told me I would soon get a confirmation email. I didn't get that email in the time I was told and called again. This time, a sales rep named Kenneth worked with me and said the ticket number I gave him didn't exist. He shipped the replacement for me and gave me a FedEx tracking number, but the shipment never reached the company or me. After waiting several days and many more emails with Ryan, after my ticket was finally created, I got another tracking number and delivery date that doesn't seem to make it to FedEx either. I'm attaching photos of all email correspondence with the company. I've called them multiple times since then with no progress made and I know others have had similar issues. (Couldn't fit all 11 files of email correspondence in provided area below)

Lid of Murphy bed cabinet came damaged and Atlantic Furniture sent me a "fake" FedEx tracking ID (replacement never actually sent). On 11/27, I sent email to Atlantic Furniture per package instructions: "We ordered a *** bed cabinet from *** that came from your company and it said to contact this email for defects. Sadly, the top "lid" or shelf part of the cabinet had a fairly deep gash in it, likely from the forklift that was used to load it into our truck. I have attached pictures of this, as well as the packaging/boxes for your review. Could we get a replacement for this piece? We have inspected the rest of the cabinet pieces and they're all fine :) The model # is ACXXXXXX, and the item is the '*** Bed Chest Queen Grey with Charging Station'". Got reply on 11/27 asking for zip code and order info from Home Depot. Replied on 11/28 with requested info. No follow up, so replied again on 11/30 asking for status. No reply. Checked for ComplaintsBoard.com claims against this company as phone number was never valid or busy tone. Found similar complaints and alternative contact method, the "***@atlanticfurniture.com" email. Emailed on 12/5 and got reply on 12/7 from *** E. She gave me FedEx tracking number: XXXXXXXXXXXX, with no apology, saying my lid shipment would be sent. Continued to track package but it never changed from "Awaiting Shipment". Contacted them again on 12/17 as it still hadn't been shipped. Kenneth finally responded on 12/21 asking if it was resolved. Replied that no, it wasn't and planned to report to ComplaintsBoard.com. No reply again. It's now 12/23 and it still hasn't been shipped. Furious at their obsolete customer service and how *** keeps selling their goods with this kind of "help".

AFI Furnishings Missing ladder for a bunk bed

Missing ladder for a bunk bed. Unable to reach company to send the missing part. Columbia bunk bed twin over full with trundle in walnut The order is a Home Depot WMXXXXXXX Order date 8/11 Delivery date 8/19 Ladder to bunk bed missing. Numerous attempts to contact Atlantic. Unable to reach anyone at the company. Forwarded to answering service, which took the information and ensured response within 14 business days. No response received. Attempted to contact several times and through Home Depot without success. Still have not received the ladder and children cannot use the bunk bed safely.

No contact from this company since August 5 about my missing box that was purchased through homedepot.com I am missing box 2 of 5 which are the bed rails with hooks. I received PO & Item# XXXXX R-XXXXXX-SMC, 4151 R-XXXXXX, XXXXX E-XXXXX, XXXXX E-XXXXX. UPS tracking 1ZXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Ref# XXXX XXXXXXXX show on 7/23 at 2:01 AM it arrived at the facility in Portland, OR but hasn't moved since. I first contact this company on July 31 via their form and then again on August 5 via email and my husband contacted August 7,2020 via phone which was only an answering service and we still have not heard back from the nor received our missing box.

Received Orlando Twin Platform Bed with Flat Panel Foot Board and 2 Urban Drawers in White with a broken piece and seller doesn't answer my emails Ordered an Orlando Twin Platform Bed with Flat Panel Foot Board and 2 Urban Drawers in White from overstock.com on July 10. It arrived in several shipments with the final box arriving on August 10. We immediately opened it and began assembling the bed when we found one of the parts split. The directions on all the packaging indicate to "not contact retailer but to reach out directly to Atlantic furniture for any damage, defects or missing items". I have done that twice and they do not respond. This is a child's bed and the broken part is holding her head up.

AFI Furnishings I ordered a bed& frame from Atlantic Furniture in May and it has not arrived

I ordered a bed& frame from Atlantic Furniture in May and it has not arrived. They sent me the wrong parts and claim to be working on it for 3 months In May, I ordered a bed frame and bed from Atlantic Furniture. The order was placed through Home Depot who they act as a third party and all orders are fulfilled and handled by Atlantic Furniture. Our furniture has yet to arrive in it's entirety. The warehouse had issues with sending the correct furniture (we ordered a queen size bed and frame) and were delivered only parts of the frame, and a twin size bed cabinet. It is obvious that someone from the warehouse sent the incorrect box. We sent pictures, called, and e-mailed and were told that our complaint would be handled, but it is now August, and we still don't have a bed or frame.

AFI Furnishings I have a broken bed and have reached out to the company 3 times so far with no response

I have a broken bed and have reached out to the company 3 times so far with no response. On June 5 I purchased a Atlantic Furniture Madison Caramel Latte Full Size Platform Bed with Open Foot Board from HomeDepot.com. This bed was purchased for my 7 year old son who weighs approximately 85lbs. Less than 90 days after my purchase, August 24, as I was getting my son to bed for the evening, one of the side rails cracked as he sat on the edge of the bed. On August 29 I reached out to the company via online inquiry and received a confirmation that my message was received. About a week later I called their customer service number at [protected] after not receiving a response from my online inquiry. The person that answered stated that she was from an answering service and would pass my message to them. When I did not get a call back I emailed them directly at [protected]@atlanticfurniture.com on September 12 and received a confirmation email saying that my message was received. So far no one has responded to my email, call or online inquiry regarding my broken bed rail.

AFI Furnishings Purchased bed, received mismatched leg sizes

Purchased bed, received mismatched leg sizes. Called 4x & emailed company looking for correction. It has been 7 WEEKS w/ NO RESPONSE from company! -purchased Concord Caramel King size bed with tall legs on 7/30 through Home Depot online -delivered on 8/6 -started putting together on 8/8 & found that there were 2 standard size legs (8inches) and 2 tall size legs (14 inches) -called their 24 hr customer service and spoke to a woman at approximately 8pm. They started a 'claim' for me and said I would be contacted in 10 days due to Covid. I told they were backed up - called again to customer service line during week of 8/24... was told it was 10-14 business days before I would be contacted. They assured me that my claim was given to company, as they are just the answering service. -I called again 2 weeks later... got same excuse ... said my claim was forwarded... said they were now working 14-17 business days out on responses. I let them know it had been over 30 days with zero response from them and this was unacceptable! They said they sent my request to escalations. - sent emails to their email... no response -this is absolutely uncalled for... Covid/no Covid.
