This company is a joke. They won't even respond to my refund request for the thing I bought back in May. It's already December and I still haven't received it.

Experience was awesome. I'm a contractor and I ordered a couple of vanities for one of my projects. This is the best modern bang for your buck! It looks great hung and very clean.

Loved it! Vanity was so pretty. Made really well and easy to put in. Customer service was awesome! They sent pics of the product and gave more info. *** I'd work with them again for sure.

This company is a complete disaster! I wanted to give them zero stars if I could. I ordered a vanity back in April and it's already August 17, but I still haven't received my order. They don't even bother to reply to my emails, and when they do, they're so rude and unprofessional. They keep giving me false hope, saying that my order will arrive in a week, but it never does. The website said that shipping would only take 3-7 days, but that's a complete lie. This company is a total scam and should be shut down!

I orded a vanity in Feb 2022. After ording I realized I didn't take the discount for no top. I sent an email and was quickly refunded the difference. We did not unbox the vanity until May 2022 when the renovation was coming to an end. There was some damage at one corner (assume it was during shipping). I contacted customer service once again via email and the following day they sent tracking information for a new vanity. They have a great website, product and customer service. I will update with photos once installed.

Don't use this company! They're a scam. I bought three vanities from them, but they made fake shipping labels and put them all on one small vanity. They also lied about the delivery status. When I called and emailed them, they said it would ship out next week, but then they claimed the freight company lost the shipment. How could an 84 vanity get lost? The only thing I got was a 30 vanity, but it wasn't complete with the top. They haven't responded to me, so I'm going to report them to the ComplaintsBoard.com and the police.

I'm really not happy with Ottone and Nera LLC's customer service. They don't seem to care about being proactive and it takes a lot of effort to get anything resolved. I ordered a vanity with a top, but only the vanity was delivered. When I asked about the sink top, they said it was on back order and would ship in *** days. 30 days later, I still hadn't received the top and they hadn't contacted me about it. I called multiple times and finally spoke to someone from customer care. They said they didn't know when the sink top would arrive, but it would likely be another 45-60 days. Since they didn't seem to have any idea when the vanity tops would arrive, I asked to return the vanity for a full refund. They wanted to charge me for the return transport, but I managed to get them to pick it up. If I had known from the start that the vanity top was unavailable, I wouldn't have placed the order. It's been 2 weeks since I returned the vanity, but I still haven't received my refund of $1,500! I've left multiple voice messages and emails. I finally got in touch with someone today (5/31/2022) and they said "we have to check with the warehouse to see if it was received." This is really bad customer service - why should I have to ask them to do their job?! It's terrible and I wouldn't order from them again.

Horrible experience. Pieces were broken and no apology was given. The attitude was very rude. I ordered on July 12th and it's now Aug 6th, and I still haven't received my order. The tracking information wasn't updated after it arrived at the carrier warehouse. When I contacted customer service, they told me to call the carrier to schedule a delivery date. No one contacted me until I called them. I called Pilot shipping service several times and no one answered. I contacted ON floating again and they said they would contact the carrier, but there was no progress. I scheduled an appointment online and it was supposed to arrive yesterday, but it didn't. The carrier driver sent a picture showing the countertop was broken and said it wasn't his problem. I called several times and was told parts were missing and they could replace them. When I asked about the delay, the customer service tried to shift the blame to the date I placed the order. They advertised 3-7 business day delivery, but it's been 19 business days. When I asked more questions, they disappeared without a reply. They didn't even apologize until I asked them. Terrible company and customer service. They hide 1 star reviews on their website. I left a review, but it's not showing.

I got two bathroom vanities with countertops from O&N floating vanity (Ottone and Nera LLC.) in January 2022. My contractor installed them in March. I saw some surface coating defects on the 60 double sink countertop. But I couldn't do anything because the contractor had already installed it. It would cost more labor fee to replace it. I thought I could live with these defects. But as I continued using it, the porous coating defect areas got dirty easily, and bacteria grew inside, making it hard to clean. So I contacted O&N floating vanity for a solution. I even agreed to re-coat the surface of my current one if they could provide any coating material. However, they first said that the defects were caused by misuse of the product or chemical erosion. I pointed out that these regular porous defects couldn't be generated by cleaning using household cleaners. Then they replied that they couldn't ship a free countertop to me because I had used it for half a year. But on their website, it says 1-year warranty for coating defects. I want a full refund of the 60 double sink countertop.
