I wanna say sumthin' 'bout Berkshire Blanket. I wrote a review 'bout 'em before, but now I gotta say they're pretty good. They took back my blanket and gave me a $60 credit to buy a new one. They even paid for the shipping both ways. That's pretty nice of 'em.

Berkshire Blanket ain't good for clothes! I got a jacket from them and it was supposed to be a big size but it was way too big, like 3x or 4x. They said I could send it back but I gotta pay for shipping. That ain't right, man. They don't care about their customers. I like their blankets but I ain't buying clothes from them again.

I got a Berkshire throw on 2/19 at 8:17 pm EST (after their normal biz hours). I sent an email to customer care 38 mins later asking to cancel the order and followed up with a phone call the next morning. The company ignored my request and sent out the product anyway despite being told they will cancel the order and give a refund. The customer care manager said their website says once the order is placed it can't be canceled. No where on their website it says this. I find this biz practice unethical and misleading to the consumer. I will refuse the FEDEX delivery and have it sent back for a full refund. I will never order from this company again!

I got some sheets from Berkshire Blanket in November and they looked way different than on the website. I didn't like them so I asked how to send them back. They said I had to pay for shipping, so I did on Dec 4th. I checked and they got it on Dec 6th. I had to email them 9 times to get my refund, and they finally said I would get it today. But I have to wait 5-7 more days to actually get it. It's funny how they took my money right away but won't give it back for 6 weeks. I asked if they could give me a coupon or refund my shipping, but they said no. Other people have had the same problem, which is not cool. I didn't even get an apology. I'm never buying from them again and you shouldn't either.

I got 2 sets of Queen sheets from Berkshire Blanket, but they sent me 2 sets of Twin sheets instead. I told them about the mix-up, but they said they couldn't exchange them. They only offered to give me my money back if I sent the sheets back myself. That's not fair because the sheets cost $70 and the shipping would be $45 with USPS or $48 with UPS. It's not right that I have to pay for their mistake.

Me and my hubby live in *** and we recently bought two sets of snoopy sheets from Berkshire Blanket. We got 4 pairs of sheets, 2 gray and 2 blue. Unfortunately, my husband noticed a hole in one of the sheets and we were not happy about it. I called the company to complain and the lady on the phone was not very nice to me. She told me to take pictures of the hole, but we only have a cellphone and it was hard to get a good picture. We paid $90.00 for these sheets and we expect them to be good quality. We are both disabled and recovering from covid, so we really need our rest. We want our money back or a replacement set of sheets. Thank you.

I sent back my stuff like they asked, but it's been chillin' on their dock since Monday 12-6 at 11am. I hit up customer service/ refund dept and the dude said he can't give me my money back. Here's the tracking number *** and my order numbers are *** I paid $36 to send it back 'cause your team said I could refuse delivery for free 'cause the discount didn't work right. But that was a lie. The reps won't cancel the order even though they messed up and made me pay to send it back. And now they won't give me my money back even though it's been sittin' on their dock for over a week. I want my refund for all 3 orders and the $36 I had to pay to send it back.

I asked for my money back on 8/22 and still haven't got it! I've bought a lot of blankets, sheets, and bathrobes from Berkshire Blanket for me and my family, spending $678.00 in total. Because of the pandemic, I can't travel, so I wanted to share my love for Berkshire sheets. In August, I got the wrong color sheets for my nephew and contacted customer service. They told me what to do, so I did it. I sent the sheets back with UPS, which cost more than the sheets themselves. I've talked to customer service twice and got two different reference numbers for the refund, which should go back to my credit card. It's not a lot of money ($66.00), but that's not the point. I'm really upset and disappointed with how this company treats its customers!

I sent back some sheets and I'm still waiting for my money back. They keep changing when I can expect it. On 11/25, I got some Polarfleece sheets that looked like they had been returned. I contacted customer service and they asked me for pictures of the package. I sent them and they said they would email me a return label. On 12/1, I contacted customer service again because I still hadn't gotten the label. On 12/20, I asked if they got the package back yet. They said they did on 12/15 and that I would get an email by 12/30 about my refund. If I didn't hear from them, I should contact them. On 12/30, I contacted them because I still hadn't heard anything. On 12/31, they said they got the package on 12/21 and that I would hear about my refund by 1/6.

My hubby got me a heated throw from Berkshire Blanket on 11/21. It cost $61.60 and he also got two controllers for $28.00. I was so happy to get it for Christmas, but it only worked for one day. The next day, it stopped heating up. It was a total bummer. But, I wasn't too worried because they have a 5-year warranty and quality guarantee. I reached out to them on 12/18, which was within 90 days of when we bought it, and told them what happened. They gave me a coupon code to use to get a new one, but they were out of stock. They said to wait until it was back in stock. Now it's May and not only is it still out of stock, but it's not even on their website anymore. I tried to get a refund, but they said they couldn't do anything. I've been freezing all winter and just want my money back.

I got a Berkshire Grace Fur Heated Mattress Warming Pad (it's the 3rd one that broke). It's still under warranty and stopped working. When I checked the pad, I saw that the wires turned black and melted the top of my Tempur-Pedic mattress. The polyester body of the pad also fell apart. I contacted Berkshire, but they don't have a replacement for the mattress pad. They offered me a $200.00 credit to buy something else from them because I didn't buy it directly from them. That's not cool! I bought a new mattress pad from another company for $194.03 with tax. The cost to replace the top of my mattress is $268.42 with tax because of the mattress pad failure. There are other complaints about the mattress pads breaking, and I think Berkshire stopped making them because of safety issues. The damage could have been worse, and Berkshire should take responsibility for the damage their product caused.

I bought 2 warming blankets on 12/27 from Berkshire Blanket for $156.00. But both of them are busted. I emailed them with pictures and all, but they said they can't replace them and only offered me a credit to buy something else. But these blankets ain't even in stock no more, so what's the point? And they won't give me my money back neither.
